This reliability is second to none! Also my dog loves them. This is his first visit. He gets along well with their family and the dogs plus theres so much space in the backyard for him to run around. I get so many pictures and videos. He pretty much had a little doggy vacation. She was warm and friendly, answered all of our questions with great detail, and even asked questions about Rico and any special considerations/needs that I had not considered listing when creating our pet profile. Genevieve was extremely good at communicating during our 7 days away. We received a couple of photos each day, with a detailed write-up of Rico's daily adventures. She administered Rico's many different medications daily, and was sure to let us know what was administered and how much. The HUGE smiles on our pup's face were reassuring while we were away, he looked like he was having fun at summer camp! Because I work from home full-time (with Fridays off), your dog will enjoy plenty of attention, regular potty breaks, and companionship throughout the day rather than being left alone for long periods. At home, I have two friendly dogs (a Lab mix and a Goldendoodle), who enjoy meeting new friends. I also have two young children who are in daycare during my work hours. We have had our puppy for 5 months and had a trip scheduled at the end of November, to tell you we were nervous to leave her with anyone is an understatement, she is our first dog and being on edge is normal. Our initial plan was leave her with our vet in a kennel but that made me feel uneasy, so we searched rover and found Janessa and let me tell you…if I could give her 1000 starts I would!! She was so amazing. Not only did she give her love and affection she also sent us several photos and videos each day which helped us stay at ease while on vacation. Janessa also had a dog of her own and since we’ve had Serena Joy she hasn’t been around dogs in close proximity so again we were anxious, but Janessa went above and beyond slowly allowing them to get to know each other and by the end of our trip her dog Grace and Serena were besties!! Yall if you need a passionate, loving dog sitter look no further than Janessa!!! I promise you, you will not be disappointed!!!
