I can’t enough about Tyi. She has been the best dog sitter we have had ever Tyi genuinely cared about the dogs and their welfare. She went above and beyond for our senior dog that has numerous problems due to allergies She did research and best advised on what we can do l. Along with doing it with our permission Tyi was phenomenal in communicating with us, she texted, sent videos and photos. I will be definitely using her again and again

Taishana stayed at our house for a week to take care of our shih tzu. She kept the house in immaculate shape. Taishana has excellent communication skills, keeping us informed on Blanco’s activities throughout the day. Our dog needed eye medicine (allergies/dry eye) and she kept his eye very clean. I highly recommend Taishana. We will be using her again. 💕

We had such an amazing experience with Taishana! It was our first time using Rover and we were a little nervous about it! Taishana came and met the dogs and made she we felt comfortable with Rover! She gave us updates every day we were gone and sent tons of pictures!! We are so thankful! Will definitely be back :)!!

I do not recommend this sitter. 1. She was suppose to do an overnight with my dogs, she claims that she works from home and will be there all day. Then she told me that her car battery broke down. It only takes one to two hours max to get a battery fixed. On my ring camera, she only came less than twice for less than 10 minutes to take pictures on the app and less than 30 minutes. I had advised her that my dogs normally walk minimum 1 mile in the morning and at night and she said no problem. 2. The sitter showed up with her two-year-old child which was never communicated on the app that she would be there with her child. She was there with her child each time she dropped in to check on the dogs and the child spent the night. She told me the child would be with her father 3. My dog was supposed to be on a bland diet because she had diarrhea. I communicated this to the sitter in text message which she expressed with liking the Tax and also stating OK. Instead, she gave the dog kibble. I was unable to change the printed instructions, but told her that there was a sudden change. The food was cooked and portioned out perfectly. She did not give the dog the cooked bland diet. 4. Despite leaving the pets all day in the crates, on Monday night during the week, she was at church from 5 PM until 10 PM. There is no “ministry“ that last for five hours on a weekday. She told me she was at celebration church down the street I verified with members who go to celebration church that there is no event on this day that she claimed that she was at church. A member told me there was only Bible study from 6:30 to 8 PM the sitter was dishonest where she was and why she left the dogs in their crates not only all day but then all night until 10 PM. I have a camera in my master bedroom and I watched my dog while being on the other side of the United States pacing and howling. I gave printed instruction saying that they are used to being left alone from the hours of 930 to 530 so approximately 6 to 7 hours. I stated that they expect someone to be home at the latest 530 and have someone be with them in the evening. If you had trouble with the car and you made expectations to pet set then you should have skipped your church Bible study to be present with the dogs.

Tai was amazing. She got to know the dogs before we left so we felt more confortable leaving them. She sent so many pictures and updates that helped us feel that they were in good hands.
