About: I miss my two girls I have lost in recent years due to old age and a serious health condition beyond our control. I am not ready to adopt again anytime soon, but my need to be around animals is an itch I long to scratch. I am highly attuned to when animals need space, and when they need love. Will do all I can to help you out, and make you and your pet feel at ease while you are away. Look forward to meeting new fur friends in Murphy! I’m available on the weekends and a few days during the week for house sitting or pet walking. Evenings will be variable. Tuesday nights are available during the week. “With two Rottweilers, it is so difficult to find a caregiver who is 1) not intimidated by them and 2) understands their needs. On the meet and greet, my dogs acted as if they would eat Terri. I was sure Terri would run the other way. (I would have expected anyone to!) About: Growing up I’ve always owned dogs and I love taking care of my own dog who has high needs. I love walking dogs and always enjoy seeing new dogs roaming about. Now that I have time, I would like to help others with that. I am available to housesit your dog most any weekend and beginning June 1 through August 15th, I am available to house sit most anytime. I have been a teacher for 20 years, so safety is always at the center of each decision. If I were caring for a dog in another family's home, I would be mindful of security, house alarms, locks, and also what the pet could possibly get into inside the home that could be dangerous.
