About: My husband and I are a team of active, educated individuals who love all types of dogs! My husband is a high school math teacher and I am a high school counselor. Working from home during summer has allowed us plenty of time to spend with our dog. We have a 5 year old Yellow Lab who still has the energy of a puppy! We keep up with all routine vet visits and our dog is caught up on all vaccinations including Bordetella (kennel cough). My husband and I live in town but have a large backyard to accommodate play time. We allow our dog on furniture and in our bed a night time..dogs don’t get the long, full life that is humans get, so we like to let him live it as a spoiled pup! We will love your dog like our own!

About: I have great people and pet skills. I currently work for a software company from 9am-4pm but I live with my parents and they have very different schedules than me so we are able to let the dogs out at different times. I have had a dog my whole life and lived with a cat for 4 years, most people know me to be an animal lover. I live in a great neighborhood with a large fenced in backyard and many parks nearby. People may say I am outgoing, positive and responsible. I have lots of experience pet sitting for neighbors and family members. I love having pets around to keep me company and to exercise. About: i have been around dogs my whole life, and have a huge soft spot for dogs of any kind! i’m very responsible, and protective when it comes to dogs! i’d love to meet your best friend! i currently stay at home with our 3 month old golden retriever! i am VERY flexible and will be able to work very well with any schedule! my boyfriend and i currently care for a 4 year old british, as well as a 3 month old golden retriever. they get walked daily and have lots of space to run and play! i will be sure that your pet is happy when i leave!

About: Pup-mama to two golden doodles ages 10 and 4. Looking to transition to full-time pet care although currently working out of the home during the day. I currently work full time during the day but am home all evening and night to care for the pups. Overnight boarding is an option. I currently have an unfenced yard but will walk dogs throughout the evening. We plan to install a fence for the dogs after the winter season ends.
About: I have my own German Shepherd I have had since she was 6 months. As well as having been around dogs a good portion of my life, I do my best to be what she needs I work very part-time at a dominoes, usually only 4-8 hours a week, i do have appointments on Tuesdays, lasting only about 2 hours so I am always home and have plenty of time for your beloved doggos I do not have a fenced yard, but I do have a firmly secured tie-out and extra leashes for outside potty breaks and/or walks, as well as a 5 year old German Shepherd (she is spade) Who is very happy and animal friendly

About: The two loves of my life were my dog, Abby, and my dog Bronx. Abby was a Siberian husky and Bronx a 15” lemon beagle. Bronx was part of my life for 20 years and just recently passed. I honestly can’t imagine a life without animals in it, and one day I wanna be able to reflect back on my life, knowing that I did as much as I could to help as many animals as possible, which is why becoming a part of ROVER is so appealing. I have an incredibly flexible work schedule that will enable me to schedule my work hours around my hours caring for animals. I truly believe that animals are every bit as important as we are, and I think pet owners will be able to rest easy, leaving their pets in my care, knowing that their health and safety will be of the utmost importance to me! I have a two-story condo that they would be able to spend most of their time in with me. I also have a heated garage that I’ve converted into a safe and comfortable area for animals to play in. In addition to that, I live in Woodbury, literally surrounded by parks, full of walking paths that will be ideal for a dogs exercise. One thing I would like pet owners to know is that I’m not doing this for the money, I’m doing this because I’m newly single and alone and can’t think of anybody better to spend my time with than animals in need. I wouldn’t just be some dog watcher, I would be their friend that plays with them and loves being with them.
About: Have a family of 3 dogs and 2 cats and my family and I love our messy and hyper fur kids, no matter the situation we do research to avoid getting our fur kids sick and keep them feeling loved and relaxed :) I graduated from college this past summer and am working part time jobs so I have time to take care of friendly pets of any kinds and more than happy to house sit as well for any vacations! We have a fenced yard and we have a crate to put them in when they are doing naughty behaviors like digging through the trash or grabbing things (like food on the table) when they aren’t supposed to. Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
