About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, and I’ve been dog sitting all different breeds and ages for over 5 years. The families I pet sit for always recommend me to other families, so I decided to expand on that! Along with my experience, I’m also looking to go into an animal-related career field, so I enjoy being around animals any chance I get. I’m currently working full time at the Toledo Zoo; however, I do get one hour breaks, which I can use to give potty breaks if within a reasonable distance to my job. I’m looking for a different job, so there is a possibility my availability will open up more. I love getting to know all types fur babies! I can deal with any personality type, as well as give medications if needed. My dog at home gets 4 pills a day, so I relate! I’m a very big communicator with the owners while dog sitting, whether it’s any concerns or just cute pictures!

“Vivien was awesome. I have 3 dogs. One of them is older with anxiety, a puppy and a 3 yr old. All 3 of my dogs loved her. Vivien administered medication to my senior dog. She cleaned up after the puppy and made sure my 3 yr old got plenty of attention. My dogs aren't used to being left alone. But, Vivien took care of everything. I was able to relax while I was on vacation. I would definitely request her service again. Vivien was perfect.”

“Adam was amazing with Ryder! Ryder wasn’t feeling great and Adam took the time to help clean up his crate and take him outside extra long to help him get some exercise. Thank you!”

About: I've been taking care of pets, plants and homes for the last ten years. I believe in having a pet owner coming back to their pet/home in better shape than they left them. I've encountered many different personalities of pets over the years and understand each has different needs and desires. I ensure that the pet is comfortable with the environment and myself by building a relationship of trust. I'm a high school technology teacher enjoying summer break. I've decided to join Rover so I can still work during my down time this summer. I have cared for animals short & long term and have many necessary items like leashes, bowls, foods, bags and more. I have air conditioning for the hot days of summer. Walking your dog helps me live a healthy lifestyle that I enjoy.

About: Hi, I’m Ashley from blushingMartha! As a lifelong animal lover and creative soul, I bring warmth, patience, and a touch of whimsy to every pet I care for. Whether it’s cozy cuddles, mindful walks, or playful moments, your furry friend will feel safe, loved, and right at home with me. As an artist, crafter, and professional snuggler of furry friends! My days are filled with creativity, calm routines, and comfy moments (what I call Comfy Brain Time), which makes me the perfect match for your pet’s daily needs. Whether I’m designing craft kits or sipping tea while sketching, your pet becomes part of my peaceful, loving flow. Walks, playtime, meals, and snuggles? They fit right in with my rhythm—and I’m always tuned into the small details that make pets feel safe and loved. I treat every animal like they’re part of the family (or a four-legged crafting assistant). Let’s make your pet’s day joyful, cozy, and tail-wagging happy. Whether your pet stays with me or I come to your home, their comfort and safety are always my top priority. In your home, I maintain your pet’s familiar routine, creating a calm and reassuring environment. I follow all instructions with care—feeding schedules, medications, favorite napping spots—because I know how much the little things matter. I’m tidy, respectful, and treat your home as a sacred space for your pet’s comfort. In my home, pets are welcomed into a quiet, creative space where the energy is peaceful and predictable. I maintain a safe, pet-friendly environment—no toxic plants, no loose items, and plenty of cozy corners for rest. I keep a close eye on every pet’s needs and offer gentle structure, affection, and a calm atmosphere that feels like home.

About: I’m very good with different personalities of the dog and can work to what they feel comfortable with. Love giving them attention and making them happy! I am free from 3-7pm after I get off work. Taking care of animals fits perfectly into my afternoon schedule and is a great distressor as well. Depending on the animal we can play more outside or inside make sure they are feeling loved and happy. My dog personally loves being outside so we spend most our time on walks.

About: I have always owned a pet. I also worked as a zookeeper for 7 years before becoming a stay-at-home mom. I can care for any animal and can even provide basic training. I will also come work on your farm. I love physical work and am working towards having my own homestead. I am also comfortable administering medications. I can come out almost any day of the week to walk, spend time, do animal chores, or whatever else is needed for your pet or farm. I will likely have my son who I stay home with unless this is an issue with your pet or your personal preference. Due to having children I will not be able to stay the night but can come several times a day and in the evenings. I will come to your home to care for your pets. I will follow all written instructions. I prefer to come and do a meet and greet to become familiar with your pet and the routine you have established. I will always check first to see if I can bring my son as I am a stay-at-home mom and only don't have him two days a week. I will always be attentive with him and the animals as I do understand how to identify behavior. I spent 17 years in the zoo field both as a volunteer and as a keeper.

About: I have owned animals my whole life, both cats and dogs. I have owned/ co-owned big dogs, medium dogs, small dogs, older dogs, energetic dogs, lazy dogs, snuggly dogs, etc. I have also owned big and small cats, lazy cats, somewhat mean cats, snuggly cats, energetic cats, etc. I have dog walking experience, bathing experience, and dietary restriction experience. I recently moved out of a house with a roommate where we co-owned a boxer doberman golden mix named Kamila, and I am no longer a co-owner, and I miss being with her so much. I am not in a situation to own a pet right now so pet sitting is the perfect job! I currently work part time as a server and bartender, so my schedule is flexible. Usually my workdays are no longer than 6 hours at a time, so the majority of my time will be with your furr babies!! It all depends on how the owner wants me to care for their animal. I work for the owners! I have never had a fenced in yard so I always would take a dog outside on a leash to go to the bathroom, and I have had experience with both dogs that have a feeding schedule and free eating dogs. I love going on walks if the dog is capable, and I also love playing inside whether it is a dog or a cat. I know brain enrichment is super important for animals so making sure they get some of that as well and not just physical exercise is something I pay attention to.

Matt R.
“My girls live to see Matt when he comes to care for them. He will stay at my house so the girls feel comfortable or care for them at his home where my girls fell in love with being able to lie on the back of his couch and peer out the window. Both my girls are rescue dogs and very skiddish but very comfortable with Matt. The only other person I would leave my girls with is my daughter. Matt is family as far as my girls are concerned. I get pictures of them while he’s babysitting. Wouldn’t trust my babies to anyone else except family”

“Sydney is great with cats and dogs! She has lots of experience caring for both and she is very loving, affectionate, and responsible. She adopted a dog, Kamila, with her college roommates two years ago and there are very few dogs out there more loved and cared for than Kamila. Syd is perfect for this job!”
