About: I have a small hobby farm where I take care of animals off all ages and sizes. I work remotely from home (although I’ve got the ability to travel) so I have time to frequently check on everyone and administer food and meds on a regular basis. Although I only have a partially fenced yard, I have plenty of leader lines and leashes available for potty breaks and exercise. I currently have two dogs and a cat that live in the house with me and are very friendly with other dogs. I have plenty of room for crates if your dog prefers to sleep in a crate, and room for doggy beds if they are particular about where they sleep. I’m also willing to pet sit/farm sit locally if your furry friends would prefer to stay home. I work remotely Monday-Friday. I usually work at home, but I have the ability to work anywhere there is an internet connection if you would prefer an in-home sitter. Working remote gives me the chance to be home all day where I can do potty breaks for my dogs and check on my farm animals. It also allows me to be available if there’s any special requests such as medication and specific feeding times. My cat is a “one cat” kind of guy (we’ll work on that), so for now, I would only feel comfortable hosting dogs ay my house. However, I am available to pet sit in-home for cats or dogs that might feel more comfortable at home. I’m very comfortable giving meds and sticking to a strict feeding schedule if your animal has medical/dietary needs. I’ve seen (almost) everything, so don’t feel like you’re asking too much!

About: I have taken care of all kinds of farm animals incliuding ,cats and especially dogs. I raised miniture schnauzers in my home for 5 years . My family had so much fun with puppies. I now have an adorable doodle ,Tip who is 5 years old and the most gentle dog I have ever owned. I live on a hobby farm now and I have five chickens and 2 guinneas. Tip really enjoys the chickens and they are not afraid of her at all. I do not have a fenced yard so I would not let a dog out with out being on a leash. We will have frequent playtime and walks around our property. I really like dogs and having dogs in my home. Tip lives in our house and sleeps in our bedroom. I am a retired nurse so I can administer any medication needed. Our vet is just five blocks away if any care is needed. I would only be able to care for dogs as my son is very allergic to cats. I am retired and spend mos.t of my time at home. I have social engagements like church and grandchildren's basketball games on Saturdays. I enjoy our farm and love gardening. Tip is always out with me when I care for the chickens and if I am gardening Tip is very gentle with other dogs. She will play if they want to play but will leave them alone if they are not in the mood to play. Tip goes outside and does not go to the road which runs in front of our house she wears a halo collar and responds very well to her boundries. I will play and walk with a visiting dog but always keep them on a leash for safety.

She is accommodating and takes care of little things that come up. Our experience with her was exactly what we wanted for our old guy. We were boondocking in the desert, and she parked her rig right next to us. Sarge was able to be in his own "home", but he enjoyed staying with her in her rig. We would definitely recommend her! She has a rig she can "live" in while she takes care of your pets in their own home. Well worth her weight in gold!”

About: My husband and I are a team of active, educated individuals who love all types of dogs! My husband is a high school math teacher and I am a high school counselor. Working from home during summer has allowed us plenty of time to spend with our dog. We have a 5 year old Yellow Lab who still has the energy of a puppy! We keep up with all routine vet visits and our dog is caught up on all vaccinations including Bordetella (kennel cough). My husband and I live in town but have a large backyard to accommodate play time. About: Please note*** I cannot board pets where I live, all pet sitting (days and overnight) is done at your residence. Hello! I've had dogs and cats all my life. I am the type to keep my dogs active whether it be playing fetch in the yard or throwing the stick in the lake for them to fetch. I believe in lots of play toys and chewys so they never get bored. I also understand the dog who might be more calm, maybe a little shy and likes time alone, and that is very understandable. I am a retired nurse and know pretty well the signs and symptoms of pain or discomfort. I understand the importance of proper nutrition and availability of fresh water. I'm a unique pet/house sitter in that I travel in my beautiful Canadian Roadtrek Campervan and can house "watch" while taking care of your pets. I do not need to stay in your home. Any additional duties other than "watch" your house can be negotiated- like water a few houseplants, etc. I do ask that you provide a household electric (120V) outside plug in. My small RV uses approx. $2-$3 per day of electricity. I love animals. I have a 3 yr. old yellow Labrador myself! I travel often in my RV and we make great travel partners often stopping at dog parks 2-3 times a day on our adventures. Beau would love to have playmates! Currently I am mobile and spend Summers in WI and Winters in AZ. I will come to you. I can stay as long as you need for your pet care - up to 2+ weeks if needed. When I go into a home I find myself scanning countertops and floors for potential hazards for pets - things like medications, foods, hot boiling water on stovetop with handles pointing out, etc... I am constantly monitoring for potential dangers. Sometimes things happen though, unfortunately, that can't be avoided and that's when first aid, CPR, poison control line, and Vet info need to all be available and handy. I ask that all instructions be written down and text/emailed to me 24 hours prior. That way if I have any questions, they can be answered before you leave on your relaxing worry-free vacation!

