Love the outdoors and being outside part of every day life. Lots places to roam around Although, just lounging inside works too. About: Hi, I’m Alyviah! I’m 24, a veteran, and a lifelong animal lover. My crew includes two mini schnauzers, two cats, and a banana ball python, so caring for different personalities and species is part of my everyday life. I’ve had dogs big and small throughout my life. For the past 4 years, I’ve provided walks, drop-in visits, overnight stays, and boarding for dogs, cats, and reptiles. I’ve also rescued and fostered stray animals and volunteered with local adoption centers. Life can be unpredictable, so I’d love to help when you need an extra hand. I would love to create new memories with your furry, feathered, and scaly babies and hopefully become your go-to gal! Pet care is a natural part of my everyday life. I have a flexible schedule and am available most days, including weekends, allowing me to provide reliable care when needed. I enjoy getting to know each pet’s unique personality and following their routine to help them feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their owners are away. Every pet is different, so I do my best to follow their normal routine and make their time away from their owner as stress-free as possible. I pay close attention to feeding schedules, exercise needs, medications, and any special instructions. I also believe communication is important, so I like to provide updates and photos when possible. My goal is for both pets and their owners to feel comfortable, safe, and cared for.

I have taken dog obedience courses. I look forward to connecting with and caring for your canine friend, while allowing you to vacation, dine, or just leave the house worry free. When you invite me over to care for your furry companion, think of my visit as one by extended family - I will treat your furry loved ones as I would my own, with love, reliable care, and devotion. I grew up with many furry friends and consider them all an inescapable part of my family. Currently, I have one lovable friendly dog of my own.
About: While I've cared for family dogs since my earliest memories, my dog Denali is who really taught me how to play, be silly, and make sure she's receiving every aspect of quality care. Her vet is always amazed at how happy and healthy she is! My cat Noah has also been rehabilitated to proper health, and it has been the most wonderful gift to watch her grow healthy through our bond. I'm currently unemployed, so I have plenty of time to spend with your pup (or cat!). I prefer advance booking so I can plan appropriately and can ask/answer any necessary follow-up questions. First and foremost, I would spend time to get to know your dogs' play-preferences. Do they like to play tug-of-war, or are they more of a fetch kind of dog? Do they prefer roughhousing or gentle play? I'm also happy to bring my dog if yours prefers play time with other dogs, since she is highly submissive (we would have them meet first, of course). And, if you need a cat-sitter, you can rest assured that I will take the proper time and care to bond with your cat by being just as mindful and respectful.

I’m quick to respond and always happy to help with last minute bookings, walks, and check-ins. I’d love to connect with local pet owners and help care for your pets like they’re my own! I’m a full time online student at Lamar University, which gives me a very flexible schedule. I’m available most days for walks, drop-ins, or pet sitting and can easily adjust to your pet’s routine. I walk, feed, entertain, and love my own pets every day, and I’ve taken in stray animals in tough situations for years. I’m great with energetic or hyperactive pets and love keeping them happy and engaged through play and attention.

I am generally a night owl but I enjoy early morning walks as well. I currently live in an rv park close to Lake Cherokee. Yes, you can find walkers who have experience with handling special pet needs in Marshall. On Rover:
- 100% of walkers can help with special care needs
- 100% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 100% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
