About: I have helped friends and family care for their pets when they are gone. I even helped a neighbor friend when I was in middle school take care of his dogs when his family was out of town. I enjoy spending time with animals especially dogs. I get summers off from my full time job. I will have a part time job which is scheduled on my terms. Therefore I have availability in my schedule to have several "clients" and fulfill required tasks. I have a fenced yard. Also take my dog on several walks especially in the summer. He enjoys playing tug of war in the house with his toys. He also gets exercise running up to the front window to bark at cars going by. :)

About: Having grown up with dogs, I understand how important they are as family members. As a graduate student living away from home, I especially miss spending time with my family's dogs. As a graduate student, I have class Tuesday and Thursday during the middle of the day and Monday evenings, so I am unavailable during those times. Outside of class, my weekday schedule is flexible. I have the most availability on weekends, and my evenings are almost always free for walks, drop-in visits, or overnight care. I care for every pet as if they were my own, whether they are staying in my home or I am caring for them in yours. I live in a cozy apartment, but I’m surrounded by many dog-friendly areas and parks, which makes it easy to provide plenty of walks, exercise, and outdoor time. I always make sure pets receive the love, attention, playtime, and cuddles they need while following their normal routines to help them feel comfortable and secure.
