One of the things we appreciated most was seeing Coltrane interacting so naturally and comfortably in their home environment. We don't travel often so being able to find a place Woody felt comfortable as well as myself helped relieve the anxiety of traveling. Our drop off and pick up time needed to be flexible and Meghan was very available via text to and work with those times on the fly. If we have to travel again I will feel comfortable leaving Woody with her.”

About: My family has had dogs, cats and fish my whole life. I often watch them when my parents are out of town and I have dog and cat sat for family & friends for years. I have helped a friends family with their cattle and pigs, but am not as experienced with livestock outside chickens. I’m currently available 7 days/wk I work as a server in my pleasant so whoever I’m staying with ideally should be able to go 6-8hrs between potty breaks! If I have 2 weeks or more advanced notice I can make arrangements to be able to check in more frequently. o o o o o o o o o o I love interacting with the pets and getting to see them get more comfortable with me. I am very comunicative and willing to ask questions.
About: I have three dogs, two wonderful twin golden retrievers that are 5 years old. They are my whole world and so are my sister and brother’s dogs/cats! My sister has been doing rover in KC for over 7 years so it’s been a great way to experience rover and the necessities for all kinds of pets. Additionally, I’ve been a volunteer at Unchained Melodies puppy nursery and KC Pet Project for the last few years <3 I’m currently a post-graduate student preparing for medical school here in a year so I have a lot of time for longer term pups. I’m preparing for work part-time as well in the fall but I have a very open and flexible schedule. I have helped dog sit for years now and of course I’ve taken care of my own dogs since they were just babies. Unfortunately, I’m unable, for the most part, to have animals stay at my house however, I’m open if necessary. About: I took Care of my own dog until he was 16 year old I've also taken care of bunnies and now I'm taking care of a puppy which I got at 8 months old i also have work between 11:00am - 4:00pm Work at 11:00 am - 4:00pm so I'll have plenty of time for taking care of pets except for Sunday I have church that I need to go to I feed my dog in the 3 times a day and take her on walks were have a fenced in yard so we have a doggy door so the can go outside on their own but I make sure they get outside at least every 2 hours if there is no door
About: I've had my cat for a while, she came to my door in November so it was rainy and cold and I posted her and called the pound and nobody claimed her and the pound said to leave her outside and they'll see if they can come get her. I decided to keep her and she was mine from then.

About: I’ve been around pets ever since I can remember and have always had at least 1 dog if not 2. I find genuine joy in spending time with animals and would love nothing more than to spoil your babies like my own! I work your normal M-F 8-5 so through the week I could do early morning and evening visits. On the weekends I can do sporadic visits through the day. I haven’t met a dog I don’t love. I will treat them as if they’re my own and make sure they get plenty of loves and mental stimulation!

My 1 year old will be accompanying me to any potential jobs, so if you know your pet is not good with kids please let me know. She will have as little access as possible either way, she will most likely be in her stroller. My schedule is very open. Whatever work you're needing with your animals, please reach out. I typically could not do overnight care as I've got kiddos in school and will most likely have to travel a bit to help you with your animals, but on weekends or breaks I can consider it.

Tiffany was able to help both out with their individual needs as they are in different life stages. The kitten loves to play and be active, the older cat just needs some love and attention (and feed and water breaks). Can't recommend Tiffany enough!! She turned the TV on for the cats so they could watch birds and squirrels, took out the trash, cleaned litter boxes, is very friendly, shared detailed notes and pictures. Thank you, Tiffany!!!!”

About: Ive been doing Rover now for almost 2 years and it has brought me so much joy and new friends! I worked a summer at kc zoo and it was the most fun job I have ever had. I've had dogs and cats my whole life. Also around horses from my uncle. I have adopted all of my animals from shelters. I love my dogs and cats like they are family. I have a teenage son I have to keep out of petco or any other animal place otherwise he wants to bring all the animals home, joking but not completely untrue. It's how we ended up with our Kitty Maisey. We even took care of the class's bearded dragon over spring break during Covid. He will come along on visits if available as he is the animal whisperer and wants to be a vet. Our 2 dogs are Dottie (our adopted covid pointer mix pup who is the sweetest girl and loves to have visitors to play with), and Marley who is our very sweet, laid back senior dog. Both our pups were rescues. Marley is afraid of thunderstorms and fireworks so we sre familliar with giving medications and making dogs feel safe and comfortable. Dottie is allergic to something during the late summer and September month and takes medicine for that allergy at that time. We believe in treats but only rawhide free and dental bones. Please bring your own food and treats and let me know if you prefer not to share our treats. We also have 2 cats that are used to dogs and in fact think that each dog is their mommy since we got them as kittens and have an attachment to their respective dog mommy. You will even find cats and dogs snuggling together on the bed. Or Moose playing with Dottie in his tunnel. I have had animals with special needs from a diabetic cat that I gave insulin injections to treating animals with special needs. I live right down the street from a great dog park here in belton. We would love to take any new friends to visit. Please let me know if you prefer them not to go to the dog park and we can stay here and play. We have a fenced back yard but one side is only 4 ft. I work from home as a director so I have a very flexible schedule. My son does play competitive soccer so sometimes weekends have us at soccer field for about 2 hours. I have a fenced yard 3 sides are 6 foot privacy and one has a 4 foot chain link. I follow my client's care directions in their homes.

