“Hope was terrific! Our dog doesn’t do well in traditional kennels, left alone at night. He was calm and happy with her, and Hope was flexible enough to let us pick him up and drop off later in the middle of his stay. He had no problem returning to her house after a nearby hike, which says it all.”

She communicated well, sent plenty of pictures and updates and made everything flawless. We had to switch our drop-off time and she was so nice about it. “Kaitlin and her husband were absolutely amazing! I have 2 high energy, anxious pups that I am usually nervous to leave. After setting up a meet and greet a few weeks before my trip, I felt much more comfortable that my pups would be in good hands. One of the dogs had tummy issues while I was away and Kaitlin and her husband took the time to call the vet and make special food to help calm his issues down. They provided consistent updates and photos while I was away. 10 out of 10 would recommend Kaitlin and Kyle to anyone!”

“Kaitlin watched my 14-year-old cavapoo for the weekend and he was happy and healthy when I came to get him. My dog can be somewhat aloof around other dogs but he got along great with her two small dogs. (One of them is also a cavapoo so it was fun to see the two of them together.) She's a great communicator and drop off and pick up were quick and easy. We'll be back!”

“Mike and Laura are wonderful. You can immediately tell just how much they love animals and they treated our pup like he was their own. They kept us up to date the whole visit with lots of pictures and videos and made sure our dog had a great time. He got tons of exercise and play and they made sure he had a nice soft spot to snuggle down. Their property is also a great location with wide open fields and plenty of places to take a dog for good walks and sniffs. I'd highly recommend Mike and Laura and I know our dog will be looking forward to another visit with them in the future!”

About: I was born an animal lover, starting with my love for horses I grew to fall in love with every creature I come in contact with. I've worked on farms from the age of 10 so I could get horse back riding lessons. Then worked my way to full time groom at a performance horse stable at the age of 16. At the age of 17 I started working as a part time kennel attendant at a veterinary hospital and moving up to a technician assistant, then vet tech. I have also been a full time pet groomer for 7 years. Helping to run a fantastic grooming salon that specializes in cats and medical/behavior issued animals that has strengthened my abilities and attention to details in caring for pets of all types and sizes! My daily schedule is currently wide open while i make my dream come true of building my very own grooming salon here in the mountains of Vermont. I have a fenced yard that your pups are free to roam in while being attended. They will also have the ability to play or socialize with my 3 dogs as long as they get along! If I stay at your home I will stick to any routine you have with your pets and treat them as my own. I am very active and love a good walk or hike in the woods.
