“I highly recommend Robin, this was our first time using Rover and I could have not asked for a better set up. Cole was able to play with her two pups, great house, big yard and Robin's compassion for dogs made this such a positive experience !! We so happy to have fun such a nice place for Cole !!”

“I was in a pinch to find someone at the last minute to care for my puppy for a few days, and am so glad that Stefanie accepted the request. She was wonderful! A definite animal lover, she knows dogs and their behavior well. She was very accommodating (drop off had to be late in the evening) and went above and beyond to make sure my puppy and I felt comfortable before I left. Tucker had a blast during his "vacay" and did not want to leave his new buddies behind when it was time to go home. Detailed text messages with updates and pictures every day were terrific. And when I picked Tucker up, Stefanie had even washed his bed and given him a bath (well, at least tried to!) I would definitely use Stefanie's services again.”
“David and Leslie were awesome! They treated my Callie like their own and sent me updates regularly with pictures. She seemed very comfortable with both of them and got along well with their sweet dog.”

“Frank was GREAT! He provided loving care to Willa. She was happy and spoiled when we returned, just like we wanted. Frank kept in touch with pictures and texts. He is reliable and left my house clean. I never had a moment's worry while I was away.”

“Great! We were in the area for an event and I was super nervous. Summer was so nice, took pictures, and kept me updated! Our puppy had a blast and loved Summer. If we are ever in the area again Summer will be the first person we ask to watch our pupper! ?”

Many sitters in NC ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
