“This was our first booking with Jordan and she was great! She stayed at our house for 5 days with the dogs. Was on time and was with the dogs the majority of the time we were gone. Sent photo updates as well. House was nice and in order when we returned. Would recommend.”

“Trinity was absolutely fantastic with my 2 dogs. I have a Belgian malinois and a Staffordshire, 11 and 5 respectively, and both felt very comfortable around trinity. In the past my dogs would have nervous stomach problems with other sitters, but trinity made them feel loved and comfortable, and when we came back from our trip they were happy and loved. Trinity kept us in the loop the entire trip and respected our home and dogs like her own. Will definitely be hiring trinity again in the future.”

About: I have 10 years of experience, both in NJ and FL. I've handled all kinds of dogs, cats and exotic birds. I love my job. I'm a retired, pet sitter with 10 years experience. “Alyssah was great! She came by to meet Ranger and he seemed to be comfortable right away. She showed up on time, asked additional questions about Ranger's care and we were off for our weekend getaway! She sent us regular updates and lots of pictures. We could tell Ranger was taken with her as she sent a pic of him with his head on her lap! Ranger has a lot of anxiety and Alyssah seemed to be the perfect fit for him. She was able to easily give him his daily medication and she took him for his walks. When we got home Ranger was happy, and our home was in the same order as we left it. However, I do believe he was a bit sad that she left. Alyssah will definitely be our first choice on our next trip. She is clearly an animal lover and Ranger loved her back! Thank you so much, Alyssah!”

About: I've taken care of animals while growing up on a farm and I've had my own cats & dogs since I was about 10 years old. Family and friends have always relied on me to care for their animals. I am very good at listening to direction and I would go above and beyond to make sure they are safe and happy! I would love to be able to have my 4 year old son with me as well, but I do have babysitters who are able to watch him, if your pet isn't comfortable around children. My son is sweet and cautious when it comes to animals we do not know, but I understand there are always different circumstances with your fur babies. We plan to adopt a puppy hopefully within the next year, but this would be a great way to get around animals more with my son and to teach him how to care for them, as I have since I was a little girl. We hope to see you and your beautiful fur baby soon! I'm currently a stay-at-home mother to my 4 year old son, so I will have ample amounts of time throughout the day or night to care for your loved one(s)! I have a fenced in yard for your babies to run around safely and also a crate if needed, if thats what your pet is comfortable with.

About: With over 25 years of experience caring for animals, I bring a lifetime of love, patience, and hands-on knowledge to every pet I care for. From energetic puppies to gentle senior pets, I’ve nurtured animals through every stage of life. Our home is filled with kindness and activity—my three children have grown up around animals and share my deep love and respect for them. Whether your pet needs playful attention, a cozy cuddle, or a calm and reliable routine, you can trust that they’ll be treated like family in our care. As a homeschooling family, we have a flexible and consistent schedule that allows us to be home throughout the week. This makes it easy to provide attentive, reliable care for pets without the disruption of a traditional 9–5 job. Pet sitting fits naturally into our daily rhythm—whether it’s walking a dog, feeding and checking in on animals, or offering companionship and playtime, we’re available and present. My kids also enjoy helping (with supervision), adding extra love and attention to the care we provide. In my home, pets are treated like part of the family. I provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where they can feel relaxed and loved. Whether they’re staying for a day or a week, I make sure they have plenty of playtime, exercise, and snuggles—along with any specific care or routines they’re used to. I follow feeding schedules, administer medications if needed, and keep owners updated with photos and messages so they know their pets are happy and well cared for.

“Jennifer is very comfortable with large breed dogs like our Bernese Mt. dog who seemed to really like her. We were in transit through Florida and needed someone to pet sit our dog in our RV while we attended an all day family event in Orlando. We were very pleased to be able to find a competent pet sitter through Rover.com. The “meet and greet” was very helpful to not only get to know our dog, but also learn her way around the RV. Her time pet sitting also went well.”

“This was our first experience with Rover and we were a bit nervous, but Helena was incredible! We have a hard time going on trips because we love and worry about our kitties. She’s communicates greatly and our kitties who are usually a little too skittish of new people liked her a lot and made appearances. She also sent us great updates with picture, which we looked forward to. We had so much peace of mind knowing she was there watching over everything! 100000/10 would recommend her. We can’t wait to plan more trips now knowing our fur babies are in great hands!”

About: Hello I am Jessi, I specialize in medically needy care. My cat Bruce is diabetic with chronic ear infections due to folded ears. About: I have worked with dogs and all types of animals my whole life my last job I was a doggie daycare attendant and had up to 10 dogs in one group making sure they were happy and safe and was also a dog bather working with all breeds and sizes from Saint Bernard to chihuahuas. I also have been dog sitting for family and friends for a long time now. I'm currently not working at the moment so I'm available any day or time to dog or cat sit and can stay the night with them How I Keep Pets Safe and Take Care of Them As a dedicated and caring pet sitter, the safety, comfort, and happiness of the animals in my care are always my top priorities. Whether I’m watching over dogs, cats, or both, I treat each pet as if they were my own. For Dogs I follow their regular routine closely including feeding times, walks, potty breaks, and play. I use secure leashes and harnesses on walks and keep a close eye on surroundings to avoid any dangers like aggressive dogs or busy streets. I make sure they stay hydrated, well-fed, and have plenty of attention and exercise based on their energy level and age. I monitor for signs of stress, illness, or discomfort, and I’ll notify the owner right away if anything seems off. I keep doors and gates closed and locked at all times to prevent escapes. For Cats: I respect their individual personalities — giving shy cats space and attention when they’re ready, and playing with the more social ones. I keep litter boxes clean and ensure they have fresh water and food according to the owner’s instructions. I make sure indoor cats stay safely inside, and outdoor access (if allowed) is closely supervised. I give them cozy spots to relax and enrich their day with toys, brushing, or cuddles (if they enjoy it). For all pets, I maintain a calm, loving environment and stick to their normal schedule as much as possible to reduce stress while their owners are away. I also send regular updates and pictures so you know your pets are safe and happy.

About: I’ve cared for energetic puppies, the anxious pets that need a little extra time, sweet seniors, and everything in between. Whether your pet needs meds, belly rubs, or a long walk, I’m all in. I love getting to know each animal’s quirks and making sure they feel safe and loved while you are away! I have a completely open schedule, so whenever and whatever you need I am available - even if it is last minute, if I am available I will be there. When caring for pets in their own home, I prioritize their comfort, routine, and safety. I respect the home as if it were my own and follow all instructions closely—whether that’s feeding schedules, medications, or favorite walking routes. I build trust through consistency, gentle care, and clear communication, so your pet feels secure and happy while you’re away.
