About: Residing on a farm with open running space or enclosed electrical fencing for outside time, animals are sure to love their farm life experience. My husband and I have trained our own dogs to respond to basic commands: sit, shake, stay, come, and no. We have around 600 birds (chickens, guineas, ducks), 10 goats, and 2 Great Pyrenees girls (unaltered) that predominately reside outside. We also have 5 cats that are indoor outdoor and every other week our 16 and 10 y.o. boys are here to provide extra attention to animals visiting. We have also cared for animals at the end of life phase, moving at a slower pace and needing that extra assistance to get around. I currently work an 8 hour shift commuting to STL Monday-Friday. I work for the MO Army National Guard full-time, to include one weekend a month. My Husband’s full time job is taking care of the farm. He is predominately on farm, or not too far out if he is away. Caring for additional animals will fit like a glove into the animal schedule we currently operate on any given day. Caring for our own pets consist of daily feedings. There is always dry food out for all animals. The dogs and cats get wet food once a day, typically in the evening. The cats get attention when they want it. The dogs get released out of the fence a couple times a week to run the land under human supervision. They will also be let inside for short periods of time as we work on training them with inside manners, not to mention, one of the girls is terrified of thunder storms. Our animals are pampered with treats, attention, and full on conversations. They are more than animals around here, they’re family!

About: Hi! I am a college student. I grew up with three dogs, seven horses, two cats, and chickens at my house. My parents are wanting me to wait until I graduate to get a pet of my own. About: I dog sat for my neighbors when I was young. I loved it I eventually starting volunteering at an animal shelter when I was just 14. Animals were my passion and I got into the field. I’ve worked in high quality pet food stores, and worked in multiple daycare/ boarding facilities for years. I even got hired and was set up as a professional bather. I can bring treats or if you have treats, that will build trust with your pet meeting me for the first time, it can be stressful for them! I will do what you want me to and keep them on the schedule you prefer. I will pick up after them and clean up any messes. I will not punish your pet under any circumstances. I will inform you if anything major happens and do my best ability to handle situations as they arise. I have lots of tips and tricks up my sleeve with working with your animal and understand animal behavior at an intermediate level.

About: Hello! My name is Ashley, I am a "retired" Veterinary Technician of 12+ years, 3 of which I was managing the practice. I have three kiddos, ages 9, 10 and 13. I am qualified, and have fantastic references. I live in Oak Grove, but can travel within a 20 mile radius or so. I am currently unavailable Monday-Wednesday. If you are needing pet care Thursday-Sunday, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me! My schedule is pretty flexible. I do not have a fenced yard, however, we are a very active family, so if your pets enjoy walks, we have a walking trail at our apartments!

I currently have two dogs I adopted named Arlo and Nala, and they are my whole world. I have been an English teacher for 12 years, and I am looking at filling some of my downtime this summer by offering basic pet-care, walking, and check-ins/potty breaks for dogs and/or cats to the Higginsville, Lexington, and Concordia, MO area. We can schedule a Meet & Greet. I am responsible, reliable, and incredibly compassionate & attentive toward animals. If you want the best care for your fur-babies, I’m your gal! Happy to help. A good day is a day spent with animals! I am a teacher on Summer Break, so I have a lot of freedom to my schedule. I am usually available Monday-Friday between the hours of 6-5 pm but it doesn’t hurt to ask if there is a need outside of those days/hours. I can offer basic pet-care in your home, from potty and kennel breaks/play, feeding, walking, and check-ins by your request. I generally do not stay longer than an , depending on the services. $15 is the check-in rate; a 30 min. walk is a separate/additional service that costs $15. We can talk about what works best for you and your pet!

About: I have had dogs all my life and always thought of them as family! I have worked with Great Danes, labs, pitbulls, dachshunds, and Yorkies. I currently have a 2 year old black bully mix named Patrick, he's my best friend and shotgun rider! I have trained him in: stay, leave it, here/come, spin, between (going between legs), leg weaving, giving kisses and of course high five! I am a professional weightlifter and don't mind handling big dogs. I am available after 3:00PM on Wednesdays and Thursdays and free anytime on weekends! I can cover most holidays too! I will always do my best to accommodate emergency situations as well. In my home, Patrick is part of the family and is treated as such. He gets spoiled with treats and love. Inform me of any food allergies or food preferences of your dog as I love to make lick bowls / lick mats! I also have experience with cats and would love to provide the same care and mental stimulation to them as well! I have also owned reptiles and learned how to build a relationship with them by respecting boundaries in learning their body language.

About: I’ve had pets for majority of my life and they’ve always been my responsibility, I’ve had a variety of pets and currently have my own dog, an English pointer and am hoping to expand the pet family with guinea pigs. I have a high maintenance dog myself and know the time and effort it takes to care for your pets. I would love to be an additional asset In providing your pet with quality care I am working part-time as a caregiver and have plenty of free time on my hands when I’m not working my 2 days a week. I do tend to work additional shifts on the same days, every Monday and some Tuesday’s. I will additionally buddy some days along for the ride, my 14 month son in an effort to enjoy the outdoors more while providing a needed service to those who want an extra hand. About: I grew up in a family with many different dog breeds, and several cats. I currently have a German Shepard and Blue Heeler so I’m prepared for energetic, playful pups!
