Lawrence stayed at our home to care for our two Shih Tzus while we traveled for a quick two-night trip, and we are so incredibly grateful for him. Not only did he take wonderful care of our dogs, but he did so during the intense Kona storm here in Hawaii, which made leaving home even more stressful. Knowing Lawrence was there gave us so much peace of mind. Our puppy is still young and full of energy, and our older dog needs a little extra patience and care — he handled both of them so thoughtfully. One thing we really appreciated was how communicative he was. He sent so many photos and updates, which we absolutely loved. It made it so much easier to relax on our trip knowing they were safe, happy, and being well cared for. He also went above and beyond in ways we didn’t expect. When we mentioned we might be coming back earlier than planned, he even checked in when he hadn’t heard back from us just to make sure he was available to stop by and check on the dogs after he left if needed. That level of care and responsibility meant so much. To top it off, he surprised our puppy with the cutest little shrimp toy, which was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. When we got home, the dogs were happy, relaxed, and clearly very comfortable with him. It’s such a relief to find someone you can truly trust with both your pets and your home. Lawrence is kind, responsible, thoughtful, and clearly loves animals. We feel very lucky to have found him and will absolutely be reaching out to him again for future trips. Highly recommend!
