She is a super experienced trainer and was amazing at providing a balance between structure/close monitoring for safety and a lot of fun play time for my girl. She sent a lot of updates and advice that was very helpful for our training as well! I grew up with high-strung Dalmations, raised children with Golden Retrievers , loved many Heinz-57s, and am currently a senior with a fabulous Golden Doodle. On occasion I may make a run to Wegman’s however that kind of errand can be scheduled around my care of your dog. Our dog Chai is an integral member of our family. About: I have raised two dogs (one large bread and one small bread) both from puppy to 16 & 17yrs old. I have had three cats (one still residing with me). Currently I dog sit two fur babies since 2020. In a week I am losing one of my buddies due to his parents relocating. I am already missing him and am hoping to make some new walking and cuddling partners. I work part time on weekends but can sit with advanced notice. Monday til Wednesday I am available for anytime on shorter notice. When I have your furry sweetheart I do not leave them by themselves at all,so I like to schedule when there is nothing to conflict with the time I have them. When in my house they have no restrictions from me, only what the parent wants. I have an outside bathroom area on leash for quick bathroom trips. I like to go for at least one or two long walks per day, weather permitting and your dogs abilities. I live in a walkable neighborhood and close to parks. When at your house I will follow whatever routine your partner is used to.

Now, I work remotely and spend my time with my 4 cats :) My specialty and preference is in cat care and senior dogs. However, I will consider all booking requests. I am currently not able to handle very energetic animals, or animals that are very strong. I am better suited to more relaxed pets. **Important** - I currently work a full time job from home and can be flexible with scheduling. I will work from your home if booked for house sitting, so it is required I have a reliable internet connection! - At this time I require m&gs for all house sitting services before bookings, to ensure our expectations meet and to make sure your pet is comfortable with me. For long term house sitting, I highly reccomend a trial run of 1 day of daycare or a drop in visit. I work from home full time so I am available during the workday when most people are away! I love being able to hangout with new friends during my work week. Safety is and always has been my top priority. I am proudly fear free certified and have worked on extensive safety training measures in all of my professional working environments.

About: I’ve had a dog all my life. I adopted my most recent pup about 2 years ago and he’s a happy pooch. We walk three times a day and visit our nearby park regularly. He gets his yearly shots and monthly nail trimmings. I am the go-to choice to sit my friends’ pups, and have senior dog and puppy experience. I work from home, so can keep an eye on the pups and play with them regularly. I currently walk my own dog three times a day, visit the nearby park (Harlem rd park) after work most days, and visit Knox Farms dog park once or twice a month in the summer. I have a small yard 90% enclosed, so walk dogs regularly. There are friendly neighborhood dogs that we can interact with. I work from home, so play with the pups often. I promptly clean up accidents, if they do happen. I do not smoke and our house does not have animal smells. It is carpeted and we have a big sectional that animals can lounge on. We have a cat that has high safe places he can go to. I reward good behavior with praise and an occasional treat. Bad behavior is met with a stern “No”, but we have not had to break that voice out lately!

I have 10 years of experience caring for not just cats and dogs, but farm animals as well. My experience also bleeds into house sitting and taking care of these pets over night. I used to have a dog who was blind and diabetic, so I am aware of how taking his blood sugar works, and how to administer insulin shots. I also have experience with puppies, as my dog had 11 puppies years ago. I would love to be entrusted in walking/playing with/caring for your dog. Please consider allowing me to keep your pets happy and healthy in my care. My partner and I work together to care for animals we are entrusted with. He works from home and I work part time, so together we are able to provide lots of exercise, walks, and naps for your animals. We have a large yard with a long line to let your dog out on to enjoy the outdoors. Our friendly retriever mix will be a great companion and give your pup some socialization as well. We have toys for them to play with as well.