He taught me a lot of responsibility and showed me a lot of love. A few years later my my mom added several dogs to the family - miniature Schnauzers, Standard Schnauzer, and a Beagle mix Having these animals in my life has given me great experience and also taught me unconditional love. My previous dog helped me get through the rough days when I lost my mom to cancer. I have learned to care for seniors, animals requiring medication (orally) and how to work with young animals especially puppies. In your employ my top priority will be your pets happiness. Working for you is my only employment and my focus will be on your dog or cat only. They will get my undivided attention and I hope to spoil them like crazy. Since I have dealt with several puppies I can even try to bring some training tips to your dog if needed. Personally, I do still have my pup Julius but he lives with family out in the country loving his best life in open fields He is 12 now, He is my furry angel in he was my little protector. It is so true that not all angels have wings. I would have kept him but I could not afford all of the vet bills when you take care of a pet properly, luckily I have a family member I love so much that was able to provide that. I love spoiling dogs of course with the doggy parental guidelines, this includes specific food regiments and pills. I hope that I will get to meet you and your fur babies soon! I have a very go with the flow attitude, I make any animal I care for #1. I dont work full time, so time for pet care is very important to me. I'm very aware of other animals around to keep your dogs safety number one priority. Unfortunately in this world people at their dogs off leash and that can be a problem. I have no problem following any regimented food or medication delivered to the animals. Also if I'm in a client's home I would treat it with respect and basically make it look like nothing has changed except your dog has gotten top-notch care. If there's anything specific in the requiring overnight boarding I am more than happy to oblige with that.

I have handled reactive dogs, leash pullers, and lazy ones! Happy to help whoever I can! I’m a new stay at home mom, so getting out and getting fresh air during the day while you work, or keeping an eye on them while you’re away is perfect for me! I live on 10 acres of land with a big 3 acre pond. Plenty for a pup to roam, without getting too close to traffic ways, as might house is behind the pond on the far back of the acreage. As well as a beautiful neighborhood for walks! Can crate pups if needed!

About: I've had pets my whole life, large and small dogs, and cats. I also have 100+ hrs walking dogs at the local shelter. Making sure they're happy and well taken care of genuinely makes me happy. I'm currently working part-time so I have plenty of time to play with your pups! Right now i'm available anytime except between 10 and 2 p.m. on m-f. I have a large field behind my house, my yard is not fenced. I always have my dog on a leash when outside and do not kennel her when I'm gone. I do have a kennel if it's needed.

I have helped a friends family with their cattle and pigs, but am not as experienced with livestock outside chickens. About: I keep water out all day so they are not thirsty. I feed my dogs once in the morning and then before bed. I take them put multiple times a day either to potty or play but they are always on the leash. I play with them inside also. I'm a big cuddler with pets if the animal will allow me haha. They are allowed on furniture bed or couch does not matter. My daughter is a big animal person too she loves both dogs and cats and will sit there and watch TV with them or even fall asleep on them haha. My late husband was a rural veterinarian, so I am comfortable giving medication to pets. I am currently out of work and have a lot of free time during the week. I am also available most weekends. I can help with your busy schedule! I treat pets and homes as if they are my own. Your space will be cleaner than when you left so that you come home to a relaxing environment. About: Ive been doing Rover now for almost 2 years and it has brought me so much joy and new friends! I worked a summer at kc zoo and it was the most fun job I have ever had. I've had dogs and cats my whole life. Also around horses from my uncle. I have adopted all of my animals from shelters. I love my dogs and cats like they are family. I have a teenage son I have to keep out of petco or any other animal place otherwise he wants to bring all the animals home, joking but not completely untrue. It's how we ended up with our Kitty Maisey. We even took care of the class's bearded dragon over spring break during Covid. He will come along on visits if available as he is the animal whisperer and wants to be a vet. Our 2 dogs are Dottie (our adopted covid pointer mix pup who is the sweetest girl and loves to have visitors to play with), and Marley who is our very sweet, laid back senior dog. Both our pups were rescues. Marley is afraid of thunderstorms and fireworks so we sre familliar with giving medications and making dogs feel safe and comfortable. Dottie is allergic to something during the late summer and September month and takes medicine for that allergy at that time. We believe in treats but only rawhide free and dental bones. Please bring your own food and treats and let me know if you prefer not to share our treats. We also have 2 cats that are used to dogs and in fact think that each dog is their mommy since we got them as kittens and have an attachment to their respective dog mommy. You will even find cats and dogs snuggling together on the bed. Or Moose playing with Dottie in his tunnel. I have had animals with special needs from a diabetic cat that I gave insulin injections to treating animals with special needs. I live right down the street from a great dog park here in belton. We would love to take any new friends to visit. Please let me know if you prefer them not to go to the dog park and we can stay here and play. We have a fenced back yard but one side is only 4 ft. I work from home as a director so I have a very flexible schedule. My son does play competitive soccer so sometimes weekends have us at soccer field for about 2 hours. I have a fenced yard 3 sides are 6 foot privacy and one has a 4 foot chain link. I follow my client's care directions in their homes.

Energetic and playful, can happily and easily wear a dog out at the park or playing fetch or runs, access to pools and frequent visitor of Shawnee Dog Park with our Springer, Dottie, who gets along with everyone!!
