She asked very specific questions about his routine and wanted to ensure he was as comfortable as possible. During her stay she was very interactive with Percy. Took him on outings and walks and made sure he had plenty of play time and attention. On a night of a storm she let Percy sleep in bed with her to help comfort him!! Any concerns she had she messaged me immediately. She was great about sending updates and pictures to make sure I felt he was in good hands which definitely decreased my worries. Latasha treated my home with respect and left my home just as she found it. She even helped me with my newly planted garden to ensure it stayed watered while I was away. Zach was amazing! He was incredibly flexible and accommodating as my departure and arrival plans changed. He also sent me pictures of my two boys every day, which gave me so much peace of mind and made me feel completely comfortable knowing they were in great hands. My dog can be a handful since he’s large and has a lot of energy, but Zach handled him with ease, and there didn’t seem to be any issues at all. When I got home, my apartment was very clean, and most importantly, my boys were happy and well cared for. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Zach to anyone looking for someone reliable, caring, and trustworthy to care for their pets!
Jason did a terrific job. He made an immediate connection with our dogs and was very mindful of instructions for the care of our senior dog that requires additional attention. He stayed in constant communication with us and left our home in great condition. Highly recommend!

sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
