About: As a child, growing up I was always bringing home stray animals to care for. I've been rescuing & caring for animals for over 20 years now. I have rescued & cared for a variety of different animals. I have expertise in caring for senior animals, those with illnesses, have imapirments,are handicapped, have disabilities or those that may have special needs. I'm everyone's go to for pet questions/concerns, pet sitting & pet rescue. I am an animal advocate & longtime member of PETA, ASPCA, Alley Cats Allies, National Wildlife Federation & Humane Society of the United States. I support local recues such as Forgotten Tails Rescue, Kitty Kat Haven & Two by Two Animal Rescue. I am currently & have been a stay at home mother to two special needs children (boys-ages 8 & 10) for the past 10 years. My availability it pretty well open during the weekdays to be able to assist for you & your pet's needs. I have an open back yard (1 acre) for your doggo to run & play. Indoors we have a large sectional that everyone likes to pile up on & snuggle. I also have puppy pads to use indoor & can also crate your pupper if you prefer, but I usually prefer not to confine the fur babies.

About: I have grown up with dogs my entire life and have taken care of everything from great pyrenees to Shih Tzu’s and even sugar gliders. I love volunteering at the Birmingham Humane Society and I know how to take care of puppies and seniors, how to give medication, and how to do basic emergency care like the Heimlich. I am a college student and have a couple labs/classes but I am typically free all weekends and Tuesdays. I can also stay when I am not in class. Other than that I am free to take care of all animals and make sure they are not lonely while you are away! In my home I have two cats. I rescued one as a kitten and have another older cat that came to me with asthma. Because of this I know how to administer medicine. I also grew up with dogs in my house as their primary caregiver and frequently visited my grandmothers farm. I have experience pet sitting and love every animal.

As a university professor, my schedule offers more flexibility than a traditional 9-to-5, particularly on certain weekdays, evenings, and weekends. I’m also a dad, so planning, routines, and being dependable are already a big part of my life! I’m happy to coordinate care around your pet’s normal schedule whenever possible and will always be upfront about my availability before accepting a booking. I know pets are family, and I treat both your pet and your home with that level of care and respect. I follow your instructions closely, maintain established feeding, walking, medication, and bedtime routines, and pay attention to changes in behavior or appetite. I’m patient about letting pets warm up to me at their own pace and prioritize safety at all times. You can also expect dependable communication and updates while you’re away. I know how reassuring it is to know that someone you love is happy, safe, and well cared for.

About: I have grown up with animals my entire life. Caring for animals has been my life long ambition. I understand the importance of trusting someone to care for your fur babies. My fiancé And I love training and exercising with them every day and they push us to be the best we can be. They bring so much joy and happiness to our life. I have 5 years experience pet sitting for friends and family as well. They are the support system that told me about this app. Work from home but it’s not very demanding. Extremely flexible schedule. Pets need routines just as much as humans do for a sense of calm and safety. To continue to keep your (our) fur baby safe I will keep trash cans covered or inside a latched cabinet. Move all chemicals to high shelves or behind secure doors. Keep cords, chargers, and other potentially harmful items out of reach.

About: I’ve been taking care of pets since I was 12 and have grown up around animals my whole life! My family has 3 dogs and 3 cats, so you could say I grew up in a zoo haha. I’m comfortable caring for pets of all sizes and personalities, and I understand how important it is to make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for. I’d love to treat your pets like my own! I am post grad so my schedule is very flexible/free and I can make anything work!!:) I’m also more than happy to help on the weekends !! About: Not only have I been dog sitting for the last 15 years, but I also have a lot of other experience with pet care! I have worked in a pet store as well as in veterinary offices when I used to live back in Indiana so I have learned a lot about caring for animals. I attended veterinary nursing school too before I moved, but I didn’t get to finish before moving down here and am currently looking to re start schooling here in Alabama. While I there I gained even more knowledge on animal health and care. I was the kennel manager for the shelter pets that we had at the school, where I was in charge of administering oral and IV/IM pet medication. I have experience working with elderly pets with medical issues as my own fur baby who passed in 2025 suffered from CHF and she required a lot of extra care towards the end. I love all types of animals and have experience caring for not only just dogs and cats. Over the years I have owned reptiles, turtles, and currently own 2 rabbits as well as 2 cats and 1 dog! If you book with me I will treat your pet as though they were my own so you can rest easy knowing they are loved and taken care of! I only work part time, so I have a very flexible schedule. I will have plenty of time to spend time with your pet! I am not typically away from home for very long, so I will be able to regularly come to check on your pet. I have a large fenced in yard and a dog door that my two dogs go in and out of freely. I will walk or run with your dog daily. There is usually always someone in my house at home at all times, who all love to interact with dogs. I have one other dogs. She is typically nice with other dogs but can be very skittish, so they would need to be introduced prior to being watched. The safety and comfort of all of the dogs including my own are my priority, so it needs to be a good fit. My dog does love to play a lot so they usually enjoy having another furry friend to play with. My 2 cats and 2 rabbits also live in the home, but the layout of the house allows them to stay in the upstairs portion of the house and it is blocked off to allow them to be separated. They all get along, but I feel more comfortable to allow them to have their own spaces.

About: I am an extremely caring and loving individual, who has owned two dogs, two cats, and dozens of other pets. Therefore I know how to accommodate whatever needs your pet might have. Having lost my oldest dog recently, being around other animals is fun and therapeutic for me as well. I am looking for work to supplement playing gigs on the weekend. Since I spend much time writing music at home, I will have plenty of time to spend with your pet. I have an easy going schedule being a teacher and musician. I have plenty of time to meet with your pet to attend to whatever needs they might have. I have plenty of space for pets to roam around my house. I also have a fenced in back yard where I like to spend time with my dog or friends dogs when the warmer weather is here.

About: I have animal experience in a shelter setting and in a medical setting. I’m currently working at a veterinary office as a kennel attendant. I’m also able to administer medications orally or via injections. I work from 8-6, but I get a two hour lunch. I’m able to drop in and check on animals in the mornings, on my lunch break and after work. I’m always mindful of an animals mood and try to adjust accordingly. If there’s treats, toys or routine that make an animal comfortable the that’s what I try to follow.

About: I have had pets all growing up and was a lead at a vet clinic for 3+ years! I have been pet sitting for years and I absolutely love it! I am comfortable giving medications, taking care of young and senior pets, and any special requests you have. I love all animals, big or small, and would love to take care of your baby I am available for drop in visits, walks, and pet sitting. I do work, but I have a super flexible job with the option to work from home if needed! I try to cater my weekly routine into what is going to be best for your pet. My overall goal is to make sure they are as comfortable as possible and having a good time! I have friendly dogs of my own who love to play with other pets! They have a blast having friends over and a lot of times they help to make a new pet more comfortable in the new environment. They love to get up and play but are also completely happy if your pet prefers to chill! I know some pets aren’t always comfortable with new dogs right away, so I do have plenty of space to separate them and rotate them out! I can crate my dogs at any time - my number 1 goal is to make sure everybody is comfortable and happy! I would be more than happy to meet with you and your pet beforehand to talk everything over.
