“Our dog was so happy staying with this lovely family! They treated him like their own, sent pictures often and were incredibly communicative. We’d definitely entrust our dog with them again!”

“Marena was a fantastic sitter for my dog Max! She gave me frequent updates and had no issues with the provided instructions for his care. Marena took such great care of Max, I don’t think he wanted to leave when we picked him up :) I will definitely have her watch Max again in the future.”

“My dog stayed for one night. First time away from home and I received so many pictures and they made me feel so comfortable to trust them with my dog. And he looks like he had a ton of fun with his pals there. Thank you!”

“My boarding experience with Lauren has been great. I felt really comfortable knowing she was well cared for during my extended trip away. Lauren is easy to communicate with and very responsive. We also do daycare with her and my Yorkie enjoys going back, which says a lot since she’s usually pretty anxious in environments outside of the house. Lauren is very kind and treats my little one like her own, and I really appreciate the care she gives her. We’ve had a great experience overall.”

“He was great at being communicative and sending pictures and Daisy had such a great time with the other dogs! Even when my flight was running a little late, he was very understanding of the situation! I definitely recommend looking your furry friend with Hasber! He also lives very close by to my home. It feels good to know that there is someone close by. I can trust to watch my furry best friend if I ever go on a trip ever again.”

About: Hi! My name is Grace! I am first year veterinary student at OSU. I previously at The College of Charleston in South Carolina where I majored in marine biology and worked as a veterinarian technician at a small animal clinic down there. I have had a variety of animals growing up including dogs, cats, horses, goats and chickens. I currently have two cats of my own named Goose & Duck. I have been on Rover almost 7 years now and would love to help out with your animals. It’s a great study break for me and keeps me active! I’m eager to help out with cats and dogs of all sizes. Additionally, due to my vet tech experience, I am happy to trim nails, express glands, clean ears, etc in the comfort of your own home! Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about my services. I look forward to meeting lots of cute and furry friends soon! I have a very flexible routine that I can easily fit your pet into! Although I am a full-time veterinary student, I feel as if that helps me manage my time even better than if I was not! I do my best to keep your pet in their normal routine to keep them happy and comfortable while you are away! This includes a normal feeding schedule and plenty of time outside!
“I highly recommend Emily! My dog is 100 pounds and has some separation anxiety but did great with Emily! He got along great with her pup and even seemed to miss her dog when he left. She walked him daily and sent pics daily. She was very responsive and easy to coordinate pick up and drop off times with. He’s stayed with her twice so far and I will definitely have Emily watch him again in the future.”

“Our dog Apollo has been staying with Liz Marie and her family every time we’ve traveled for the past year or so, including a recent 3 week trip. Having peace of mind that he was being taken care of by people who love him while we were oceans away meant so much to us, and we love getting regular updates and photos. We especially appreciate Liz Marie’s responsiveness and flexibility with pick up and drop off times and her dedication with the various medications and creams Apollo has needed. Thank you again for welcoming Apollo into your family!”

“Katie took great care of Leo, and he seemed really comfortable in her care! We took him on our weekend trip to Columbus to have him nearby. The communication was great and the pictures were really delightful. Would definitely book again if we come to town again!”

“Ellen was phenomenal with both of our dogs. We got continuous updates and pictures. Very accommodating to our schedule. Our dogs loved her fenced in yard and Ellen. I would highly recommend and will be using her in the further. Can’t thank you enough!”
“Smith had such a great time with Kris and Baloo! He was treated like part of their family and so well taken care of. He had so much fun playing and relaxing and generally being spoiled, and I got so many great pictures of their time together. I can’t imagine letting him stay with anybody else!”

“I had family funeral and Kevin was extremely flexible and accommodating while I was unsure about exact drop off and pick up times. He also sent several pictures each day and updates.”

“Great communication! Sent lots of pictures and a couple videos. Made me feel like they were treating my dog like family. Loki got plenty of exercise and attention. Great people. Would book with them again!”

“Lauren and her family took Doug in as if he was their own. I recieved updates and plenty of pictures of Doug playing with their puppy Cinder, who is an absolute sweetheart. There is absolutely no doubt that I will be booking with Lauren and her family again.”

“Megan and Jay are amazing! They’re so thoughtful, warmhearted, and truly wonderful people. They took such great care of Malie, and she felt right at home with them. Their boys were fantastic with her—playing and keeping her entertained. I loved receiving daily photo updates from Megan, and it was clear how happy Malie was during her stay. She came home happy, loved, and well cared for. 😊 I’m already looking forward to her next stay with them! Thank you Megan, Jay and the boys!”

“Our dogs were so well cared for by Sara. We are not used to leaving our pets any place. Finding her on Rover was such a relief and proved to be the loving environment we hoped for. Greatly caring of animals and helps them adjust to being away from home. Great job. great choice.”

“Mary was amazing. My dog Thyon is a sweet but skittish boy. Since making a big move from the country to the city, he has suffered from anxiety which he needed to be medicated for. I tried traditional boarding facilities however they were not a good fit. There were too many loud noises and he always came home stressed and nervous. Mary provided a wonderful environment. Not only was he able to quickly adapt and feel comfortable, but he seemed to thrived there. He was running in the yard with her dog Elle. Which he has not done since we moved months ago. I have finally found a place where I am comfortable to leave my boy and know he’s being well cared for. Thanks Mary!”

“Maolin was a great caretaker for Nash. We were away on vacation for 10 days and she sent daily photos and videos as well as took Nash to the local dog park to play around. She really seemed to care a great deal for Nash as like she was her own. Would definitely use again and refer her to others!”

“Sent us a ton of pictures of our dog while we were on vacation. Allowed us to feel much more comfortable about leaving him with a sitter. We will definitely be using Carissa and Andrew again!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Marble Cliff
Thomas was a great Rover for our dog I cannot recommend him enough. First, when our previous Rover had to cancel due to storm damage Thomas was able to book us and meet and greet our dog quickly before we left on vacation. When dropping off the dog Thomas asked about our dog’s likes and dislikes walking habits to ensure that our dog would be very comfortable. During the stay we were always kept informed of our dog’s behaviors and received daily pictures and messages of our dog having fun throughout the stay. When our flight was delayed coming home Thomas was kind enough to extend the stay and arrange for pickup in the morning. Thomas really will love your dog and return them to you happy and well taken care of.

“ First time leaving” reassurance Leaving my dog for the first time was not easy. But Lindsey made the whole process completely stress-free. I got daily updates and pictures. Her feed schedule was also followed. Lindsey is incredibly reliable. When I picked my dog up she did not look stressed. She was happy. I will ABSOLUTELY be booking with Lindsey again for all future trips.

Marina was absolutely AMAZING with Chance! From the moment I dropped him off, I knew he was in great hands. She kept me updated with so many photos, which gave me so much peace of mind and let me see how happy and comfortable he was the entire time. She took him on plenty of walks, gave him lots of love and attention. When I picked him up, he was happy, relaxed, and clearly had the best time. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better sitter! I would recommend Marina to absolutely anyone looking for someone trustworthy, caring, and attentive to watch their pet. She’s the kind of person you hope to find, and I’ll definitely be booking with her again!

Yi did a wonderful job taking care of my fur baby. She communicated well, sending pictures daily and letting me know how he was doing. This was the longest I’ve been away from him since we’ve had him, and I really appreciated how well she took care of him. She was friendly, responsive, attentive, and I didn’t have to worry about my dog being well taken care of. I wouldn’t hesitate to book her again!
