Whether it’s providing extra playtime for an energetic pup or offering calm companionship for a shy kitty, I treat every pet like they’re my own. I pride myself on open communication with owners, ensuring you’re always in the loop about how your furry friend is doing. You can trust me to go the extra mile to make sure your pet feels truly cared for! I currently have a few days off during the week to take care of your pets and fulfill their needs. If you have any questions message me! ☺️ Your pet’s safety is my top priority. I go above and beyond to ensure a secure, comfortable environment for your furry friend while you’re away. From keeping a close eye on their activities to pet-proofing the space, I take every precaution to protect them from any potential hazards. About: I have had animals all of my life. I have been trusted with parents and neighbors pets when they have gone out of town. I currently have a border collie mix who would love to have a friend and has gone through the Petsmart obedience training course. Please feel to reach out if you have any questions! Currently I am a teacher on summer break in the valley. My hours are open and my schedule is very flexible. I am excited to meet your fur baby member of the family! I live right in town. I do not have a fenced yard, we take our dog out on a leash outside, but we do live within walking distance of Sargent field. I do have a crate indoors if needed and I have a friendly border collie mix who loves to make friends!
About: I have had a dog since I was 5 years old, and took on responsibility for family dogs as well. Before in my spare time, I have volunteered with doggy daycares and am more than happy to walk, care for, and be a dog sitter. I work a 9-5 but am flexible with my hours. I am more than happy to be available during weekday afternoons and weekends as well. This is the first time I do not currently have a dog of my own, so my undivided attention will be to your fur babies. I live in an area with access to a big yard.

About: I am dog lover! I have had dogs of my own for my whole life but currently do not have any pets. I am now home full-time and have a very flexible schedule and would love to take your dog for walks, make drop in visits, or host dogs over night for during the day. I can also do house-sitting on occasion. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and various breeds, however I have a soft spot for Labs! I have trained all of my own dogs and have worked with high energy and aggressive dogs. I am open to all dog personalities but need to know any areas of concern before meeting your pup. I also have experience administering oral pills, taking care of senior dogs, and puppies.
About: I have taken care of dogs and cats for awhile. I do have allergies with cats but have no problem with taking care them and loving them equally. I have worked with pets who have needed medication (not shots but willing to give them if properly shown how to), nutritional/physical needs, and senior animals. I am currently a full-time college student. My class and work schedule are new to me. However, I am flexible and open to discussion regarding your pet's needs. I am detailed-oriented, a perfectionist, caring, loving, and safe. I will make sure that your pets are fed, groomed (if needed), watered, taken out (if needed), and loved as if they were my own.
“Samantha was super awesome. She walked our dog Ruby while we were exploring Pybus market. She came very prepared with water and snakes for the hour walk. Ruby immediately liked her and Ruby knows dog people. Highly recommend Samatha and will absolutely use her again when we are in the area.”

About: Hi there! I’m a huge dog lover and proud fur mama to my sweet Golden Boys Koda & Kosmo. They are the best adventure buddies—smart, talkative, friendly, and full of playful energy. We love being outdoors together and spend most of our time going on long walks, hikes, dog park trips, or setting up fun doggy playdates. Your pup would definitely have new best friends Koda! & Kosmo. Caring for animals is something I’m incredibly passionate about. I truly understand how hard it can be to leave your fur baby with someone new—it’s not just a pet, it’s family. That’s why I treat every dog I care for as if they were my own. I provide a safe, loving, and active environment where your dog will be well cared for, stimulated, and most of all—loved. I’m a reliable, trustworthy person, and I know how important peace of mind is when it comes to your pet. Whether you need someone for a walk, a day of play, or extended care, I’ve got you covered. You can count on regular updates, photos, and open communication so you always know your pup is happy and in great hands. If you’re looking for someone who will give your dog attention, affection, and lots of fun—Koda, Kosmo and I would be the perfect match! Check out my profile and feel free to message me with any questions. I can’t wait to meet you and your fur baby! As a stay-at-home mom I’m home throughout the day and able to provide constant care, attention, and companionship. Pet care is already part of our daily routine, and your pup will be treated like family in a safe, loving, and active environment. I follow each pet’s routine closely; walks, meals, playtime, and rest while making sure they feel safe and loved. Yes, you can find sitters who have experience administering medication or managing dietary requirements. You can also find pet sitters who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and request a Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
