“Sean is absolutely amazing! He is extremely conscientious, and is a great communicator. My Great Dane puppy loves spending time with him and I think she even gets a little sad on days he doesn’t come. I would 100% recommend Sean to anyone!”

“I recently hired this young lady as a dog walker, and she has been absolutely wonderful. Even though she’s new to the job, she’s incredibly dependable, responsible, and kind. My dog warmed up to her right away, and she has been consistent and punctual with every walk. What really sets her apart is how thoughtful she is with my elderly mother, who lives with me but isn’t able to walk the dog herself. She always checks in with her, makes sure she knows when the dog is heading out and coming back, and treats her with such respect and care. It gives me great peace of mind to know both my dog and my mom are in good hands. I’m very happy to be hiring her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, compassionate dog walker.”

“Jordan is wonderful! She comes several times a week to walk my parent's large dog. They are very pleased with her services. Tallulah loves her as well! She has excellent communication and sends pictures from their walks, which we enjoy.”

About: I have taken care of our elderly dog Bo since we got him when I was 15. He is now around 12, and I keep up with his daily routines. This includes feeding/walking/nail trimming/etc. I have my own cat Marceline, who is my partner in crime. I have unique bonds with both of these animals, and they are a member of our family. I would treat your animals with the same love and respect that I give mine! I’m currently working part time for the summer but I’m not getting as many hours as I originally planned, so I’m picking up some jobs! My dog is elderly, so I have to time walks and routes accordingly. He needs to be picked up to be put on elevated surfaces he enjoys. I give my cat Marcy a lot of attention, and always make sure her litter box is clean.
About: I have had my own dogs since 2016 and before that I volunteered at the humane society and would walk and pet sit local dogs in my neighborhood! My dog is very friendly and loves to share her toys with other pups! Just moved across the country so I am waiting for my licenses to transfer over so I have a lot of free time to care for your pets! I always take my pup to the local dog park and we have a very nice and quiet neighborhood I take her on walks through aswell!
“Ms. Annie is nothing short of Amazing! She has been with my dog Chanel since I recently moved to the neighborhood and I am sooo very happy I was able to connect with her. If you are looking for someone to trust, reliable, and who love and cares for your pet, I would Highly recommend connecting with Ms. Annie.”

About: About Thomas: hey there, I’m Thomas! I’m a senior at the University of Mississippi, but I’m finishing up my degree online in Cramerton. I work part time teaching soccer and I have my own little fur baby named Tobirama. I’ve taken care of family pets, pets of friends, and pets of people I don’t know. I’ve been pet sitting with Rover consistently for over three months now. the future I would like to work with law enforcement animals, so your business will (hopefully) help me in the future! Like the service? I am happy to come back when needed! If you need a reliable pet sitter, I’m your guy 😎 📲I will always do my best to respond to you within the hour and I guarantee responses within 24 hours. Any service requests take more than 72 hours to book will be declined🚫 I understand that we all have crazy lives so I’m happy to work with you, but I am forced to cancel after a certain point because Rover hides me from search results if there are pending bookings 🙁doesn’t make sense to me but hey, what do I know🤷♂️ I work part time coaching soccer at schools/parks in the Gaston County area. I work most mornings starting at 8:40 and ending at the latest just before noon. Fear not, I’m a morning person and I’m happy to come by before/after work to take care of your fur babies Normally I will talk to the owner and spend time with the animal before I decide how I’m going to handle it. All animals are different, some need more outside time while some may just want to lay around all day. You know your pets better than I do, so feel free to let me know some of your strategies! I’m all ears
About: I have had my fur baby since 2012 and so far she is perfect. I really don't have professional experience but I have tons of personal experience from taking care of my fur baby, my friends and family fur babies. I have tons of love to give to any fur baby. I can guarantee you will not be disappointed! I am currently doing this full time for a short period of time. Unfortunately I can't do boarding or day care but will do Drop in Visits and Walking. I am a US Navy veteran and a dog lover! I can take them out potty regularly during the day, treats after each potty break, will take them to the park for walks. Fur babies can get on the couch with me, enough dog beds and blankets to go around for naps. Food and water available. (owner should bring own food so diet is not changed). I have a 9lbs dog who is 9 years old, she is a lap dog, very calm, loves naps and likes to play. She doesn't do well around extremely hyper dogs but she will play with active dogs. She gets along with any size dog but I prefer small dogs as my mom has a fear of big dogs.
About: I am an animal lover with decades of experience whose family often refers to as the 'Animal Whisperer!' I've owned and taken care of pets (dogs, cats, birds, hamsters, rabbits) for as long as I can remember. I have experience with raising and potty training puppies. I take pride in ensuring my pets' space is clean so they feel safe and comfortable. I'm retired and would love to spend my free time caring for your animals! I am currently retired so my main priority is to give your pets the best care! I am very flexible and will work with you to determine the best schedule for both of us. I take pride in ensuring my pets' space is clean so they feel safe and comfortable. I have no problem playing with them outdoors, walking them or just being there to comfort them. I love to cuddle and sweet talk them so they can continue to feel your love while you're gone!
About: I don’t know a life without dogs. My family has always rescued and cared for dogs, at times having up to 5 in our home. I rescued my first at 21, and was lucky enough to care for him for 14 years. During that time, I welcomed three additional dogs into our family. Our dogs have a wide range of personalities and challenges which has led me to be experienced with the following - puppy training, e-collar training, crate training, positive reinforcement training, and muzzle training. I say all of this to share that I’ve learned how to diffuse situations effectively and safely. I promise to care for your dogs as if they are my own. I work from home, so I have a very flexible weekly schedule! My weekends are typically scheduled for family activities, however I’m happy to have a conversation about weekend care if your needs include that. My services will only include care in your home, but I am familiar with many methods of dog care. I am a triple checker, so all safety measures will always be in place.
“Natalia has been great with our two dogs! They are normally pretty anxious but have warmed right up to her!! She is on time, communicates well, and takes cute pictures of the boys :) We will definitely continue using her for future visits!”