About: Since childhood, I have always had a special connection with animals, always drawn to them. I have cared for cats, dogs, and other small critters since I can remember. I am now the proud owner of 4 large dogs, 5 cats, a lionhead rabbit, and fish. I also have experience working as a vet assistant for the last five years and have a keen eye for paying attention to the needs of our beloved fur babies. About: The two loves of my life were my dog, Abby, and my dog Bronx. Abby was a Siberian husky and Bronx a 15” lemon beagle. Bronx was part of my life for 20 years and just recently passed. I honestly can’t imagine a life without animals in it, and one day I wanna be able to reflect back on my life, knowing that I did as much as I could to help as many animals as possible, which is why becoming a part of ROVER is so appealing. I have an incredibly flexible work schedule that will enable me to schedule my work hours around my hours caring for animals. I truly believe that animals are every bit as important as we are, and I think pet owners will be able to rest easy, leaving their pets in my care, knowing that their health and safety will be of the utmost importance to me! I have a two-story condo that they would be able to spend most of their time in with me. I also have a heated garage that I’ve converted into a safe and comfortable area for animals to play in. I have plenty of room for crates if your dog prefers to sleep in a crate, and room for doggy beds if they are particular about where they sleep. I’m also willing to pet sit/farm sit locally if your furry friends would prefer to stay home. I work remotely Monday-Friday. I usually work at home, but I have the ability to work anywhere there is an internet connection if you would prefer an in-home sitter. Working remote gives me the chance to be home all day where I can do potty breaks for my dogs and check on my farm animals. It also allows me to be available if there’s any special requests such as medication and specific feeding times. My cat is a “one cat” kind of guy (we’ll work on that), so for now, I would only feel comfortable hosting dogs ay my house. However, I am available to pet sit in-home for cats or dogs that might feel more comfortable at home. I’m very comfortable giving meds and sticking to a strict feeding schedule if your animal has medical/dietary needs. I’ve seen (almost) everything, so don’t feel like you’re asking too much!

“Julie is phenomenal! She communicates with you while you are away, sends photos and daily updates. Sarge loved his time with her and Beau. She is accommodating and takes care of little things that come up. Our experience with her was exactly what we wanted for our old guy. We were boondocking in the desert, and she parked her rig right next to us. Sarge was able to be in his own "home", but he enjoyed staying with her in her rig. We would definitely recommend her! She has a rig she can "live" in while she takes care of your pets in their own home. Well worth her weight in gold!”
About: I have loved and cared for animals my whole life and get a deep sense of joy when I am able to care for them! I have been a Certified Veterinary Technician for 15 years which has provided me experience with all kinds of animals with all types of personalities. I have an animal medical background which helps me provide safe and sound handling techniques and animal care skills. I have owned an array of animals: dogs, cats, horses, chickens, ducks, rabbits, rats, and mice. I also have cared for other farm animals such as cows, goats, and sheep. I have fostered puppies through Ruff Start Rescue for 7 years which has given me extensive experience with potty training and leash training. I work at a school which gives me summers and weekends available for animal care. I am often available in the evenings year-round also. I have a quiet neighborhood and a large yard. My dog is young, playful, and very friendly. I am familiar and comfortable with crate training and dog-safe practices within the home. I am aware of pet toxicity and safety concerns with pets.
About: I have grown up with dogs of all kinds throughout my life, so being around animals has always been a natural part of who I am. While I currently don’t have a pet of my own, caring for others’ pets is incredibly fulfilling because it allows me to continue giving love and attention to animals while helping families feel confident their pets are in good hands. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet, so I focus on providing dependable care, lots of attention, and clear communication with updates and photos so you always feel comfortable and connected while you’re away. I work from home full-time, so your pet will have lots of company, love and attention throughout the day—no long lonely hours here. I live in an apartment that has a dog park, and lots of nearby walking trails I go to daily. Since I don’t currently have a pet of my own, caring for others’ pets truly brings so much happiness into our home. I love creating a calm, loving environment where pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I do everything I can to make both you and your pet feel comfortable and confident in my care.
About: I’ve grown up with having both cats and dogs of my own my entire life so I know the proper way to care for them. I understand both the needs of animals and how to tend to those specific needs. I love all kinds of animals and spending time with them so much that I would love to go into some type of career where I can be around them and care for them. I’ve always had positive experiences when around animals and have never had any problems being able to connect with them. I would prefer walking smaller dogs but have no problem sitting both large and small dogs/ any size dog. I would also be happy to take care of and watch cats also.
