About: Hello! I focus on supporting dogs with separation anxiety over two years old. My dog comes with me to house-sit and walk. "Meet and Greets" are in a neutral area near your house, and then we go to your house! I have been pet-sitting most of my life and have had several of my own dogs. I am happy to keep your pets' schedules/routine familiar and care for them the way you do. Meals, basic care and training, playing with favorite toys, and enrichment. I am constantly making sure the dogs in my care feel safe, have fun, and relax. I will read out loud with them and play classical music. Lots of snuggles, if they enjoy them, and cozy energy. Consistent time out to go potty every 2-4 hours or as needed. Pet care fits easily into my routine, as I have weekends and evenings available. Some daytime hours as well. My dog is always with me, and we are happy to come take care of your fur babies! Safety is my top priority. That includes not just making sure walks are in safe locations and keeping an eye on any other dogs out, but making sure their routine stays consistent. I watch the dogs I am with consistently while they eat. play, and sleep. When I get where I am watching the dog(s), I check the area we will be in to make sure floors are clear and safe, and I make sure I know where anything is that I might need for safety or cleanups. I sit down and say hi to the dogs and play gently. Talking and singing to them or putting on some classical music and petting them. I make sure they are the center of my time.

About: My whole life I've loved animals, it started as a young child when I'd rescue injured turtles and bring them home.. then as a teenager it turned into rescuing cats, dogs, geese, chipmunks, raccoons, opposums, rabbits, and birds. I had cats, dogs, fish and yes..2 rats as pets as a child. I currently have my kitty Luna, she's 5 years old and is just the sweetest little cuddle bug. Growing up I thought my animal soft spot came from my parents who used to occasionally rescue as well.. then I realized it wasn't that. It was just, I love animals. They're goofy beings, each with a personality of their own, and have nothing but love to give if they're treated properly. If I'm at an event, it's a guarantee I'll befriend the animals before any humans. I've been blessed that each animal I've connected with has picked up on the love I have for them and typically trust me just about instantly. Since my teenage years, I started doing daily drop-ins which quickly grew to over night stays for night long furry cuddles. I currently care for 4 familes, 2 with pets on medications and my flexible job lets me balance both perfectly! I've been a nail technician for 6 years, which has given me the flexibility to set my own schedule. Because of this, I can easily come and go as needed, fitting pet care seamessly into my daily routine. This allows me to provide attentive, reliable care to each pet, ensuring they get the time and attention they deserve. At this time I only provide pet care in the clients home. I make sure to follow each pets routine closely, keeping their environment safe and familiar, and provide regular updates to owners. I ensure I keep a clean, secure space and respect each pet's, and their owners, comfort and boundaries so they feel at ease. I also pride myself on being responsible and reliable. I have my own car and hold my own personal vehicle insurace, so I can take pets to appointments or emergencies if needed, within reason.
