About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of pets since a young age, including raising guide dog puppies with my family. I’ve since owned dogs, cats, rodents, lizards, frogs, spiders, and fish so I can tackle many needs. I’m well-versed in basic pet first aid and dietary needs (having worked at a specialty pet shop that made its own healthy gourmet pet treats for several years). My own dogs have included a registered and trained therapy dog as well as my current rescue dog who I’ve trained through his struggles with anxiety and reactivity. He and I love outdoor adventures and being active! I’ve fostered over 20 dogs and cats through shelters of all shapes, sizes, and ages and can’t get enough. I’d love to get to know your pet and all their unique quirks! I’m a teacher, so my schedule is wide open during the summers and school holidays. During the school year, I’m free after 3PM weekdays and anytime on the weekends. I’m very conscious of pet health and wellbeing. I’m selective about the food and treats I give my dog and willing to adapt to the needs and expectations of other pet parents who know their pets best! I stick to a regular routine of walks and other outings with plenty of enrichment in between. My own pets get medication and supplements as well as nutritious food toppers with every meal and I’ll gladly do the same for yours.

With my background in healthcare, I’m naturally attentive to changes in behavior, appetite, or energy levels .. things a lot of people might miss. That means your pet isn’t just cared for, they’re genuinely looked after. I also keep communication solid. I currently work part-time, so I have a pretty flexible schedule and plenty of time to give your pet attention. I’m available on weekends and most weekdays after 2 or also before 10am , and I can adjust when needed to fit your pet’s routine I focus on keeping pets comfortable, safe, and stress-free, whether they’re in my home or theirs. I follow their usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding, walks, and any special instructions. I pay attention to behavior and make sure they’re always supervised, relaxed, and well cared for.

About: Trained with large dogs and no problems with little ones. I’ve cared for cats, birds, reptiles and more. I love taking walks and playing fetch. I also know how to give medications and care for elderly dogs as well. I love animals, especially dogs and appreciate being able to help them. I’m available daily for walks, feeding or check in’s every day of the week. I have a decently sized yard that is totally fenced in, even for little dogs. I have an attached garage as well as numerous baby gates. I have my own vehicle and I’m skilled at caring for others homes as well.

About: As a child I was responsible for walking our dog(s) daily, and feeding all our animals dinner. This included our adopted blue heeler, who was only two months old at the time. I’m currently in a transition period with my career, so I’m home for at least half of every day of the week doing computer work. Excited to have some pets to keep me company. I have a fenced backyard with a nice grass lawn, and I’m often in the yard myself reading or working. The safety concern is there are wood stairs, which not all dogs are excited about.
