“Julie was great with Kepper. She did a meet-n-greet with us before our scheduled booking and Kepper loved her! Julie took notes as we spoke and she got to know Kepper, and I was confident that she would take good care of her. She sent lots of pictures and a nice note with each Rover card, so I always knew how things were going. Kepper was always excited to see Julie. I'll definitely be booking with Julie again!”

6. Kaylee D.
“Kaylee loves dogs and they love her. She helped care for my 15 year old dog Sophie in her final days. She was diabetic so Kaylee helped research the best options for her diet, exercise and care. She gave her insulin shots twice a day. Sophie loved Kaylee so much. She followed her everywhere and preferred Kaylee’s attention over the rest of us. Kaylee is patient with all animals and appreciates each one for their unique personalities. Anyone would be very lucky to have Kaylee as their dog walker or sitter.”

10. Curtis F.
“Curt has cared for my dogs many times when I have had to travel. He is trustworthy, kind and loving with them. When he walks into the room, they go wild with excitement and shove their way over to him for some cuddles! A dog's reaction to a person really says it all! Dogs are very good judges of a person's character. He is kind and gentle with them and will protect them from harm near traffic and even keeping them from eating food that's bad for dogs. Give him a try and see for yourself how much your pup adores him!”

About: Having grown up on a farm, my lifelong love for animals was cultivated from the moment I took my first steps. While the shift from farm life to the structured environment of college presented its challenges, I am thrilled to reconnect with my roots by caring for your beloved pets. My diverse background has afforded me hands-on experience with a wide range of animals, from farm animals to more domesticated companions such as cats and dogs. This unique journey has planted in me a genuine passion for the well-being of animals and a commitment to providing them with the utmost care and attention. I look forward to sharing my love for animals with your pets and creating a nurturing environment for them to thrive. My partner is an animal lover and zoology student, and she helps me take care of the animals from time to time too! As a college student, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to spend quality time with your pets. Message me to ask for my availability! I understand the importance of safety, trust, and a positive atmosphere for your pet, and I am committed to providing your pets with a safe space where they can thrive and feel at ease.

About: The past couple of years, I have been house sitting which turned into dog sitting for a few family friends and have always had positive experiences so decided to take my talents (if you will lol) and bring myself to Rover! I have had a couple dogs growing up who have now passed away due to illness/old age but loved being around/taking care of them! I also understand dogs are people's children and will treat yours as such. I'm currently working via laptop freelancing so my schedule is very flexible. For in home stays, I am used to house sitting as well as taking care of animals so would return your home and animal as you left them. The only times I would really be out of the home would be to go to the gym or grab food so I would be attentive to your dog's needs! I am very easy to adapt to any situation and have had experience with multiple different breeds. If there is anything you are worried about, I would just be a text or a call away. I am very chill, responsible, and will make sure your dog is completely taken care of so you can enjoy your time away, stress-free.
14. Lauren F.

