“Omgoodness what amazing people!! Chippy was so well taken care of!!! We are so pleased that we found you!! Thank you for taking such good care of our boy!!”

“Brooke treated my puppy as one of her own. I can tell she read my puppy's profile, the booking details, and knew what to do to keep my puppy occupied. Also, she was very communicative and sent me cute pictures and videos of my dog playing and eating. Brooke kept me posted on everything and made all the experience very nice and easy. I'm very happy and satisfied with Brooke' pet sitting.”

“She is absolutely amazing with my babies and super understanding of situations! I absolutely adore her and the way she loves my cats! She and her family treat them like family and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with them!!”

“Absolutely Brilliant! Was able to help out last minute and was so good with Oscar. He had a great time, will definitely be using Raquel again! Thank you so much!”

“Kaitlin made the entire experience comfortable and fun. She is great with dogs and made sure they were outside a lot and got to play. I had two of my dogs with her 4 days and the communication made it worry free.”

“Jennifer provided excellent service. Our dog was loved and cared for as part of their family. We will be using her again - we have already reserved another time. She also provides excellent communication and updates.”

“Thankful Gretchen and her family were so accommodating for a last minute board. She was quick to provide pictures and give me updates on my two dogs. Definitely recommend!”

“Nella is a very good 'Caregiver' & welcomed my dog/Bella w/open arms. Bella loved playing w/Her dog & running around endlessly outside. Nellas' property is in a rural community just N of Springfield proper & appeared to be relaxing when dropping Bella off. Nella was attentive & gave me regular text updates re: eating habits & activity level during Bellas' stay. I appreciated that & was able to enjoy my Trip bc of Her open communication. I will definitely contact Nella in the future, when I go out of town/state ~”

“Ashlyn and her pets were fantastic with my sometimes-reactive dog. She listened to my cautious instructions and made sure my dog had a warm start-up to his week-long stay. Thank you!! Will be returning in the future :).”

About: I’ve been around pets my whole life and enjoy spoiling them. I have two dogs and a chinchilla. We’ve previously owned cats as well but don’t have any in the home currently. I work Monday through Friday and have holidays off, which gives me plenty of time to spend with our pups. When I’m not working, I love playing, cuddling, and making sure they feel loved and spoiled. I would love the opportunity to welcome your pups into our home, give them lots of attention, and make them feel like part of the family. We have a large, fenced-in backyard where dogs have plenty of space to run, play, and explore. The yard is enclosed with a 5-foot chain-link fence to help keep everyone safe, including our dog Pepper, who loves to jump. We’re located in a quiet subdivision outside of town, away from busy highways, allowing us to provide a peaceful and secure environment for your pups to enjoy.
“If I could give more stars I would. Raelynn, thank you so much for giving me such peace of mind leaving my silly boy at your house for the weekend. I was so nervous to leave him somewhere unfamiliar. He was so well cared for, he obviously felt so comfortable from the pictures you sent and a lot of the time he can be kind of anxious when I'm away (or maybe I'm just anxious 😂). I'm so glad he had other pups to play with too. I will use you for his care when I need it from now on. Thank you so so much.”

“Molly and her sweet daughter were wonderful with our corgis while they stayed with them for a week. We were at first a bit hesitant to leave them with someone we did not know since it was our first time. However, our dogs immediately warmed up to them upon meeting for the first time prior to booking. Molly communicated well and provided us with updates or any concerns or questions she had. We received cute photos of them playing in the yard and going for a pup cup. Our dogs appeared happy and well cared for upon pick up. We'd happily have Molly care for them again.”

“Gerrad was so great with our two dogs while we were at the lake for the 4th of July. He was reliable and communicative, sending an update and several photos every day. He even helped one of our dogs who was scared with the fireworks. Our furbabies clearly looked happy and well cared for in the photos. Would definitely book with him again. Thanks Gerrad!”

“Our super high separation anxiety diva lab was so happy when we picked her up and we got plenty of pictures and updates while we were gone. She went on walks, was fed and had the cutest play mate while being taken care of by Tyler. Definitely recommend”

“Emma was fantastic with our pups! She sent us lots of “pupdates” with pics. Took the girls on several walks, on outings to the park and even tried to teach them tricks. She went above and beyond with everything. I couldn’t have asked for a better first time Rover experience.”

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in MO ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
