I am also a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in trauma. Currently I am wanting to make pet care full time while I am enrolled in continued training for my career. I have volunteered with Azalea City Cat Coalition and am friends with the founder of Friends of the Mobile Animal Shelter. I am used to nervous, anxious, and scared dogs. I am very flexible and make myself available to fit my clients schedules. I do volunteer work in my spare time and take care of my own personal animals and fosters. I go into in my client's homes and listen to their needs and wants. I clean up accidents inside and outside the home, scoop litter boxes, take the trash to the road if they are out of town, bring in the mail, wash food bowls, sweep up pet messes if necessary such as tracked litter, shedding hair, etc.

About: I’m a great individual that has a lot of experience taking care of fur babies. ranging from big doggy’s to little dogs and puppies. Cats as well, many different breeds. Not only I care for these fur babies I make sure they’re SAFE & Happy! (: Pet care currently fits in my life 7 days a weeks as I’m a stay at home mom and I don’t go back to Uni until the fall. I offer great care and updates on any fur baby. My home is a pretty spacious 2 story home and a fenced back yard. I have an animal door leading right to the back yard as well. About: Former veterinary technician and practice manager of 10 years, I have obtained a large amount of experience with multiple species and needs of animals. I’ve spent a lot of time pet sitting, working with rescues / fosters, and giving my own furry crew love & care. My husband and I relocated with the USCG down to Mobile in 2023 and since then I’ve been spending my free time working at HopHounds dog park downtown, as well as, volunteering with a few local rescues. With my experience and overwhelming big heart for animals, I promise to ensure that your pet feels right at home and gets the love and attention they deserve while you're away. My husband and I have recently relocated back Typically, I work only a few days per week with the ability to take time off when needed for fur baby care! I can fit house sitting, boarding, and drop in's into my daily routine easily to ensure that the times you feel your pet needs care the most, happen on schedule. I'm available most weekends and holidays, as well as, early mornings and late evening care. My booking settings do advise a 3 day notice-but please feel free to reach out with anything last minute and I will do my best to help! I offer pet transportation and grooming in addition to boarding/drop in services. This includes but is not limited to nail trims, bathing, and basic hair/fur trimming, Please let me know any questions you have regarding either. I live in a pet friendly neighborhood with lots of areas to walk and play, as well as, having a home with a large fenced in backyard, screened porch with fans, and toys galore! My husband and I have three, very social, doggos who love visitors. However, if your pet feels anxious around others, I do have 4 bedrooms available to provide them their own space and security.
