About: I believe great pet care is about more than feeding, walks, and letting dogs outside—it’s about making each pet feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for while their person is away. I’m patient, attentive, dependable, and very tuned in to an animal’s individual personality and needs. I understand that every pet is different: some need lots of activity and play, while others are happiest with a calm presence, a familiar routine, and plenty of affection. I’m comfortable caring for pets at different stages of life, from energetic younger animals who need consistency and positive reinforcement to senior pets who may need a gentler pace, extra patience, and closer attention. I’m available for drop-in visits throughout the week and can work around your pet’s usual feeding, exercise, and care routine. I know how important consistency is when you’re away, so I do my best to keep your pet’s routine familiar and comfortable. I also make sure visits don’t feel rushed—whether your pet needs a walk, playtime, affection, or simply some calm companionship, I’m happy to meet them where they are and give them the individualized care they need. I provide care in my clients’ homes, where pets can stay in the environment they already know and feel most comfortable in. I follow each owner’s instructions closely and do my best to maintain their pet’s normal routine, including feeding, walks, playtime, medications if needed, and any other specific care instructions. Safety and trust are very important to me. I’m attentive to doors, gates, leashes, and anything else that could affect a pet’s safety, and I’m respectful of my clients’ homes and privacy. I also pay attention to each pet’s behavior and comfort level, giving them affection and interaction when they want it while respecting their space when they need it. My goal is for you to feel confident that both your pet and your home are being treated with care and respect while you’re away.

I managed an educational farm that was home to many senior and special needs animals, so I'm comfortable administering medications and giving extra attention where its needed. I have a large shepherd mix of my own that is great with other dogs but can be left at home with my roommate if your pup(s) aren't comfortable with visitors. I work as a farmer and educator in Livingston and have a somewhat flexible workday schedule, so I can provide mid-day walks or drop ins. I have a dog of my own, so pet care is already ingrained in my day-to-day schedule. I usually leave my dog under the care of my roommate when I accept sittings in their folks' homes. Dogs are taken out in the yard and on neighborhood walks. I have a securely fenced yard with two friendly doodles. I supervise the dogs closely and keep dogs separated as needed. About: Hi! My name is Sam and I’m looking to get back into dog care and pet sitting. Sadly, I lost my dog back in August due to old age and am missing having animals in my house! Currently my roomate has a dog who is super sweet, but I would love to watch after your dog! I have many years of experience with cats and dogs between dog sitting, fostering, and much more. I work up at the mountain on the days I put not available. But I am available for early morning or late night walks those days! About: I spent my last two years of high school volunteering my weekends at the humane society. I had spent every Sunday there playing with the centers animals making sure that they are happy and healthy. I am currently a student at MSU and with the summer coming up I am looking for some ways to fill my time during the days. I am a person with a very flexible schedule and if need be can stick to a consistent routine. I am a very adventurous person so if your pup likes going on big walks/hikes I am more than capable of keeping up with them as well as going on a good run through town. As active as I can be the same can be said for more laid back dogs. I am very easy-going.

About: Hello! I am a travel nurse in between contracts, always looking a fun way to get out of the house. Being from Montana, I grew up with all sorts of animals, learning how to take care of them through 4H and all our household pets. Layla and I love going to the beach along with hiking and we would really enjoy some more company. About: I’ve been taking care of pets since I was 15 and have loved every minute! I spent a year working for Telluride Humane Society in Telluride CO where I got to socialize rescue animals and get them acclimated to life in a home. I have experience caring for senior dogs with mobility issues as well as developing and executing a plan to get over weight dogs healthy again. I took a break from Rover during my undergrad to focus more on my studies, but as a graduate student at MSU I have a fairly flexible schedule and am excited to start taking care of pets again! I am currently a graduate student at MSU with a fairly consistent but open schedule. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays I have class until 1pm. Tuesdays and Thursdays are entirely set aside for my personal research which means that I am on my own schedule and have more flexibility to help! I love an affectionate pet and am happy to give them plenty of love and attention! Though, I also understand that some of them prefer to keep to themselves especially around a new person. I believe I know how to read their body language and figure out where to go from there. I would love to be able to take care of pets at my own home, but our homeowners don’t allow it so I would mainly have to do house visits (which I think is more comfortable for the pet anyway).
