About: The biggest reason that I have decided to open my home, and offer pup/home sitting services is because of my inability to find a person who takes my own pups care as seriously as I do. My experience with and knowledge of dogs is pretty extensive. We are a two Frenchie family, and prior to having our babies, I raised Great Danes for more than ten years. Understanding and taking serious needs that are breed specific is SO important to me. From elevated feeding and then rest until food processes, to short, few minute long outside potty breaks in extreme heat, it is all important to me. I spent more than 5 years as the general manager of an off leash doggy daycare. I am very fortunate to have a work schedule that has me at our home after around 4pm, and all day on weekends! My couches are open to the pups lounging, and I am always willing to share my bed at night too. I do ask that you be accepting of your pup being crated whenever I am not home and at bedtime to ensure their safety. My personal pups are crated at night and whenever I leave as well. Although I work full-time normally, I leave by 730am and am typically home by 4pm each weekday evening , and all day on weekends and holidays! Our personal pups get fed twice a day, once in the morning, and once in the evening. We can accommodate your feeding schedules for your babies. Whenever we leave the house, all pups are crated. This is to ensure that all pups are safe, and that no one gets into anything unsafe while we are gone. Whenever we are home, all pups are out with us. They have dozens of toys, and have created a zoomie racetrack that stretches from one end of the house to the other. They are walked on leashes every couple of hours.

“So happy we found Megan through the Rover app! We have 3 dachshunds that can be quite a handful. These dogs are spoiled rotten and well established members of our family. To say they are high maintenance is understatement! We never had the ability to travel, as the dogs health and welfare always took precedence. We finally took the leap and was able to pre interview Megan on a meet and greet. She showed up exactly on time and met our babies. Needless to say, dachshunds aren't easily impressed. They are fiercely loyal and territorial and a bit snooty. After quelling the initial barking session, Megan sat on the floor and the dogs were instantly attracted to her. We were able to go on our trip feeling our dogs were in good hands and well cared for. Megan fulfilled all her visits and job duties above and beyond what was contracted. Her check ins with us were right on time. She spent extra time on her own playing with the dogs. When we came back, it was amazing to see how well they took to Megan. They didn't want her to leave! Most importantly, our dogs were not stressed because they were able to stay in their own home, tended to by a trustworthy caring individual. Megan YOU ROCK!”

About: I’ve had friends of family rely on me to drop by and make sure their pets are fed, watered, and let out for potty breaks. I do work full time but I work one week on and one week off. So I’m able to do a few jobs a day. I’m only available on the weeks that I don’t work I am able to walk your dog or drop in and help feed and water and take your dog out for potty breaks and play with them for a little bit.

About: I’ve spent many years taking care of animals ranging from dogs, all the way to snakes. I’m a firm believer that all animals should have a loving home, and an even more loving owner. I have a very flexible schedule, and will always put your companions needs before my own. I am currently working part time. Just 16 hours a week. So I have plenty of time to put your pets needs first. I usually only work 4 hours so morning walks are always available. I have a fenced in yard, and one small dog. He’s extremely sweet and doesn’t attack other animals. But I won’t let them outside together, that way they will be comfortable in a new environment.

About: Hi I’m Kristan! I’m an animal lover with experience caring for animals. I offer reliable weekend drop-in visits for potty breaks, feeding, water and lots of love! I will take excellent care of your animals while you are away! Currently I work full time during the week but I am available for Friday - Sunday for drop ins only at this time. About: I’ve taken care of my pets as well as family pets since I got my first cat back in 2010 when I was 7 years old. I have my own cat that I take care of. I feed her and take out her litterbox every day. She’s an indoor cat so she remains close to me at all times. I’ll follow whatever instructions that are provided. I’m used to dealing with my indoor cat. However our neighbors have outdoor cats that roam around and I hang out with them all the time.

About: In high school I got to volunteer for the local animal shelters and rescues in my area where I got to care for and find forever homes for all the dogs/cats that came into the shelters. While rescuing I got the amazing opportunity to work as a vet tech/kennel attendant for Dowlen Road Vet where my love and knowledge for animals continued to grow. I am currently working a full time job where I work 6 days/nights and have 3 days off where I am available all day. With a little notice I am available to do some early mornings or late afternoon drop ins, walks, or anything your fur baby needs! When watching at your house I will do supervised playtime outside (If fenced) or bring your pet for a walk if you don’t have a fence or it is preferred. I will do anything you request to ensure the perfect care for your baby! I always LOVE when people leave me a detailed note of anything I need to know such as specific feeding times, medications, any requests you have, etc. I will also send you lots of updates, pictures and videos of your baby!

About: Whenever I was in highschool I spent the whole school year at the vets office for a class. I have always loved all animals, and made sure that they were always safe and well cared for. I have also rescued a few reptiles, I have some of my own. Rover is my summer job, most of the time I’m at home, so I’m available a lot. I’m starting college in fall so this money would go towards that. I have a fenced yard, no dogs, but I do have inside cats. When I did have a dog I treated her like a baby and I would do the same for yours.

About: I don’t remember a time growing up where we didn’t have pets. From puppies and dogs, to guinea pigs, ferrets, fish, flying squirrels (before I could remember) I’ve always loved animals, especially dogs! Hello, I am in between jobs as a surgical technologist, so my days are flexible. I’d love to come love on your animals the month of December, excluding the 21st-27th. I can cuddle up in the couch with your dog or go on walks to burn off some energy. Whatever is needed, I’m willing to do!

About: I have both large and small animal Vet Tech experience working for multiple veterinarians. I have worked at Texas Equine with horses in Brenham, TX as well as multiple small animal vets and shelters. I currently work from home so I am always available to spend time with and care for any animals including my own. I have a huge backyard that I love spending time in over the weekends with my animals. Plenty of room to run around. I feel spending time with animals and using positive reinforcement when training is Beneficial. Building trust is also a huge factor in animal behavior, so more time with them will give them a better understanding of how we behave and what actions we would like them to take.

About: I have had animals all of my life, but I have a special love for dogs. I have owned and cared for dogs for at least 30 years. I regularly care for my mom's chihuahua and my grand dog (a Cane Corso) when they are away. I have also volunteered at animal shelters such as A Life To Live. Two years ago I had the wonderful opportunity to work alongside my cousin who is a successful professional dog trainer. He owns 3 beautiful German Shepherds who I got to spend time with regularly and learned some valuable information. I truly love being around dogs.. they bring me so much joy! I am self-employed and work as an Office Administrator with my family's remodeling/roofing company. I have a hybrid work schedule where I work from home part of the work week. I'm available almost all weekends and even holidays! I have a large fenced yard and plenty of space in my home. My fiance and I own 4 cats together. They will be in their own separate space when your fur baby is with me.

About: I have over 25 years experience as a bull breed breeder and dog shower. My family bred and showed Chows and Sharpei thru the 80's and 90's, and we bred and raised American Bulldogs until 2017. I also have done many rescues and have extensive knowledge of potty training, and am very well read on dog behavior and socialization. I would love to use my passion for dogs to help you and your family. Dogs and I have a very special understanding. I have cared for packs as large as 17, and as small as one. Every dog I have ever met holds a special place in my heart. I'll treat each dog like it is my very own, in my home or in yours. In my home, I have an old retired American Bulldog mama who is 9 years old. She is 120lbs of sassy mommy! I have two medical needs chihuahuas, and a french bulldog. I own my own pet transport business. We provide ground transportation and in cabin flight services for dogs and cats! I love everything about animals and they are my life! We do a slow introduction to my existing pack of four! Dogs are never left unattended when we have guests. Dogs eat as a pack and go out as a pack.
