About: Hi there! I'm a lover of all pets, young and old, big and small. Throughout my life, I have taken care of multiple different species including dogs, cats, chickens, goats, and even hedgehogs! You name it! I believe animals leave unique paw prints on our hearts in their own special way and that's why they deserve the best. I have been working at Pine Grove Zoo as the Curator for over 7 years now and working with so many species has given me the ability to read animals in a unique way. I promise to treat every critter as if they are my own as long as you are okay with them being spoiled. My corgis and cat can definitely show you how fun of a time your pets will have while in my care. I am available Monday through Thursday, typically after 3:30 p.m. On Fridays, usually I am available any time of day. On the weekends, my time is flexible as long as an advance notice is given. I currently have a fenced in yard at my house so there is plenty of room to explore and have potty breaks. Our neighborhood is very dog friendly and we don't live on a busy street, so it is a wonderful area for walks. There is also a beautiful hiking trail that is only a short distance away and my dogs can testify for all the squirrels that are found there.

About: I've taken care of, trained and loved animals since I was little. Growing up that infatuation grew into a dream to have my own kennel and business. Now I own and operate Pawsitive Journey, so in a way uou could say that dream has turned into a reality. I'm experienced with a wide variety of behaved dogs, puppies and more. Don't be afraid to reach out. When your fur babies are in my care, they will be treated and cared for as family. I'm currently self-employed through Pawsitive Journey, so I will have plenty of time to provide your pet with the care, attention, and playtime you want and expect. I add a touch of difference with the care I provide to all of the animals I work with in that I treat each one individually and never work in a "cookie cutter" approach. I started working with and training animals (horses and dogs) at the age of fifteen. Throughout the years, my interest and passion with animals grew, as well as my experience. I currently have two dogs, a german shepherd and a very entertaining rescue mix. With my german shepherd, we are a K9 team with a search and rescue organization where we are called upon by law enforcement only for people who go lost or missing throught the upper Midwest. I still currently train dogs of all breeds, ages, and temperaments, in addition to training service dogs through an individually owned local business. Due to my long-term experience, I am able to adapt to your pets' individual needs with age, both young and old. I am trained in pet first-aid and CPR, and I am comfortable with any prescribed medical care needs you may have necessary for them. I truly enjoy building a sincere bond and connection with each family I encounter so that when they step away, they can feel at ease and enjoy their time without distress or worry. Topnotch care is my priority! I have decided after many years of working in family care industries, that my remaining years, I want to follow what was my childhood dream. Working with animals, yet still getting to keep my other passion, family care. I couldn't ask for a better combination. With my many years of experience, I always adapt my care to each of my pets needs. As I previously had mentioned I don't believe in "cookie cutter care" approach. I tailor my care to each pets individual needs and concerns.

About: I have over 30 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and ages. My love for animals started when I was young, walking dogs for neighbors and friends, and it quickly grew into a lifelong passion. As I got older, I volunteered at my local humane society and have continued providing trusted pet care for pets ever since. I have extensive experience working with dogs of all temperaments, including reactive dogs, dogs with separation anxiety, and dogs who may show aggressive behaviors. I’m patient, attentive, and always focused on creating a calm, safe, and positive environment for every dog in my care. In addition, I have experience with housebreaking as well as basic obedience training, and I’m happy to help reinforce routines and good habits during your pet’s stay. I have experience with house breaking and basic obedience training. I work part time from home which gives me a lot of flexibility to do what I’m most passionate about which is taking care of animals!

About: While I don’t have official experience, I’ve had cats and dogs my whole life and I would watch my neighbors dogs when they went out of town. I’d love to spend some time with your pets this summer! I’m a recent college grad looking for some short term work for the summer before moving in August for my post-grad job. I’m available to drop in and walk your pets or spend a bit more time with them while you take a break! Happy to stay with your pets all night or just drop by for a walk mid-day! About: ​I have been surrounded by dogs and cats my entire life, learning from a young age exactly what it takes to keep pets happy, safe, and comfortable. Whether your fur baby needs a high-energy walk, a strict feeding schedule followed, or just some dedicated cuddle time, I treat every animal as if they were my own. I have a huge yard out front and back and live in a nice community area good for walking dogs. My apartment is very spacious for any animals coming over and my cats are very friendly and adapted to all types of animals.
