“I booked last minute. I needed someone to look after my 8 year old German shepherd because I was traveling back to AZ. Az is hot was going through a heatwave and it was just best for our dog to stay behind and I forgot to mention it’s about 7 1/2 hour drive if your not doing any stops. Anyways I contacted Patrick and Claudette and they responded back quickly. I explain my situation and they were so accommodating to my senior German shepherd they sent me pictures kept me updated I even ran a bit late on picking up my dog I let them know ahead of time of where I was at because I felt bad for going pass my pick up time. They’re so understanding and amazing. Highly recommend and I will book with them in the future again.”

Willie, my dog, has nothing to say, as usual. But I'm sure he was comfortable, safe, and happy. I couldn't ask for more. Patrick and his family were extremely kind, courteous, and followed all of my instructions. While I missed my two dogs very much, I had no worries while they were in Patrick’s care. I got pictures and updates regularly and pick up/drop off was easy and flexible. I’ll definitely be requesting Patrick’s care for our next trip!
Carlota was very nice and welcoming to my dog and cat. She was able to take them in with short notice over a holiday weekend and we are very appreciative. I did have to message her every day first to get an update on the animals, but she was typically prompt in answering. She obviously cares about animals very deeply, just needs to work on some communication.
