I have also dog sat for many years! I am moving back home for the summer and am studying for finance licensing so have plenty of free time this summer to dog sit! 6. Eliza Grace U.
About: I have grown up with a dog my entire life. I know the responsibilities that go into caring for an animal and have been relied on to take part in the responsibilities. Friends and family have had me take care of their animals from feeding, walking, playing, and bathing. I love dogs! I take turns with family members feeding my dog and take her on walks at least three times a week. My dog is part of my everyday life from cuddles to fetch. I will care for your pets as I would my own. Dogs are my favorite animals and have always been a part of my life. Exercise is important for both the dog and me, so walks are great!

7. Milena S.

8. Rachel R.
About: Hi! My name is Rachel, I am a medical student who absolutely loves dogs of all shapes and sizes! I have had dogs all my life and am very familiar with the care and most importantly the love that they require. I worked at a veterinary office for a summer and have worked at barns for many years of my life caring for animals of all sizes, including dogs! I also have my own pup who I raised and trained on my own. I know from experience how scary it can be leaving your pets in the hands of someone else, but I can assure you that I will treat your dogs just like they were my own, with lots of treats, love, and attention! I am currently in my fourth year of medical school and have a good bit of free time when I am on lighter rotations. This free time will change each month, and my availability will be reflected on my calendar! I am committed to taking care of your animals as if they were my own. If your pet has any special needs, please let me know and I will care for them as needed.

11. Mary L.
About: I've had pets and helped on farms since I was about 5. I have experience with dogs, cats, reptiles, fish, goats, and chickens. I have gone through dog and cat first aid classes and have experience giving pills, liquid medication, injectable medications (including subcutaneous fluids), and ointments. I also have experience with wound care from when my greyhound had a fractured leg that required wet/dry wraps, external fixtures, and drains. I do have experience with house breaking, crate training, and senior care. I do work full-time Monday-Thursday right now. So I am limited to any time on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. If need be I may also be able to do evenings during the week. Though depending on location that would not be until after 5 pm. Can provide as long or short of a walk as your pet needs. Also feeding, checking water, treats, playing, and emptying litter box (or puppy pads).

12. Maddy M.
“Maddy is absolutely fantastic with animals! She has her own sweet dog, Oakley, and has also helped my husband and I with boarding and transportation for our dog, Cash. She's extremely communicative and organized and always takes great care of our pup!”

13. Gizelle A.
About: Hello! I am an experienced dog walker and animal caretaker. I am a lover of all animals and have had a variety of animals as pets throughout my life. I have had cats, dogs, fish, reptiles, and hamsters, and can provide care for any of these animals. I am comfortable with dogs and cats of all sizes and abilities and can provide any care they need. Prior to moving to Mississippi, I primarily used Wag (see my profile in the photos), which I noticed isn’t very popular here. I have a flexible schedule and I’m hoping to continue to build my client list here on Rover. I currently work full-time from home and travel occasionally. I am able to walk dogs or complete drop-ins early in the morning, during my lunch break, after my work day, and anytime on the weekends. Although my 3 cats are used to family dogs visiting our home, I am unfortunately unable to board any cats or dogs in my home due to the space of my apartment. However, I’m happy to sit in your home, stay as needed, and complete drop-ins while you’re away.

14. Alexandria C.
About: I’ve had dogs and cats all my life and was always in charge of taking them outside, playing, bathing, and overall taking care of them! If you choose for me to watch your pet, I’ll treat them as if they were mine and give them all the love you would! My availability is very flexible because I only work 20 hours a week at work. I’m good at time management especially with animals because of my cat. I’m home most of the day. I have an unfenced yard, but I‘ll be able to take your dogs out and on walks frequently. I have a roommate who also uses Rover so she’s able to watch any pets if I’m out. I have a cat who gets along with all animals as well.

15. Shardee M.
“Shardee was a great pet sitter! She took care of my dog just the way I would! My dog wasn't ready to go home! Lol!”

16. Margaret B.
“Megan is a highly responsible individual who can manage a busy schedule in a timely and efficient manner. She is a true dog-lover with extensive experience in the daily care and maintenance of high-energy, large-breed dogs. She knows how to exert strong leadership in a loving manner, can handle emergencies big and small, and does it all with a big smile on her face! Megan has assisted in fostering multiple dogs, including a puppy, through Southeast German Shorthaired Rescue. Several dogs needed help rebuilding confidence in humans and becoming more confident. Megan's patience and love helped these dogs thrive and find new forever homes.”

17. Halla P.
About: I’ve always had a special place in my heart for animals. I was previously the Practice Manager at Ridgetowne Animal Clinic in Ridgeland. My love for animal care is beyond words. I have a long list of references if you’d like them! If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. I love taking pictures of your babies and sending you updates. I will love your pet as much as I love my own! I’ll keep you informed while you’re away. I can feed, brush, give meds, play, bathe and/or anything else you need me to do. I am responsible, caring & devoted to giving your baby the care he/she deserves. 🐾💗 I work from home & I am home most all day! Monday-Sunday. I walk my pets daily and can walk yours as well anytime. Let me know your pets schedule. I will take care of your baby the same way you do when you are home. I believe in making as little changes for the animal as possible.
