About: Please don’t allow my reduced star rating to deter you from booking with me! I unfortunately took on a couple jobs that I shouldn’t have with dogs with behavior issues and the owners ended up blaming me although I provided the best care possible. :( I am now more diligent in asking the necessary questions before accepting a job. I do this because I love animals and also to earn very much needed extra income for my family of 8. I have had pets all my life including dogs, cats, rabbits, fish, hamsters, frogs, and turtles. I also grew up in a small farm town for a good part of my childhood and was around a lot of farm animals. I currently have 1 dog of my own who is friendly and playful, as well as kids who can help keep your fur babies active and having fun. We live in a quiet neighborhood perfect for walks. I work from home, so I have a flexible schedule and can work with your needs. I have mostly open availability on the weekends and also for boarding or overnight care. I have a yard with room to run, although it isn’t fenced, we do have an outdoor kennel area and a dog run line. I’m also able to crate pets inside if needed. I can also take dogs for walks around our quiet, private neighborhood, or to the dog park for more room to run.
About: I have had pets for majority of my time growing up I learned how to take care of different breeds from very small puppy’s all the way to big dogs. About: I have had two dogs since I was 14 but have loved animals my whole life. I started to watch some of my friend’s dogs when I hit 18 and now that I’m back home I’d love to have some more dogs to take care of! I am currently working 7-3:30 M-F but I’m free to stay overnight, walk your pups before and after work, and am free on the weekends! Whatever schedule you have for your dog I can keep. I can make sure they follow their routine so you can have a break! I unfortunately can’t have dogs stay at my house but I’m more than happy to stay overnight and make sure your dogs are taken care of.
About: I currently have one pet of my own, he is a bicolored Tabby cat named Juice! I’m really excited to use this app as a way to give some love and attention to pets with just the bonus of making some side money :) I live in a very nice area with a doggy park and plenty of trails and places to walk! I go on walks all the time here. I’ve had family pets my entire life and have had my own to take care of by myself so I feel I’m qualified to take on this responsibility. I started Rover around 4 years ago while living in NYC and dog sat nearly every weekend! I’ve had experience with all sorts of pets. From big dogs to small, chill to playful, old to young, etc. I’ve sat multiple dogs at the same time, cared for a deaf puppy, another puppy with a strict schedule who ate specific meals and took medications, and I’ve also sat a cat! My biggest thing is just going to be communication for the animals needs and the owners preferences, so I can do the job successfully. By that I mean what time the animal eats, how much they eat, how often they need to go potty, things the animal likes/dislikes, any concerns the owner has, etc. really just anything the owner thinks is important to know! I currently work in coffee so my schedule can be sporadic, but my shifts are typically 4-6 hours long. It’s usually pretty easy for me to move shifts around if necessary too, but other than that my schedule is very open and flexible! I like to make pets that I care for feel at home. They’re always allowed on furniture, they get plenty of love and play time. I love practicing tricks with treats and going on walks in my neighborhood. As for caring for an animal in the clients home, I care for the pet in a clients home just the same as I would my own, with of course the added respect to the clients home. I like to keep a moto of “leave it better than how you found it”.

About: I've taken care of animals since around the age of 10. I have taken fear free courses through the Benton County Humane society and have experience training dogs as well. I'm currently working from home and have a small fenced yard. My furbaby is 8 years old, around 70 pounds and gets along well with everyone. I have dogsat for my parents and brother at the same time, totaling 6 dogs one weekend... which was a lot. Dogs are welcome on beds and furniture in my home, I would just appreciate them to be potty trained.
About: I am equally comfortable with dogs and cats so multi pet homes aren’t an issue. I hold great patience for shy or independent pets and real energy for dogs that need active walks or playtime. I have no issue with adjusting to what your pet actually needs rather than introducing a generic routine. Currently I am a student so I am best for the weekends but if you need help during the week my Wednesday’s are open and Tuesday and Thursday evenings are available as well for visits. I treat every home like it’s my own so respecting your space and following your instructions will be easy. I’m great at communicating and i’ll make sure to keep you updated to relieve your worries and make sure your pets feel safe in their home while your presence is missed.
About: I am from Tri Cities and have a passion for animals! I have 2 cats and two dachshunds of my own. I have watched a few of my friends dogs in the past, ranging different sizes. I would love to take your dog(s) for a walk! I currently work full time Mon- Fri, with time available after work or on weekends through the day. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
