This was our very first experience using Rover, and also our first experience with leaving our precious Furbaby in someone else’s care! We drove all the way from Florida to visit Washington DC and unfortunately we were not able to bring Eleanor with us to the Smithsonian museums! Lol! So we were in need of someone to take care of her while we were sightseeing and I am so thankful that we found Kristen and her beautiful farm! We left Eleanor at the farm for three days, and it seems like she had a blast! Kristen was great with communicating even though I was a little neurotic about checking on Eleanor, she had no hesitation with reassuring me that Eleanor was in good hands, and well taken care of! Seriously though, they were wonderful. Very communicative and thoughtful. Bruno has a daily skin care routine and requires medications, and Richard handled everything perfectly. By the time we picked Bruno up, his skin honestly looked better than when we dropped him off. Richard is clearly experienced and confident administering all types of medications, including injections, which gave me a huge sense of relief and comfort. It’s not easy to find someone you fully trust with a dog that has medical needs, but I felt completely comfortable leaving Bruno in his care. We had daily updates which put our minds at ease You can tell Richard genuinely loves dogs. Bruno got constant attention, enjoyed his backyard, and clearly loved spending time with Richard and his family. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing Bruno was being cared for like part of the family. We will absolutely book with Richard again. Richard is officially our new Rover when we go on vacation.”