15. Gracie R.

16. Morgan K.
“Where can I even begin to express the gratitude my family has for Morgan. She has become a member of our family ever since we were first were introduced 4 years ago by a mutual friend. My wife and I needed someone to watch our beloved Sparky (8y/o Golden Retriever) as we planned to travel out of state for a couple of days to watch our Daughter participate in the Division 3 NCAA Midwest Regional Quarterfinals for Badminton. Sparky used to be a very tame and mild mannered dog but... Ever since the accident at the dog park when he was 5 years old, Sparky wasn't the same. Sparky required a daily regiment of medication to help with the injuries from the dog park accident. The major injuries included blindness, a severed paw, depression, and cynophobia(fear of dogs). To make matters worse... The depression lead to Sparky lacking the desire to do anything and over eating, thus causing him to be diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. All of these issues led Sparky to become very disgruntled/irritable which often resulted with him biting people. I shared the long list of these issues with Morgan and she wasn't phased for a moment. Morgan smiled and said how excited she was to meet Sparky. My Wife and I couldn't believe we found someone willing to watch Sparky. My Wife and I felt worried for Morgan and somewhat felt guilty so as we were travelling the first day, we texted to ensure everything was going okay. Morgan replied with a selfie of her and Sparky, each bearing the biggest grin imaginable. Along with the selfie Morgan texted us saying, "Sparky and I are having a great time! Don't worry about us and go cheer on Cynthia to get that win!."(Cynthia being our Daughter) My Wife and I intended on staying only 2 days due to our expectations in Cynthia's performance. However, Cynthia exceeded all expectations and showed promise to make her way to the Regional Finals. I called to inform Morgan our stay may be an additional 4/5 days and she had no issue with it whatsoever! We ended up coming home early due to a freak accident in the Semifinals when Cynthia's opponent served... The shuttlecock stuck her directly in the temple causing her to stumble, which caused her leg to twist and she tore her ACL as well as her MCL, thus ending her college Badminton career. I stepped out of the car and wheeled Cynthia along to gather Sparky and his belongings. Once I approached the door, the next moments changed my family's lives forever... Morgan opened the door and called for Sparky to come from the other room. Sparky turned the corner perfectly, which took me by my surprise because he usually bumps into several objects and/or walls as he makes his way due to his blindness/severed paw. But not this time... Sparky was galloping on 3 legs with a face sporting a smile and panting I haven't seen since before the dog park accident. Sparky immediately approached Cynthia in her wheelchair and observed her knee in concern. Sparky begin sniffing the knee and then proceeded to lick the knee. Cynthia gasped and I became terrified as if Sparky bit her... But no... Cynthia began to weep and then stood on her knee and began to pivot on the injured ACL and MCL. She was healed. Sparky healed her. I began to cry as I didn't know who this dog had become and that's when Sparky looked right at me and winked. I noticed his eyes were no longer cloudy and I was stunned. I tried to find words to express everything going on in my head but Morgan addressed it seamlessly. Morgan said, "Yes, Sparky and I became great Pals! I noticed some potential he had to heal through meditation and exercise! Now he seems to be a happy, good boy that can see now! Right Sparky!" Fast forward 4 years later and Sparky is still with us and healthy as ever! Sparky is 12 years old and no longer on any medication. Sparky now goes to local hospitals on weekends to serve as a service dog/companion. To this day I cannot believe what Morgan was able to do for our Sparky and when I heard that she was going to sign up on Rover I knew I had to share my story so that other families could experience her miracles! Thank you Morgan for all you have done for our family and especially Sparky!”
17. Amanda B.
“Amanda is one of the few people that I would trust to care for my pets. I am always confident that they are well taken care of while I’m gone. She is great with all five of my dogs ranging from 20 lbs to 75 lbs. She is great at managing the group dynamics with so many dogs at once. She not only makes sure they are safe and well cared for but also makes sure that they feel loved and appreciated. Her caring personality and love for animals shines through in every interaction with my dogs.”
18. Paul D.
About: I believe I am a genuine, loving, kind person, and I want to see anybody smile, win in their life, and I want to see people happy and that goes for animals as much as for us. I am a part time registered behavioral therapist for kids with autism. I am also full time in school (online). I work 8:30am - 11:30am Monday - Friday. If I have set appointments my dogs stay at my parents where we stay and I take care of any other individuals pets as they were my own. Since I am part time I am usually able to accommodate most schedules an individual presents with no hesitation. I live with my parents in the basement as a studio apartment. I have two dogs that I take care of. Here is a very quiet, carefree home. We love to play go on walks and just have a good time maybe get a little good treats in and then ultimately just lay on the couch and relax after we are tired from the day.
19. Darcey W.
“I love how Darcey pays attention to detail. She wanted to make sure that she knew my little guy: from his treats and his routine down to the way he likes to play ball. I never worried a minute while I was out of town because she had everything under control. It was such a comfort knowing that my little guy didn’t have to go stay somewhere else, but could stay in his own routine at home. I would HIGHLY recommend Darcey and her pet sitting services to ALL my friends with furry people. Don’t even worry about stressing or planning for a trip to the kennel, just let Darcey come over and take care of your little family at home. AND, she will update you as often as you’d like regarding your pets and their behavior. Call her today!!”
20. Kaitlin F.
“Kaitlin is fantastic! She’s been looking after Loki our GSD since he was 4 months and now checks in once a day when I’m at the office to give him lovin’s and take him on a walk. She is also incredibly knowledgeable and is a great resource for new pet parents!”
