About: Your pet is treated as my own and a family member. Your fur baby is not crated unless you request that and provide the crate. Your pet gets to go outside and run and play several times a day. I go out and encourage playing and running for exercise. When the weather permits, we walk through the field and explore along the canal. If your pet is older and doesn't want to play or explore, that's ok. I have plenty of shaded areas for them to just lounge and take a snooze while I sit with them and read. I would love to share your fur babies with you. Must provide proof of all shot records (including Kennel Cough vaccine). I have had guinea pigs, hermit crabs, fish, a salamander (who loved to be 14), dogs, cats and horses. I can be flexible, with notice, to suit a client's needs. I am very safe to not let any animals out the door unless they are leashed or have a fenced in yard. I had a cat who was a master escape artist growing up... I have not forgotten. I will follow any directions you have. I am glad to come in and just clean litter boxes for those that have physical difficulty or dislike doing that, etc. I will always be sure your gates and doors are locked when I leave.
About: I’ve been around animals since the day I was born. Currently I’m in college for veterinary technician, and working as a veterinary assistant. Animals are my passion and I love to work with them everyday. If you want a bath, or nail trims done I can also do this as well. Currently I am working full time but I have free evenings and my weekends are free along with a few designated weekdays. I can board pups overnight on certain days, or walk your pets in the evening if you’re out late. I have a husky mix and 2 Shepherds who can keep your pups company while they stay with me, along with daily walks that we take them on. I had a beagle for over 15 years, and have experience working with dogs in a boarding kennel within a veterinary clinic. Each animal has their own schedule and routine that vary from eachother, so extra care is often times needed. I also recently worked for an aquarium for the past 6 years, which I was a supervisor that worked up to 12 hour days taking care of basic and advanced care needs for the animals in our facility. I can give basic medications if needed or bottle feed/syringe. I can let out your dog on a runner or lead if that is preferred. Walks are also fine, given proper training based on the specific needs of the dog. I can provide playtime and enrichment to help with extra energy that needs burned off as well.
About: I have taken care of both dogs and cats for family, neighbors, and friends for the last 6-7 years. I have more experience with dogs— ranging from all sizes and ages, however I love cats and never say no to a feline friend as well! Expected care for the animals from me has included daily walks, feeding per directed schedule, hanging out with them, medication administration as needed, and cleaning up after them after an occasional “oopsie”. Most of my experience has been staying in client houses, so I am comfortable with that, however I am also more than confident with driving back and forth for potty breaks throughout the day. I just completed grad school and I am a certified Physician Associate working in the ER. My work schedule is typically 2-3 12h shifts a week— flipping between day and night shifts. My schedule for pet care is more client-based than anything and I will always work my personal schedule around taking care of the animals needs first. I prefer keeping the clients pets in their homes for their safety and comfort. I will always put them on leashes unless they are fenced in and I will go outside with them initially to keep an eye on them and to feel out the surroundings myself.
