About: 20 plus years experienced caretaker. I've rescued, fostered and adopted senior pets, pregnant mamas, puppies and the like. I have experience with walks, overnights, administering meds, wound care and of course snuggles. I work a pretty flexible part time schedule of afternoon and early evening hours a few days a week that allows me to schedule visits as needed to accommodate your pets schedule. However I am instructed to do so by the owner. In my home, I have a fenced in yard, there is also a dog park in the community. I have animal crates if needed. Large and small depending upon what is needed. I also have a silly dog of my own at home as a companion.

One of my favorite things to do is hike with my dogs. I'm a teacher, so, I am free all summer- morning (I'm an early bird) through evening and every day of the week and some weekends. I like to stay active, so adding walks to my day makes me happy. I take my three large breed dogs on walks or hikes every day. I'm comfortable walking more than one dog at a time and taking them for car rides to reach a destination.

About: From the excited, to the reserved, to the elderly, I have a depth of experience to care for your animal kin. I've helped care for senior dogs when they struggled to walk down stairs, when food requirements changed on a whim, when the house has to be changed to reduce trips on tiles, and even when they can start wandering past bed time. This includes setting up a person emergency plan for common emergency care should it arise. Preparedness beats panic after all!
