About: I'm a new mom with a flexible schedule at home, so I'm ready to spend some quality time with new furry friends. We currently live with two black cats, Valentin and Tina. They do well with dogs. My husband and I love dogs and cats equally, and I prioritize their well-being above everything. I have taken care of pets before for family and friends, but never as an ongoing job, so I'm quite excited to meet so many new furry friends! I will happily walk/jog dogs and play as much as cats want to (they're the boss). Whatever the specific needs are for any individual pet, I will happily meet them. I am a stay-at-home mom, so my schedule is flexible. I can care for dogs or cats while I also care for my child, or my child can be looked after by family while I take a dog out for a walk. I make sure the dogs feel safe and have access to water at all times. I take them to the fenced backyard and allow them to sniff around and recognize the area. I make sure I place a snug harness to walk them and avoid escapes. For cats, I always have them separate from my own cats. I have dedicated the guest room just for them, where my own cats can't access it. I place a cat tree and toys, a litter box, and water, and assess how they are feeling to see if I should give them space or interact.

In the future I would like to work with law enforcement animals, so your business will (hopefully) help me in the future! I work part time coaching soccer at schools/parks in the Gaston County area. I normally work mornings, but starting in the fall will work the occasional weekday afternoon. Despite working in the mornings, I can still attend to your dogs in the morning Normally I will talk to the owner and spend time with the animal before I decide how I’m going to handle it. About: My husband and I have been lifelong animal lovers—we’ve both grown up with dogs and cats and have raised everything from puppies and kittens to rabbits, guinea pigs, and even chickens! One of the unique things about our home is that our daughter currently trains in dog agility and is happy to work with your pet on fun skills or basic obedience during their stay. We have two sweet, well-behaved dogs—a Golden Doodle and a Schnoodle—who love meeting new friends. Our large, fully fenced backyard offers plenty of safe space for exercise and play. Plus, our kids adore animals and help provide lots of attention and affection. Your pet will feel like a part of the family here! Our family homeschools our kids, so someone is almost always home. This means your pet will rarely be left alone for more than an hour or so between kids activities. They will get plenty of attention, care, and interaction throughout the day. From morning walks and backyard playtime to midday cuddles and evening wind-downs, pet care fits naturally into our daily routine. With multiple people around who love animals, your pet will feel like part of the family the whole time they’re with us. Your pet’s safety and comfort are our top priorities. In our home, we maintain a clean, pet-friendly environment with a large, fully fenced backyard for secure playtime and plenty of room to run. Our two friendly resident dogs are up to date on vaccines and love meeting new companions—but we always supervise introductions to ensure everyone gets along. We follow your pet’s routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, crate training, and medication if needed. Whether your dog is energetic or needs a quiet space to relax, we have the flexibility to accommodate their needs. We never leave pets unsupervised outside, and we offer separate areas for dogs who need their own space.

About: I grew up having dogs my whole life, owning my own and helping to care for my neighbors' and friends' pets when they went on vacation. I have always had a love for animals and love spending time taking care of dogs and cats. I am a student at Belmont Abbey College and, with my current class setup, have plenty of time during the morning, day, and night to take care of pets. I am entirely free on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and weekends to take care of any pets needing care. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, there will be a small timeframe during the day when I have class, and I would have to leave them alone for two hours, but I could return to them immediately after. I can spend nights caring for animals and with them out or crated if need be. I don't mind taking them out for plenty of walks if they have a lot of energy, playing with toys, or just chilling out if they prefer that.
