“This was my first time boarding Benji. Ms Rita did an excellent job. She was very imfomative and took excellent care of him. I was so pleased that I am booking her for my next vacation coming up. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a sitter for their fur baby.”

“Brittany and her family were truly one of a kind! Ace felt right at home with them and her son young son Everest! I think he and Ace would call eachother on FaceTime every night from here on out if Ace had thumbs 🐾 LOL! 10 out of 10 we’ll be back again!”

“This was our first time to schedule Holly to board our terrier mix, Beau Brummell. Beau is diabetic, blind, and has selective listening. Holly never hesitated, and neither will we the next time we travel. Holly and her children cared for Beau and his special needs like he was their own. We look forward to the next time, Holly! Thank you for being you!”

“Thank you, Amy! Our Bella was well cared for with Amy. Although Bella took a while to adjust, I knew Amy would love on her and give her all the hugs 🥰. Amy was in constant contact with us, and that really put our minds at ease. Highly recommend Amy!”
“Ms. Shalesa did an amazing job caring for my puppies! From the moment we met, I could tell she genuinely loves animals, and that gave me peace of mind. She kept me updated, treated my pups like they were her own, and they came home happy, healthy, and well cared for. She’s professional, reliable, and has such a warm personality that makes the whole experience even better. It’s easy to see why pets are comfortable around her. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again, and I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can trust with their furry family members. Thanks again, Ms. Shales you’ve definitely earned a repeat customer!”

“the BEST experience for our 6 month old boy! He is a true puppy and Kelly was amazing and went as far as to help house train our boy during his stay! Highly recommend!”

“Ashlyn had great communication during Fendi’s stay and was very accommodating with me realizing I scheduled for the wrong dates. Fendi even has tummy problems and she made the chicken and rice for her. She did great with Fendi!”

About: I've had dogs all my life. I've always had a heart for animals. I was a professional groomer for 10 years and have some experience in showing them. I'd love to make our home your canine companions home away from home. They will be treated like family here! I'm a stay at home mom so we are home most weekdays, and weekends. I have plenty of time to spend with your canine companion. I have a fully fenced backyard and two pups to keep your companion company. I can keep them separated if need be. I ask that you bring your dog's crate and bedding if possible (but not required) to have a familiar surrounding/smell among them. I have a play pen for small dogs, a medium crate and small crate if needed. I'd like for their routine to be as close as their home routine as possible. Your companion will be our companion and they will be treated as family here!

About: I have been dog walking and pet sitting for over 10 years and have looked after my own cats for over 26 years. Many, many cats. If my cat Joy who is 21 could give me a reference, she would.... I hope. She is a cat after all. Don't hold my cats against me! I do love dogs. I have to feng shui my cats with dog walking and caring for dogs. I have and do volunteer at rescue groups. Big Sky/Cat Nip Foundation in Folsom, LA is where I have been volunteering recently. I love them! We meet through Sylvester. He needed a home and I took him home. He's a peach! I have lots of time to tend to peoples pets as well as my own. If there are any details that need sharing about your pets, I want to know! My aim is to make your pets as comfortable as possible and you as well. I do not offer doggy day care or boarding. My lease does not allow me. Also, my cats would be very displeased with me. I can transport to and from doggy day care, vets, etc. I occasionally do sleepovers. Mostly dog walking, cat, pet and house sitting. PLEASE ASK about my RATES if you have many pets like I do. I will adjust accordingly. I have a diabetic cat that I give insulin shots to twice daily. Otherwise, thr care of my cats operates around Sylvester’s shots. I try to schedule around his shots. He’s a good cat! He’s named after Sly Stallone, not Sylvester the cat. I do not offer this service. Please do not inquire. Rover is forcing me to answer this question. I will not ever offer Nordic g or doggy day care out of my home as the house isn’t mine and my cats have priority.
“Nicky was a fantastic pet sitter. She did a great job taking care of my two pups. They had a bedroom to bunk in, and the photos Nicky sent showed them having a great time with Nicky's dogs. I will 100% consider boarding our dogs with her for future trips.”

I’m flexible, dependable, and reliable. I’m here to make your life easier. I’m able to walk, feed, and board. I have a fenced yard. Taken several precautions to ensure pets are secured, loved, and protected. Cameras are on the outside of home. Footage is stored for 30 days.
“Keyshon was very flexible with booking and kept me updated throughout the day by sending pictures of Bruno! Her sweet dogs were great company for my toy poodle, especially since he doesn’t have many small furry friends to play with. I truly appreciate her and would definitely recommend her!”

About: I’ve grown up with animals my entire life, so caring for pets comes naturally to me. I understand how important it is for families to find someone dependable, respectful, and genuinely attentive to their pets’ needs. I’m 18 (turning 19 this summer) and take pride in being responsible, patient, and trustworthy. I will treat your pets like my own—making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away, and keeping you updated for peace of mind. I play soccer at a college about an hour from my home and live there all throughout the school year but have May to July at home and i'm home all of the time during the week/weekend. With that being said i'll be free mornings, afternoons, and night for drop in visits to stay and play, feed, walk, and just be there with the animals at any time. That being said i'll also be able to be with any in home stays at any point in the day only leaving my home or yours for a few hours at a time for errands or activities. Like I mentioned before im 18 years old turning 19 this summer but I'm an active person myself. My pets at home are treated just as other family members. My dogs comfort and happiness is a priority of mine he always has water and has free access to food just because that's how we do it in my home. I understand the importance of younger dogs and activity needed aswell as older dogs and comfort being their number one priority. My dog is a shitzu who loves his outside time but only for short periods of time and prefers to be with me more than anything. Aside from Benji my family also has a German Shorthaired Pointer, she's older but still just as lively as the day we got her and loves people but also loves exercise and anything outside. Along with my dogs, I've also got three cats two that are independent and one who loves people and attention. Animals are welcome in my bed and on my couch but I also have a dog bed in my living room and one upstairs. Outside of my neighborhood I have a beautiful walking trail that my dogs love, and then about 10 minutes away I've got a dog park that my German Shorthair pointer loves and is often full of plenty other friends for her to exercise with.
“Sophia was available for a last minute booking. I was concerned on not being able to go to a much needed training after Willow’s original sitter canceled last minute. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise because Sophia is truly amazing and passionate about animals! She sent me picture and video updates which gave me a peace of mind while being out of the state. I highly recommend her for your fur baby. Thank you Sophia!!”

Many sitters in MS ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
