For overnight stays or boarding, I’m home in the evenings and overnight, so your pet is rarely left alone. This setup is ideal for dogs who thrive on routine, need extra attention, or simply enjoy being around people. Your pet won’t just be a part of my day—they’ll be the best part of it! Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I always aim to provide a calm, clean, and secure environment where they feel safe, loved, and stress-free. At my home, dogs enjoy supervised playtime on 4 fully fenced acres, giving them the freedom to explore and exercise without ever being off-leash in an unsafe area. I carefully introduce new dogs to make sure everyone gets along and matches in energy and temperament. Indoors, pets have a cozy, climate-controlled space with access to clean bedding, toys, and plenty of affection. I also stick closely to your dog’s usual routine—mealtimes, medication, crate use, etc.—to help them feel right at home. Above all, I believe in building trust—not just with pets, but with the people who love them most.

About: I’ve had the privilege of working with dogs of all sizes, from German Shepherds to Jack Russell Terriers, Brittany Spaniels, Pitties, and a whole lot of amazing mutts in between. My first job as a groomer gave me experience in providing care for all kinds of pups, and now, I’m the proud owner of a 1.5 year old Bernese! I truly enjoy working with dogs of all energy levels. I’m an active dog lover and enjoy hiking, walks, and playing with frisbees. I also love engaging dogs with mental toys to keep them entertained. I’m currently training my own dog, which has given me an even deeper understanding of how important it is to follow owner instructions and maintain consistency for a dog’s routine, I can administer oral and topical medications to your pet as needed. Our home has a fenced in yard on one side for safety and an open area on the other, we have a small wooded area dogs love to sniff and dig and that is what is for! I can’t wait to meet your puppies and offer them the care, attention, and fun they deserve! I have recently quit my job in Healthcare to pursue a new degree, I currently have classes between 10 and 1 pm three days of the week so I am quite flexible for your dog. On Thursday and Friday my husband works from home. Your pups will have constant care. My house layout is very convenient, it's all in one floor and the house can be divided if your pup like to sleep in a bed we have a guest room and available bed, if you rather us to crate them we also have a 42 inches crate that is big enough for big size dogs. Our yard is fenced on one side. Every door has a second door so no animal runs away or bolt through doors. We have several baby gates.

“Okay wow where to begin!! Rodney and Marissa have been the absolute best to work with. I came across their profile as I was sporadically looking for a last minute sitter before a 5 day trip away. I reached out with little hopes because we were a little over a week and a half until vaca time, but to my surprise they messaged back within 20 minutes of me submitting my request to them, and to my surprise- said yes of course to watching our pup! From then on they were transparent and beyond easy to talk with, they offered to meet up and let our Benji come play in their yard prior to the vaca date, although we declined because after seeing their backyard pics on their dog insta- I knew our dog would love his stay and be more than fine in their company. I was the most anxious about asking if it was possible that my brother drop him off for his stay and have my boyfriend’s brother pick him up when our trip was over; again to my surprise they were oh so easy going and communicated with both of our brothers, both in which complimented Rodney and his kindness. Besides for the smooth drop off and pick up, Rodney and Marissa tended to our not-so-easy food requests and assured us we were not being difficult (when I knew we were 😅) with this and the updates and pictures and responses within 10 minutes, I truly could not have had a more carefree vacation. We didn’t worry about Benji once. Their care is above and beyond and I would be more than lucky to have them watch Benji again! Cannot thank them enough for their time and their truly reasonable price per night! THANK YOU Rodney and Marissa!!!”
