About: [PSA: Aug. Sept. Oct. - limited 'high energy' bookings. Sprain Recovery] Hello! I have years of pet care experience under my belt. Throughout my childhood I was able to grow my love and knowledge of many animals. I had cats dogs and small mammals like hamsters and bunnies growing up I got to help care for and learn about. During my teen years I helped family friends and neighbors with their pets including cats, dogs and even goats and chickens. With a solid foundation in feeding, walking, grooming, medicating, and playing with animals, I look forward to meeting and helping out many more pets throughout my twenties and beyond. [Daytime sits: ends before 9pm] [Night sits: flexibility for me to tend to my critters and other local recurring bookings.] Currently looking to go back to school, growing my expertise as a pet walker and sitter, and taking care of my own pets. I’ll have the free time and consistent schedule to check in and provide care for local pets as well. Safety trust and environment are a must when it comes to pet care. Environmentally I have my eyes peeled for hazards that could harm or cause illness in an animal, and remove those things to where they can’t be a problem. In building trust, I start every interaction with pet psychology in mind. I let them approach me with all of their senses first. Once they become interested in getting to know me, I can continue to show them I’m a safe person through gentle and secure actions on my part like walking carefully and taking softly.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 15. Neighbors and friends have relied on me to walk, feed and play with their pets. I am currently taking classes at a college for a few hours a day but have plenty of off time to play with your pets. I have huge yard and deck that the pets can run around in and I have walk my own dog once a day up and down the street.

About: Dependable care for your fur child at home for the professional who works nights, needs early morning help, or has a last minute trip. Happy to offer the best care while they wait for you to get home! Playtime, companionship, walks, feeding or all of the above. Will host for overnight stays depending on length of time and temperament. I work from home and have a small dog of my own to play with yours! Your doggie will blend in with our routine of trips outside, walks and fetch. I have a large yard and a friendly dog to play with yours. The dogs are always around me and get plenty of play and treats.

Typically will be able to spend at least 30 minutes with your pet for a drop in visit and more if they need to be walked, or watched for longer. Flexible with timing. I’m currently in grad school and have a flexible schedule to provide care for your pet, whether it’s a drop in visit or a walk. I focus on creating a safe, comfortable, and stress free environment. I follow each pet’s routine and the owner’s instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, and any other specific needs. I’m attentive to their behavior and surroundings and make sure doors, gates and other areas are secure to prevent accidents or escapes. I treat every client’s home with the same care and respect I would want for my own, and I’m happy to provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident that your pet is safe and happy while you’re away.

“We had booked Alexa for 9 days and then had our plans change suddenly and she was so understanding and accommodating. She ended up coming 3 visits a day for 3 days and was always on time and spent her visits playing with Pepper. We received our photos and updates each visit and can’t believe Pepper actually played in the yard!!! With us she isn’t much of a toy lover which says a lot! When we arrived home we can tell Pepper was on good hands! She is currently lying on the couch and completely content! We hope to book with Alexa again in the future!”

About: I love animals, grew up with them since I was a baby, Cats, Dogs, Lizards, Fish, and Birds. I think to me they are people with fur. I love meeting new animals and getting to know them and play with and taking care of them. If I had tell you once thing that makes me who I am, is my heart. I always give 110 percent and I am very upbeat and caring. I am an award-winning filmmaker, writer, and actress, and this is the puurfect side hustle for me! I don’t have a typical 9-to-5 schedule, and my hours are always changing depending on which project I’m working on. This gives me the flexibility to provide loving care and attention to your kitty or dog when you need it most. I would prefer to come to your home so your pet can stay in their own familiar environment, where they feel safe, secure, and comfortable. I would always follow the instructions and routines you provide first. If you don’t have any specific instructions, I like to let the pet set the pace. With cats, I’ll give them space and let them come to me when they’re ready. I’ll feed them according to the schedule you recommend, and I’ll spend time getting to know their personality and seeing what they enjoy. If they want to play, I’ll play with them! If they prefer to relax, I’ll let them do their thing while keeping a watchful eye on them and making sure they’re happy and comfortable. For dogs, I’ll make sure they get plenty of exercise and attention. I’ll take them for walks and, when appropriate, we can visit a nearby park to help them burn off some energy. I’ll make sure they have fresh water and food, and I also enjoy working on fun training exercises and basic commands such as sit, down, and paw. This gives them a chance to exercise both their body and their mind. After some play and training, we’ll go for another walk to help them wind down and get ready for bedtime. And if you have me stay over to the next day I will work on a schedule you set forward. Depending on what type of dog breeds need different type of support.

I tried using a pet sitter once before and I had a terrible experience, hence why it took me well over a year to try again. I took a leap of faith, tried again.....and found Elizabeth! Something magical happens when your pets become more than just pets....they become your children. The trepidation that anyone would have to leave their children with a stranger was quickly dismissed when we realized that Elizabeth was a friend and an enormous pet lover. Her care and concern for Grace, Stella, and Frankie was amplified by the genuine joy that she not only brought to our home but to their lives. Our time away from home was worry free and truly allowed us to enjoy our vacation. She handled all of her responsibilities not only with professionalism but with a honest sense of excitement. About: If you're looking for a dog-lover and loyal caretaker, I'm here for you and your pet! I'm happy to provide a loving space for your pet while you travel, or walks when needed. I work from home mostly--I am in the office two days a week (every Tuesday and Wednesday.) All other days I am flexible with my schedule. Pets are welcome on my furniture--while they are here, they are free to make themselves comfortable! Playtime, walks and car rides (if they like them) are encouraged.

About: I grew up in a family used to dogs and cats who have lovingly owned us 😁. I personally have owned mostly cats as I live in a building that does not allow dogs. I have experience in administering medication as well. I work per diem at West Point Military Academy and would not accept a house sitting or walking assignment unless I was truly available the days needed. I love to walk and am very active, so I have absolutely no problem with taking your dog out for walks and playing. My priority is to make sure your pet is secure and loved while you are away.
