About: I’ve taken care of a couple of dogs in this area while people are on holiday leave or vacations. I enjoy dogs so much! I always had dogs growing up around the house and they are truly a man’s best friend! I currently work full-time during the day with a hybrid type work schedule that allows me to work from home part of the time. I have availability in the evenings and mostly weekends to be able to pet sit! The precaution of using a leash and making sure I am aware of using that for every single walk is crucial for safety on walks. I want to be able to care for your home well and lock up every time I come and go. I would most definitely ask for specific requests for your animals such as feeding time, when they need to go out, how often for walks to your specific liking.

About: I have owned and cared for dogs for most of my life, including huskies, shepherd mixes, hounds and small breeds. I have cared for several senior dogs and worked closely with a trainer for my husky pup. I work a flexible schedule, so I will have plenty of time to devote to your fur baby! I live an active lifestyle so I can provide lots of outdoor exercise time as needed. I am comfortable with taking your fur baby on walks, feeding and playtime as well as litter box cleaning for the kitties. I am respectful, calm, clean and reliable.

About: I have always loved dogs! My first dog sitting job was seven years ago, and since then I have dog sat for eight families--all with different breeds, sizes, and temperaments. In our consultation I will go over your dog's safety in their home set-up, any behavioral triggers I need to be aware of, and the safety and security of your home. I will also be 'on-call' for any phone calls (or sending photos!) during the duration of my time with your pet.

About: With over 5 years of experience handling small to medium dogs, I've provided expert care through regular walks, feeding, grooming, and pet sitting for family friends. My passion for animals ensures they receive personal attention, comfort, and love, whether it's during daily routines or when they need a trusted sitter while their owners are away ! As a full-time graduate student, pet care fits into my routine by allowing me to balance my academic responsibilities with my love for walking outdoors. Since I’m new to Lynchburg, it’s a great way to explore the community while giving dogs the care and attention they need. I’m available evenings on weekdays and all day on weekends, with added flexibility on Wednesdays and Fridays, making it easy to adjust to your pet’s needs! I currently live in an apartment, which provides a great space to walk dogs outdoors. In the past, I've pet-sat in clients' homes, always respecting their space and following specific instructions to ensure their pets receive the best care. Although I don’t have any pets of my own after losing my dog two years ago, I approach each pet with the same love and attention I would for my own, ensuring they feel safe and comfortable while in my care.

About: I’ve been in a constant home of taking care of animals from a young age. I’ve trained over 6 dogs for basic training and have homed three cats. I’m versatile when it comes to new puppies as well as senior dogs. I’m a part time student so I’m mostly free in the evenings on weekdays and the weekends. For stop-bys and walks, I’m also free anytime before 9 am. In my own home I’ve got a lot of land for my own pets to roam within our land boundaries. Walking is a big part of giving pets time for exercise as well as calmer inside moments along with breakfast and dinner. Taking animals on rides to introduce them to different aspects of our world (exposure- therapy).

About: My husband and I have grown up with dogs and taken care of them from a young age! We have experience with small dogs and large dogs, as well as puppies and senior dogs. My husband has a flexible work schedule that allows him to come home frequently and when needed for pet care. I am home midday in between working that allows time for walks, potty breaks, etc. For boarding services, we prefer small to medium sized dogs as this best fits our home size! We have plenty of space for walks at our apartment complex. We are happy to house-sit as well, if preferred!

About: I've taken care of neighbors' pets on-and-off for several years. I love learning about each animal's unique personality, needs, and schedule and creating a safe, relaxing environment while they're away from their people. I have experience with puppies, big dogs, and giving medication when needed. I am currently working part-time, so I have a lot of availability to sit for your pets! About: I've cared for and loved animals my whole life. I grew up on a small horse farm in the country. I love any and all types of animals! Dogs, cats, horses, reptiles, birds, pocket pets, you name it! I'm not picky. I started working at my old neighbors boarding and grooming place at the age of 12. Thats when I started learning about dog behavior. Since then I have worked & volunteered at multiple animal related places, Doggy daycare, local animal shelters, multiple pet sitting jobs & have worked at my current job at the emergency vet since 2016. Im very flexible in my day to day care. Even on days I work long hours I can still check on your pet a minimum of 3 times a day. Some days I don’t work until night and I have off every other weekend. Message me and we can work something out! I currently work at the local emergency animal hospital. I am in school to become a licensed veterinary technician. Your fur baby would be in great, knowable hands. I’m familiar with crate trained animals, & Ones that have special needs also. I read animal body language very well & can often figure out what is best for their comfort and safety.

I have also taken care of animals of all ages, even senior pets who need a little extra love and attention.
