“I'm so glad I finally found a wonderful place for my dog whether just for daycare or for boarding. Jana & Scott are great at letting me know how Pickle's day went & sent along pictures that reinforced that she had a good time. Their dog, Teddy, is really sweet. He & Pickle hit it off & Pickle is looking forward to their next play date & sleepover.”

“Rudy loved his time at Chantel’s! She sent videos of his playtime and really seemed to love having him. Which is what we all want… someone to take care of our babies like we would like to when we can’t. Rudy can’t wait for his return visit.”

“Lisa took in our last minute request for Beau. Beau loved the meet and greet later that day. Then needed an extra hour in pick up and Lisa obliged. Amazing sitter than you so much”

“Moses had a great day with Sarai. He is a pretty anxious guy, but she was great with him. She sent us several updates during the day. We felt very comfortable leaving him with her. We will definitely use her again.”

“Luna had a great time with Kelly and her pups. Kelly sent us several photos and kept us informed as to how she was doing. We would definitely let her play at Kelly’s house again!”

About: I have experience caring for different kinds of pets, from energetic puppies to senior dogs who need a little extra patience. I currently have three dogs, a cat, and a tortoise, so I’m very comfortable handling pets with different needs. What sets me apart is that I treat every pet like family — I’m attentive, caring, and make sure they feel safe and loved while their owners are away. Plus, I have a fenced-in backyard, which gives dogs a safe space to play and enjoy themselves. Pet care is already part of my daily life since I take care of my own dogs, cat, and tortoise every day. Feeding, walks, playtime, and cleaning up are all part of my routine, so adding care for other pets fits in naturally. I enjoy spending time with animals, so making it part of my weekly schedule feels very rewarding. In my home, I make sure pets feel comfortable and safe, with plenty of attention, playtime, and a fenced-in backyard for exercise. I follow their usual feeding and routine so they feel at home. In a client’s home, I respect their space and follow all instructions closely — feeding, walks, medication if needed, and keeping the pet’s environment clean and calm. My goal is always to make pets feel loved and secure, whether they are with me or in their own home.
“So happy we found Jennifer! She is wonderful with my puppy, she sends me pictures regularly and gives me updates on her stay. She is very warm and friendly and Lola loves her. I would definitely recommend her and continue to use her services.”
About: Growing up we had dogs and lived them all. Got on my own I had a total of 3 dogs and thought I would not have a cat but did and would not have traded her for nothing. Did pet sitting for an older small dog and all went well. Have raised 2 dogs from puppies and one was easy and the other not. I just love animals large or small and right now I'm without any animals. So to be able to take care of and play with dogs of different sizes would be awesome. Dogs and cats are so unique and they make my day and make me smile. Currently I'm retired and take my walks around the pond and feed the ducks as well Currently have some activities at church on Monday morning. Otherwise a doctor's appointment. My time is pretty flexible except for Sunday for church, My animals are always treated like family. They are not meant to be tied up outside either. I feed them well and of course some treats. My philosophy is they can sleep anywhere they want, including my bed. There should be a bed for the dog or cat in more.than one room. Do my best to keep them safe from hazards just like a child.
About: 🐾 Brandon & Stacy | Safe Haven Puppy Inn Hi there! We’re a couple of lifelong dog lovers and the proud founders of Safe Haven Puppy Inn, our cozy, home-based boarding space. We know “Benson” might sound far, but we’re actually just 25 minutes from downtown Raleigh and minutes from Garner- close enough to be convenient, far enough to offer a peaceful retreat your pup will love. Need help getting here? We also offer local pickup and drop-off for your convenience! Whether your dog needs structured care, room to run, or a calm, loving environment, we’re here to offer all of that, and more! 🐶 What Makes Us Different: Home-based, never facility-like. To ensure every dog receives the care, attention, and love they deserve, we only take up to four guest dogs at a time. This lets us create a calm, personalized experience that big facilities simply can’t match. Over ½ acre of beautiful fenced yard- room to run, sniff, and play all day! Guest pups can relax, play and socialize with our four sweet rescue dogs. Always supervised– Brandon works from home full-time and Stacy only works part-time, so your dog will never be left alone for long. Years of experience- we’ve fostered dozens of puppies and dogs for two local rescue organizations, we have been dogsitting for years, and have experience with puppies, seniors, and special needs dogs. This isn’t just a side gig for us, it’s something we’ve built with purpose. We recently moved into this home specifically to improve Safe Haven Puppy Inn, choosing a property with a huge, beautiful fenced yard and enough space to give dogs the calm, enriching environment they truly deserve. Every part of this space, including the private air conditioned garage, was chosen with your pup’s comfort, safety, and happiness in mind. ✨ Add-On Services (with Overnight Stay or Doggie Daycare) Bathing – $15 Nail Trim – $15 Bath + Nail Trim – $25 🚗 Pick-Up & Drop-Off Need help with transport?
