I have worked temporally at Williamsburg pet hotel, and have experience with feeding giving medication and walking. I have two cats who I adore so I am also open to cat sitting as well. About: I’ve been caring for dogs my entire life, with 10 years of hands-on experience from fostering a wide variety of breeds, ages, and abilities. I’ve worked with everything from newborn puppies to senior dogs in hospice care. My expertise includes training blind and deaf dogs, as well as working with breeds that require specialized care and attention. I’m also experienced in behavior training, ensuring that each dog feels safe, loved, and well-cared for under my watch. I am a student with only online classes with Rover as my part time job. The flexibility of online classes gives me the ability to adapt my pet care schedule as necessary I put the pet first in all situations. In most situations I’ve had limited interactions with a pet before working with them for the first time. It’s most important to me that the pet and bond on their terms so the respect gained is mutual. If a pet doesn’t trust you, then they won’t be comfortable. So it’s important to me that I use a pet first approach in all aspects so the pet is most comfortable in every situation.

About: I’ve had many pets including a golden doodle, cockapoo, hamster and fish. I’ve loved all of them and they’ve made my life better and more fun. In the summer I will be taking classes from home, so I will always be home which will be helpful for taking care of the animals. I have a big backyard and a walkable area which is helpful for active animals. We usually keep our pets on the ground floor and have a designated eating room as well.

I am currently working part-time and so have plenty of time to take care of your pets. I love to walk and play and bond. Food at regular times, walks, and (of course) cuddles as appropriate.

About: I recently had my dog, Rex of 15 years, pass away and looking for an opportunity to be around animals. My last summer I was involved taking Rex out at all times of the day, especially at night. I have also taken care of my nephew, Apollo, who needs to have at least two walks a day to wear him out. I personally love going for walks and have a fury companion makes it even better! I am used to being on a schedule and planning around routines. Routines are ideal to know, so I can make your pet most comfortable in their own environment. Some examples are that Rex would let me know he needed to go outside by standing by the door. He would also take a drink when coming in from outside.
