About: * Having served my local community's pet care needs in Missouri for over 3 years now, both through Rover and my private business, I've built a solid foundation of recurring clients, such that I do not have many current reviews on this page. I am quite proud of the relationships I've developed with my clients and their animals, and that we've established the trust, confidence, and history of reliability needed to have years behind our professional relationships. * After a full Marine Corps career wrapped up in North Carolina, my family and I moved to Missouri and have begun putting down our roots. I have maintained my CPR and First Aid certifications for 4 years, am privately insured and bonded. My personal pack of pups are older, so I have a significant amount of experience with seniors, to include administering medication and special physical needs, but also have cared for senior kitties, puppies, kittens, and a variety of small caged animals. In the time that we've been in Cass County, I've cared for pigs, horses, chickens, and ducks, but am willing to be taught how to care for most any animal that the owner is willing to take time to show me how to do. I am am member of the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters and Pet Sitters International. I am experienced in knowing and recognizing the signs of stress in cats and dogs, and their body language, and strive to maintain continuing education about the animals I take care of through online courses, in person courses, and personally guided studies. My pet care business, both personal and through Rover, is my full time job as clients make requests of me. I am available for regular visits in your home for potty breaks, meals, administering medication, and/or walks around your neighborhood. I am also available for house sitting in your home. My house sitting services are dedicated care from 8p to 8a, with one half-hour midday visit. Additional visits can be scheduled if needed as regular drop in visits. I am available for more constant care on a case by case basis that can be discussed at the time the dates are submitted. The more information you can give me about your pets, the better, so that I can make them as comfortable as possible with our visits. Before a booking begins, I'll set up an emergency plan with you so you can take comfort in knowing your pets are in good hands. With each visit, I send several pictures and a detailed card so you know exactly how our visit(s) went. I carry a First Aid kit with me to each visit and am able to take care of any small issues that may arise. For house sitting, I have a questionnaire that needs to be completed before our first meeting, and am always happy to answer any questions that may come from it. When you leave your pets in my care, I want you to be confident in knowing that I've done everything possible to care for them to the best of my abilities.

About: I keep water out all day so they are not thirsty. I feed my dogs once in the morning and then before bed. I take them put multiple times a day either to potty or play but they are always on the leash. I play with them inside also. I'm a big cuddler with pets if the animal will allow me haha. They are allowed on furniture bed or couch does not matter. My daughter is a big animal person too she loves both dogs and cats and will sit there and watch TV with them or even fall asleep on them haha. I have had 6 years of personal experience with animals they have not be consecutively but all together it has been 6 years. Im a stay at home mom so im pretty available aside from the random appointments. I have 3 kids that all love animals and always want to play with our own animals or help feed and water them. They want to be the ones to let them out to potty and feed them. I have a big fenced in yard for the dogs and kids to play and run in. They are allowed on furniture so we all cuddle up on the furniture. I also have some dog toys. I can offer a separate space for those dogs that want to me alone.

About: I had my sweet Sparky for over 17 years and glad to walk my sweet granddog now. I read to my granddog so that’s fun! I would like to give lots of pets, walks, and attention to yours! I recently retired for the second time. Former librarian and kind of the caretaker-type (I even read the book SnugglePuppy to my granddog!) I have time these days and while not wanting to have a full time pet, would like to help you take care of yours! I have a fenced in backyard so can let your dog in/out as needed. Enjoy taking walks-in my neighborhood or let me know if we can walk on the Legacy Park trail as it is close to my house and I take my granddog there when I watch her!

About: First of all let’s start off with I want to be an successful veterinarian within the next 2-5 years and you’d be so much help ! Currently trying to work at petsmart and / or petco ! Volunteered at wayside waifs for 2 years and grew up with 15-30 / 40-60 pound dogs ! Cats were rare around the house but I’ve had a lot of kittens. 1 bunny. Free on weekends and weekdays . Currently unemployed and attend school . I have a calm 7yr old boy that came 2 months early and a chill daughter💙 I’ll more than likely be home alone with your little snuggle buddies 🤗 oh and I can make any trips for you as long as the cost is covered 💙💙💙 i’m a full-time mom to my 7yr old and 2yr old so i don’t work at the moment.. id love to actually sit someone’s loving animal.. i kind of need it sometimes . postpartum can be real annoying at times 🙄 i’m pet friendly and also the people around me 💓 your little fur babe(s) will definitely get spoiled non-stop . HOW COULD YOU NOT LOVE THEM 😩💓 (well unless of course if they just prefer not to be dealt with ) i can groom them , walks , treats (of my own), etc. don’t be surprised if when you pick your fur baby up they’re dressed 😭😭 LOL i love fashion as well. hopefully they’re friendly 💓 Free for most of the day being that I do not work. As long as there’s toys and space there’s always time to play ! I use rover to balance my financial needs and peace ! 🤙 Your loving addition to the family has a ottoman that he/she is allowed to relax on for whenever they want to be alone. Their comforting small bed are welcome to come as well ! 💙

About: Hi! My names Holly let me start by telling you where my love of animals started. When I was young my parents adopted two Shih tzu puppies, Harry and Sally who were my dog siblings at the time. I remember always getting in trouble for getting out of bed to sleep next to them when they were puppies because they would whine and it broke my heart to hear them be so sad! Fast forward 16 years and I have moved out with my husband we decided it was time to adopt our first dog furbaby Banjo which we rescued from a local shelter! After that we added onto our family of three (Banjo and our two cats) with the adoption of our puppy Violet. Now with so much more love to give I am excited to meet your furry family member! I will ensure that your puppers have the best time ever when left in my care and will treat them as if they are one of my own. I am very flexible and can do anything from jogging with, bathing, or even sending pictures to you! I have owned and taken care of dogs my whole life and have experience working with large and small dogs. If needed I can also take care of cats as well. I am willing to travel outside of Overland Park but rates will reflect travel.
