1. Kimberly B.

“Kim was so great! This was our first time booking with Rover and I am so glad we found her. Kim was very thorough, sending updates and pictures each day of all our pets. I appreciated her wealth of experience; it was especially comforting to know that she has cared for senior cats, betta fish, and even chickens. She thought of things that I didn’t even think of in terms of pet care and went above and beyond to make sure all our animals were happy during our week away and things were tidy around food bowls and litter boxes for our return. I would absolutely book with Kim again!”

2. Jennifer L.

“Our kitty cat, Katie, loves Jen! We can't say enough good things about her. Katie was happy and loved on just like if we were home. When an unforeseen situation arose, Jen handled it like the pro that she is. Jen was timely with all of her visits, and took excellent care of our little fur baby. Book with Jen - you won't regret it!”

3. Melissa A.

“Melissa treated Kai like her own pet and gave us wonderful updates during our trip! She made us feel totally comfortable leaving our pet and is a fantastic sitter!”

We’re a very organized couple and that allows us to have a well put together schedule. willing to always be flexible and tend to our pets easily! “Stephanie is a wonderful pet sitter as well as a delightful person. After our “meet and greet” and felt completely comfortable with her as a pet and house sitter. She took perfect care of our cat and our home! We highly recommend her and plan to use her (if she’s available) every time we go away! A perfect experience!! Bob and Susan B.”

12. Mary M.
“Mary is amazing with animals!! She loves them. She has a dog of her own that she takes extremely good care of. My Ashton (who takes to nobody) took immediately to Mary. She’s the only one he’ll let pick him up and carry him. She’s patient, loving, knows an animal’s specific queues, is a great trainer, and I’d recommend her a thousand times over to watch your babies! She’s always on time and she always - ALWAYS makes time if I need her on the fly.”

13. Katie R.

“This was the second time I’ve had Katie check on my three cats while I was away and just like last time, she was absolutely amazing! She even threw a birthday party for my two girls, who share a birthday on July 4th. I am so beyond grateful to have found a pet sitter that has such a genuine heart for animals and gives the absolute best care. I will absolutely be booking Katie every single time I need someone to check on my babies! You can trust that she will give your pet(s) the best care and love while you are away. Thank you again, Katie! My cats will certainly be happy to see you again (especially Meejum lol)”

15. Rosalee K.
About: I grew up taking care of all kinds of animals including chickens, goats, cows, pigs, and of course cats and dogs. I’ve independently cared for animals since I can remember! I am a student at Virginia Tech with a pretty flexible schedule. I have time in between my classes to be able to let your animals outside or just spend time with them! Because I live in an apartment, I unfortunately cannot house animals with me in my home. However, I am happy to take them on walks and hang out with them at their home.

16. Alexandra S.
About: Hi! I am a 20 year old college student, who would love to be considered for taking care of your furry friend! I grew up around a lot of different animals, but abundantly dogs , which allowed me to gain a lot of experience with them. Since I was a young teenager I walked and did check-ins for families with one to multiple dogs, and eventually did one or two over-night doggy-sitting! I have experience in taking care of puppies and elderly dogs as I grew up in a home where we regularly fostered dogs of those ages. I give the dogs I take care of the love, attention and respect I would give to my own. My schedule allows me to be quite flexible with fitting in pet care into my schedule. To make sure I give your dog the attention and care needed, I would love to schedule an appropriate amount of time ahead. Generally speaking though, I would plan around your pet! I follow the rules and expectations set by you! I do ask everyone who’s dogs I take care of to give me a list of do’s and don’ts because not every dog is the same. I also make sure to ask for typical behavior and moods for the dogs, so that if something is potentially wrong, I am able to identify it!

17. Lexi L.

“Lexi is great! She took very good care of my two kitties. I highly recommend her service. I hope she stays with pet care, so I can rely on her again!”

18. Deidra B.

19. Jessica & Christopher G.

“Jessica and Chris were great! They played with my puppy took him on some good walks and sent me lots of pictures! Definitely the best drop in I’ve had yet!”

20. Victoria T.

“VIctoria was amazing! Our dogs are rescues and came from abusive situations, so they dont normally take well to strangers and they warmed up to her, which is huge in our book! She is so patient and has a great love for animals. Communicates well and goes above and beyond! I will gladly use her services again and highly recommend!”
