About: I have cared for many animals in my life from dogs, to geckos and snakes. I have helped care for my childhood dog who had to have both eyes removed, and both of my dogs from adulthood who both had cancer. My daughter loves animals and misses her pets dearly. She is excited to help care for animals again too. I’m a preschool teacher in Rantoul, but my husband works from home. We can make times work especially starting in the early evening and weekends. Our home is pet friendly. We have some things still from our dogs. I am comfortable giving medications if needed to your fur babies (or scaly ones). We are in a pretty animal friendly neighborhood and a good area for walking.

I have worked in conservation, with wildlife, and have volunteered at a dog & cat rescue, as well. I’ve raised birds, goats, pigs, rabbits, etc. Animal husbandry is a passion of mine. About: I grew up with animals of all kinds and love to be around them. I have experience with all kinds and ages, from newborn to super seniors. Two of my childhood dogs required medication, I have experience administering injections and oral medications. I also have experience administering topical and oral medications to cats. I have few routine obligations and will likely be able to make any pet sitting requests a priority. I am generally available from about 8:30am until 11pm every day. I can stop by on whatever schedule you desire and interact with your pet(s) as close to the way you would as I can. My goal is to provide care as similar to yours as possible so that your pet is comfortable and enjoys their time with me. With drop in care, I will be sure to administer medications, feed, water, and groom as instructed as well as cleaning litter boxes and extra gifts, and, of course, providing desired attention. I will respect your rules, your home, and your privacy. With dog walking, I will do my best to make sure they stay safe and comfortable while having a great time and getting plenty of exercise. I love a good walk, and they are so much better with a companion!

About: Hello! I've enjoyed working with animals for all of my life. I have lived in the Champaign area at various times over the past 10 years with my father. I have not had experience working on Rover before but I'm looking forward to helping pet owners in the area! I recently moved back from Japan, so I've been searching for temporary employment in the Champaign area before starting graduate school in the fall. I have time available during the day, evenings and on weekends to provide care for pets. I can follow instructions on what care you need for your pet! I am not able to offer care in my own home, but I'm happy to do what it takes to meet your needs.

About: Hello my name is makinzee I have always had a passion for animals and watching the different things you can do with them and their personality. I am a hair stylist I got my dog grooming classification also l. Want a quick bath or blow out need a trim absolutely!!! I can do anything you need from a simple blow out to a full cut and groom. I love walking and playing with animals or just cuddling and being that companion they need when parents are away! I have felt with animals with sensitive skin and diets I can also handle medication and dogs who just don’t like meeting new people. I know how important it is to trust a new person with your fur baby and I want to help ease the anxiety while you trust me with you pets. I was recently working for a groomer and she came Ill so I decided to offer my services a little closer to home. I am inspired but the difference needs and desires of a pet and I love a challenge of gaining there patients and trust I have a smaller fenced in area in my yard for animals who just like to be outside I also have several different types of leashes if dogs want to walk and just get the energy out. I have cages if dogs need to be confined when eating or napping or just in general I also have puppy pads and cleaner for any animals who has accidents or just needs the extra support

About: As a foster parent for a local animal shelter, I love giving our four legged friends a safe and welcoming place to call their own. I have fostered over 2 dozen animals in my home and have experience with crate training, potty training, basic needs and socialization as well. I’m currently working as a full time teacher, but have a lunch break daily in which I can come home and give the furry friends a potty break and some play time. I do not have a fenced in yard, so I take the animals in my home on multiple daily walks using a leash and harness.

About: I’ve taken care of pets ever since I was a little boy. Not only pets, but the start of this year I started as a Healthcare Tech at Carle hospital taking care of patients. From dogs, to cats, to sugar gliders, you name it, I’ve taken care of. What really made me love dogs especially is when I met my dog I’ve owned for two years Prince. He’s a shiba inu and he’s the most loving/caring puppy you will ever meet. He’s taught me patience, kindness, and love and that’s why I think I’ll be a great fit for this job. I'm retired, so I can be flexible with your scheduling needs for both your pets and your home. I'm both an early riser and a night owl, so whatever works for you also works for me! I have been both a renter and homeowner, so I know how valuable your pets are, but also your cozy home, your plants, mail, and relationships with your neighbors. I have owned a bunny, hamsters, cats and dogs. But I also have an affinity for birds and reptiles. I have provided services for friends and family most of my life, now I just want to bring in a bit of extra cash to supplement social security. I'm also mainly a homebody, so if your home or your pets need extra care or a lot of time, I'm fully available.

About: I currently work at the Champaign county humane society. I’ve worked in two different vet offices and boarding facilities. I have two of my own German shepherds currently. I also watch other family and friends animals as well and I’m always the first one they go to! My full time job is medical assistant at the Champaign county humane society. I have plenty of time on the weekends and weekdays to walk, babysit, daycare or pop in every couple of hours to take care of animals! I have two German shepherds one male and one female that are very dog friendly if you’d like me to bring some company for your dog while I watch over them. I am also able to take the dogs to a local dog park if you’d like!
