About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was 10. My family and friends have relied on me to walk, feed, bathe, and stay overnight with their pets. I would be a great help and it would be an honor!! I have 2 dogs & 2 cats of my own as well. I work remote full time in Marketing with a lot of flexibility. Because of this, I have a lot of time throughout my day to go on pet walks and bathroom breaks. Working remotely also allows for overnight stays when needed as long as there is a wifi connection! I’ve personally owned multiple dogs growing up, ranging from Chihuahua mixes (small) to Anatolian Shepards (100lb+). On hot days, I will always bring a water bottle and collapsible container for your puppy to ensure a fun and safe walk for everyone. For any emergency safety situations, I do plan to carry pepper spray for both of our safety. I also have a fanny pack for treats (with your approval), doggy bags for poo, and wipes for paws as needed. Kitties deserve the same level of love and care as our canines, so I will be sure to always leave with a clean litter box, monitor them for any abnormal behaviors, brush them as needed, and make sure everyone has access to fresh drinking water. Any special food plans, medications, or specific tasks can and will be done according to your directions and instruction. About: I’ve always grown up with dogs! I have a dog and a cat with me here at school and I have done over 50+ community service hours at Webster Animal Shelter. I am currently in school and have classes on Tuesday and Thursday. I will be in oxford for the summer as well for summer classes and will be available then! I grew up with 4 dogs but have 2 of my own with me that i have fully raised by myself. When i was 17 i got my first cat and at 19 my first dog. I play soccer at a college about an hour from my home and live there all throughout the school year but have May to July at home and i'm home all of the time during the week/weekend. With that being said i'll be free mornings, afternoons, and night for drop in visits to stay and play, feed, walk, and just be there with the animals at any time. That being said i'll also be able to be with any in home stays at any point in the day only leaving my home or yours for a few hours at a time for errands or activities. Like I mentioned before im 18 years old turning 19 this summer but I'm an active person myself. My pets at home are treated just as other family members. My dogs comfort and happiness is a priority of mine he always has water and has free access to food just because that's how we do it in my home. My dog is a shitzu who loves his outside time but only for short periods of time and prefers to be with me more than anything. Aside from Benji my family also has a German Shorthaired Pointer, she's older but still just as lively as the day we got her and loves people but also loves exercise and anything outside. Along with my dogs, I've also got three cats two that are independent and one who loves people and attention. Animals are welcome in my bed and on my couch but I also have a dog bed in my living room and one upstairs. Outside of my neighborhood I have a beautiful walking trail that my dogs love, and then about 10 minutes away I've got a dog park that my German Shorthair pointer loves and is often full of plenty other friends for her to exercise with.
