He showed up on time, made sure Jos was fed and his litter boxes were cleaned, and followed all the directions we left for him. Taylor was attentive, friendly, and accommodating, and I would definitely book him for pet care in the future.”

“Aaron was excellent. We have 2 cats, one old who is friendly, and the other ex feral who is usually terrified of strangers. There I am visiting family, and I get a video of my "feral" bumping around getting her head & butt scratched! Quite a testament to the kind of person Aaron is. The litterbox was spotless. The cat food dishes were washed and neatly stacked. We will not hesitate to use him again.”

I found Amanda and she was happy to do a visit for us. She cared for 2 of my boxers. She took pictures, and made sure they went to the bathroom and walked. About: I miss my two girls I have lost in recent years due to old age and a serious health condition beyond our control. I am not ready to adopt again anytime soon, but my need to be around animals is an itch I long to scratch. I am highly attuned to when animals need space, and when they need love. Will do all I can to help you out, and make you and your pet feel at ease while you are away. Look forward to meeting new fur friends in Murphy! I’m available on the weekends and a few days during the week for house sitting or pet walking. Evenings will be variable. Tuesday nights are available during the week. We are semi-retired couple that have been in the area for over 8 years. We have plenty of time and experience to care for your pets. For hosting your pet at our home, we have an 8 year old hound dog mix that is unbelievably chill and he always loves to meet other dogs. We do have an extra large crate already if your dog requires/likes to be crated.

About: Animal Shelter Enrichment Volunteer, Stephanie "Stevie" is experienced with managing the special needs of high-anxiety and/or reactive dogs. She has rescued and rehabilitated 3 dogs of her own, and 6 cats. She is an active volunteer at the local animal shelter, helping with adoption events and enrichment activities. Stevie has been a pet-sitter since she was 12 years old. She started with plants and birds, and now 20 years later, can work with any animal, including ones that require bottle feedings, complex medication schedules, or homestays up to 2 weeks. Farm animals too! Chickens, ducks, and goats! She was a camp counselor for 3 summers and also conducted a work exchange at a homestead farm for 1 summer. She successfully worked for Trusted Housesitters but has switched to Rover for more local opportunities. I work remotely part-time and have a flexible schedule that can meet all of your pet's individual needs. 24/7 care and attention for your animal! I understand your home is your sanctuary, and I aim to leave it as if I was never there. All poops are bagged up and properly disposed of immediately. All water drops or pee piddles are cleaned up with pet-safe sanitation spray. The door locks are always double checked upon departure. I send pictures of your pets happy and healthy during every visit.

About: I have been an animal lover my entire life. My mom worked in different animal shelters and boarding facilities my whole childhood, I always loved going to work with her when I could. We often fostered dogs and cats taking care of them until they found their forever home. I have watched my friend’s and family’s pets for them often as an adult. I am new to Rover, but I am excited to help out people in my community and confident that I will have plenty of positive reviews in no time. I am an elementary school teacher which means Monday-Friday I am at school until around 4pm. Otherwise I am available and home with the pups 😊 I have a fenced in back yard and a doggy door which will allow your pup outside access whenever they need it. If they need to be crated while I’m not at home let me know, otherwise they can have access to both the yard and inside the house while I’m away. I do have two dogs of my own, Winnie is a dachshund and Bella is a beagle. I also have a cat named Muchacho who is indoor/outdoor.. he comes and goes as he pleases. They are super friendly with dogs and cats, but if your pet isn’t just let me know and I can make sure they are separated during the visit. I will be sure to adhere to any feeding schedules or special requests.. I would want anyone watching my babies to do the same.