About: Hi, I have a lot of experience taking care of pets. I have a family dog in Minnesota that I’ve cared for since he was a puppy. I trained him to signal when he needs to go outside by sitting near the door and have walked him year-round, even through cold Minnesota winters. So if it’s chilly here in the South, I’m still happy to take your dog for a walk! I also have my own cat, Kakashi (KK for short), who I’ve cared for for over a year. Between raising my dog and caring for my cat, I’ve gained years of experience with both dogs and cats. I’ll treat your pets with the same care and attention I give my own! I work full-time Monday through Friday (8 a.m.–5 p.m.), so I’m mainly available in the evenings after 5 and on the weekends (Saturdays after 11 A.M and Sunday after 12 P.M) I live in a gated, pet-friendly apartment community. My apartment is very open and spacious, giving pets plenty of room to play and relax. The neighborhood has safe sidewalks and walking paths—perfect for daily walks. If I’m caring for a cat, I can easily separate them from my own cat, Kakashi (KK), and slowly help them warm up to each other if needed. It’s a calm, clean, and comfortable space where your pet will feel at home.
About: Growing up, my family always had dogs. Once our children started playing high school and college sports, we became too busy to have a dog of our own. For the past several years, we have taken family and friends dogs for long weekends, week-long stays...whatever we could do to get our "dog fix". It was a win for us and a win for our family and friends. My wife and I take lots of walks in the Charlotte area and we always love to stop and pet friendly dogs! I work remotely from our house, and would love to have some company while my wife is at work. And, it would be a great excuse to get up and go for a walk a few times a day. Your dog would get lots of attention and love while they are here. I could also stop by your house to let your dog out and go for a walk. Really do love dogs and miss having one around. We would be doing each other a favor!
About: I have been taking care of and watching all sorts of animals since I was 13! I have a network of clients including friends and family that rely on me and trust me to take care of their furry (or feathered/scaley) babies. I graduate from UNCC this December with a Bachelor’s of Sociology and a minor in Gerontology. I waitress Friday and Saturday nights until then. My availability is pretty flexible :) Your pet’s safety and wellbeing is my number one priority! I always follow whatever instructions I am left and keep you in the loop along the way with some pictures here and there.

“Super quick reply on my last minute request. Had to fly out of town and didn't even leave complete instructions and Courtney took care of everything. Great experience. Would recommend.”

McAdenville dog parents share their Rover experiences
I had a great experience with Bella. Communication was clear, and everything went smooth while dropping off my dog with her. She gave a lot of updates and pictures while my dog was with her, and Lilu had a blast! I highly recommend anyone use her for watching over your furry friends!

Krissa did a great job taking care of my pups the weekend of my wedding! She was super responsive and paid attention to detail — and proactively communicated what she needed from me to ensure the experience was as smooth as possible. One of my dogs typically stops eating when I’m initially out of town, but he didn’t have that issue this time, which tells me he felt comfortable and safe with Krissa even with this being her first time caring for them. Overall, very happy with the care and communication she provided!

Gretchen was wonderful with our dog!! She was so quickly responsive to our request and came and met our girl right away. She was very communicative throughout our entire trip and it is very apparent how much she loves animals! We will definitely be rebooking her!
