“Abby did a great job taking care of our 2cats and 2 dogs. She really went above and beyond. She left the home in excellent condition, and even washed the sheets and towels! She got our mail and packages for us while we were gone and took out our trash for us. Communication was excellent and we received pics of our fur babies during our trip. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.”

“Elizabeth and her husband did amazing, they went the extra mile to take my dogs on a walk and definitely played with my puppy. My dogs were so happy in their care and they were very well taken care of. They sent me pictures and updates throughout the day and night. I will definitely use them again to watch the pups!”

About: I’ve known I would work with animals my whole life. I started dog sitting as a young teen and have continued to care for pets throughout my life. I’ve also spent over six years working in grooming shops, gaining hands-on experience with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments. My animal experience goes far beyond dogs — I’ve spent time around cats, horses, small barn animals, reptiles, fish, and more. I personally own a high-energy husky, and in the past, I’ve owned fish, a leopard gecko, and even ducks — so I’m comfortable with a wide range of care routines and species! I also have specific experience working with fearful and reactive dogs. I understand the patience and awareness it takes to help them feel safe and supported. I always move at the animal’s pace, using calm energy and positive reinforcement to build trust. While house sitting, I’m happy to attempt basic grooming tasks like nail trims or possibly haircuts, depending on the pet’s comfort level. My grooming background gives me the skills to approach these tasks gently and safely. I offer drop-ins, walks, and overnight stays in your home (I’m not able to host pets at mine). While I do work during the day, I make sure every pet gets plenty of love, attention, and care when I’m there. If you’re looking for someone dependable, experienced, and genuinely passionate about animals — I’d love to connect and meet your crew! I currently work as a groomer’s assistant in the mornings and typically finish by 5 p.m., which gives me early mornings and plenty of time in the afternoons and evenings to care for your pets I am unable to care for your pet at my home, but am happy to come to yours! As noted before, I have lots of experience caring for both cats and dogs, and know how to keep them safe. If you do not have a fenced in yard, I will be sure to let your dog out on a leash.
“I can’t say enough good things about Tiffany. She is so sweet and assuring. I was totally confident that Tiffany was a perfect match for us. This was our first experience with Rover and we hit the jackpot with choosing Tiffany! We have booked her for a 16 day vacation in a couple weeks and she will be back for that trip! Totally comfortable with her in our home and with our fur babies!”

“We absolutely loved Amina. We were immediately impressed with her overall demeanor and our German Shepherd, Leo, took to her, on the spot, which is rare! My daughter was able to hand her the leash to walk him a bit with us in the park. I was hesitant to leave him, but she was very reassuring, before we ever left. This was our first time using Rover, so the opportunity of meet and greet and preparation details were well planned. Amina went out of her way to send photos and videos, some of which were quite entertaining! We had extra instructions for giving our dog medications and she did a fantastic job doing that in addition to keeping our Siamese Cat fed and loved. Our German Shepherd loves to play soccer in the backyard and when I arrived home there was a new doggie toy with tug of war ropes and a soccer ball in the middle”

About: I truly believe pets become very lonely when left at home. Animals need fresh air and lots of love and play time. I would be overjoyed to get paid for playing/walking/tending to your pet while you are away (: thank you so much for considering me! About: I have had pets my whole life up! I'm a full time stay at home mom with 3 kiddos (2 in school and 1 not in school cause shes a baby!) I am looking to earn a little pocket change while hopefully helping someone out with their fur babies. Most times I will have to come with my baby in her carrier for now, but certain times I may be able to work around that, so please dont hesitate to ask! I am willing to travel as far as Kansas City/Overland Park, Pittsburg, and Joplin/Springfield, or basically within an hour and half for house sitting. As a mom I am not able to stay in your home for house sitting, I could consider pet care inside my home on a case-by-case basis. For daily walks, we will have to agree on a price if its farther than Nevada, El Dorado Springs. I live on a few acres with cats, a dog, chickens, and ducks. I have experience with a lot of different types of animals as well including fish and smaller caged critters. I have experience working with service dogs as well. If you have any questions, please reach out! Im super flexible and would love to be able to help you any way that I can. I am a stay at home mom with 2 of 3 kiddos in school. My schedule is very open. Whatever work you're needing with your animals, please reach out. Animal care in my home will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Animal care in your home will be as requested by you. I typically could not do overnight care as I've got kiddos in school and will most likely have to travel a bit to help you with your animals, but on weekends or breaks I can consider it.
About: I have worked with dogs and cats my whole life and love every minute of it! Aside from pet sitting for various friends and neighbors, I have worked at the vet for 3 years and have experience with dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments. I am also comfortable giving any prescribed medications, insulin injections, or supplements they might require. I have moved to Kansas city temporarily and am giving veterinary clinic work a break for a bit so I have open availability during the week! Between volunteering at shelters and working at the vet I have been well trained in pet safety and precautions to take to ensure that no pet gets loose or harmed. While walking your fur baby they will always be on a double leash with me to ensure their safety in any event and precautions will be taken during any interaction with other dogs (if that is something you would like to allow).

About: Hi! I’ve been around animals my entire life and grew up on a farm caring for many different animals. I currently foster dogs and provide them with a safe, loving home. About: I’ve taken care of entire farms since I was a teenager and have raised kittens and trained puppies since I was about 10. My love for animals runs deep and taking care of doggies, kitties, and everything in between has been one of the greatest joys in life for me! I love meeting new furry friends and look forward to caring for your pet like they are my own. Yes, it does! I would love to book walks throughout the day, or stop in whenever fits your needs! My job is flexible as long as I have time to plan for it. I prefer not to have pets stay overnight as I live in an apartment. If I am caring for a pet in a client’s home, I am extremely respectful of their home, the pets dedicated areas of where they are allowed to go, and I make sure to keep both myself and the pet safe by following the owner’s instructions!
“Kaylee has been the absolute best dog sitter we have had from rover! She was communicative and sent us daily updates with pictures! She is truly wonderful and genuinely cares for our dogs. We left for Colorado for a few days so she stayed at our home with our two dogs. We came home and our home was cleaner than we left it! Our dogs were happy too! You could tell they loved her and weren’t stressed with us being gone. We will absolutely be using her in the future!!”
