About: Not sure why my profile says that dogs must be spayed/neutered, I honestly don’t have a preference. I have consistently had pets since I was 6. Cats, dogs, fish, birds, hamsters, and turtles. I have also taken care of friends’ pets on a few occasions. Animals warm up to me quickly and seem to be drawn to me. I also tend to leave homes a little bit cleaner than I found them and I have been told that I am the best overnight guest ever, by my mom. 😁 My schedule is very open as I am retired and currently don’t have pets. I am available for short or long term pet and home sitting in your home. I prefer to meet you and your pet(s) at your home before I commit to staying. I would like to be sure that there is a connection between you and me and between your pet(s) and me. I have been called a ”dog whisperer” and parents have been surprised at the instant connection that I make with their pets. ☺️ I have also done a lot of gigs with the TrustedHousesitters app too, in Ireland.
About: I’ve been watching my neighbors since I was old enough. Ive worked at a dog grooming place so Ive work with all type of dogs, old and young! Ive also had two cats and a dog. I’ve also worked at a kennel facility so i’m use to all types of dogs and personalities! I don’t have a full time job right now so my schedule with just be a first come first serve. About: - Grew up in the country surrounded by dogs, cats, reptiles, chickens, and other farm animals my whole life. - I’ve house sitted for family friends dogs and plants - I highly prioritize communication and safety on both sides I’m very available at the moment as I just graduated. About: My first job was a at a doggy daycare/ boarding facility but I have been pet sitting since I was 12. I’ve worked with puppies all the way through seniors receiving cancer treatment. I have a contract that I have been using since 2010 that outlines my safety procedures. When I am in a clients home I always have them review it and do a walk around of the home with them. From my years at doggy daycare I am pretty familiar with certain breed characteristics like the awesome heights husky’s can jump or the tunneling ability of a weenie. I also am very understanding about separation anxiety as someone who has worked at rescues. For walks I require a harness or collar the dog cannot slip out of. I require an in person meeting beforehand, if doggy play dates with my dog are requested we must meet on neutral ground first to see how they interact.
