About: So, picture this: the last 12 years of my life have been a wild and wonderful ride, all thanks to three pint-sized bundles of joy—Bella, Spike, and Roxie, my trio of Chihuahuas. These little furballs turned my world upside down in the best way possible. Bella, the OG of the group, has been with me the longest. She joined my life during elementary school, back when I was just a kid figuring out the world. Her big, soulful eyes seemed to hold all the secrets of the universe, and she quickly became my constant companion through those formative years. Bella was my ride-or-die, always there during childhood adventures, middle school uncertainties, and the whirlwind of life that followed. She had this regal grace about her, earning her the title of queen of the house. As I grew older, Spike entered the picture during middle school. If there was mischief to be made, Spike was your guy. From day one, he was the energizer bunny of the bunch. His little frame packed a whole lot of enthusiasm, and let me tell you, his antics could make a stone crack a smile. Sure, he had a rebellious streak, but his charm was undeniable. Spike was like the class clown you couldn’t help but love, always finding ways to keep life interesting. Then came Roxie, the baby of the trio, during my high school years. She brought a whole new level of excitement and curiosity to the family. In Roxie’s world, everything is an adventure, from chasing her tail to investigating every nook and cranny of the house. Her innocent eyes and boundless energy have always been a reminder to live life with gusto, even as I transitioned from high school to college and now post-graduation. Sadly, Bella passed away not long ago, after being by my side for so many years. Her memory and presence still linger in our lives in the most beautiful ways. Whether it’s her favorite spot on the couch or the little quirks Spike and Roxie have picked up from her, Bella’s spirit remains a guiding force. She was more than a pet; she was family, a wise and loving soul who taught me so much about patience, resilience, and unconditional love. Taking care of this Chihuahua squad has been a rollercoaster. Vet visits, grooming sessions, and the eternal quest for the perfect doggy treats have become regular fixtures in my life. But it’s not just about the responsibilities; it’s about the moments we’ve shared. Balancing work with the care of my two Chihuahuas—Roxie and Spike—has been made easier with the help of my family, who lend a hand whenever I need it. Mornings are a carefully orchestrated routine—feeding Roxie and Spike, fitting in some playtime, and preparing for a busy day. They’ve mastered the art of giving me those irresistible puppy-dog eyes for a little extra attention before I head out. While I’m busy with my hotel job or focusing on my future in aviation, Roxie and Spike hold down the fort, lounging in their favorite spots and keeping themselves entertained with their favorite toys. I often find myself sneaking a quick video call just to check on them and make sure they’re doing okay. Evenings are all about unwinding together. Walks become our shared reprieve, giving us a chance to stretch, recharge, and reconnect. Grooming and playtime sessions are not just for them—they’re my therapy as well, helping me unwind from the day’s stresses. Weekends are special. They’re filled with longer walks, extra playtime, and maybe a few more treats. Roxie and Spike know when it’s “full attention” time, and they soak it up completely. Balancing my career ambitions with caring for Roxie and Spike isn’t always easy, but it’s incredibly rewarding. With the support of my family, they bring joy, companionship, and a sense of home, keeping me grounded as I work toward my dreams. Alright, let me break it down. When it comes to looking after my furry friends, whether they're crashing at my pad or I'm on a mission to maintain their home vibe, it's all about creating a pet paradise. We kick off with chow time, making sure their meals are on point and water bowls are filled up. Then, it's playtime galore, from backyard boogies to indoor play-offs. Grooming is like spa day, brushing out the fluff and ensuring they're all clean and dapper. If there's any covert mission, it's the medication mambo, sneaking those pills into treats like a pet medicine ninja. Quality bonding time is a must, whether through deep conversations or cozy cuddles on the couch. Potty patrol is serious business for those with a refined taste in litter. Toss in some casual training sessions and make sure the home, whether mine or theirs, is a pet haven. House security? That's in the job description too. Snapping pics of the cuteness and sharing them with the pet parents is obligatory, and having a plan for the unexpected is the grand finale. So, whether we're having a pet party at my place or I'm a temporary houseguest in theirs, it's all about ensuring the fur crew is living their best lives. 🐾

About: I know dogs need exercise, discipline, and affection. I know it can be challenging to find the right pet care that is trustworthy and reliable. I’ll do my best to give your pet the care they need! I am a massage therapist for part of the week and I homeschool my children when I’m not working. My schedule is somewhat flexible and I have extra time to fill here and there with pet care. I will feed, walk, or give your animals attention based on clients request and animals requirements. Whether it’s In the yard, taking them for a walk or just sitting petting them, I’ll give them what they need.

About: My fourth birthday I asked for a dog, and continued to do so every birthday thereafter. Growing up my family was not in a position to have a pup, so I found every other way to engage with them. I walked family and friends dogs, pet sat, and read all the books about dogs and cats I could find in my little school library. As an adult I have been graced with the opportunity to rescue my own pup, and have since learned a whole slew of new skills and knowledge. I have experience caring for dogs with separation anxiety, reactivity, nervousness, and anxiety. (Let's just say my rescue experience really gave me a crash course in how trauma can effect dogs well after they are safe in a home). I have done hours of research (and application of that research) into how to effectively train and respond to behaviors. I personally prescribe to a positive reinforcement system and 'protecting their bubble' dual training method. I would love to meet you and your pup, and find out how I can best help to meet your dogs needs for a happy and healthy life! I'm currently working part time summer hours. I work in behavioral health care for kids and have plenty of time available to care for your pet! My dog is a rescue and we put in time training every day to help build her confidence and trust in the world. She's very nervous of other people and dogs, so unless it seems like a really great fit personality wise between our dogs, I will love providing your pup love, walks, and engagement in your home or out in the community! I prescribe to positive reinforcement training and protecting a dogs bubble. I would love to hear about your dog and that they need. You are their expert and I am here to provide you both support how ever you may need it. If your dogs is like mine and doesn't get along with other dogs, I know lots of places to walk and adventure where it's easy to avoide other pups and also have strategies use if we do come across them such as the Banana method, and training a "center" position, and skills and drills to do before a walk to ensure a dogs engagement and focus is on me before the walk.

About: I am an animal lover who would love to provide care to your pet so you don't have to worry about leaving them at home while you're at work or on vacation! My services include dog-walking, drop-in visits to check on and play with your pup, overnight boarding if you're away on vacation (at my home or yours), or dog-sitting for the day while you're at work. I have experience with volunteering at various animal shelters, caring for dogs on Rover for several years, owning several family dogs growing up, and spending time with my parents dog, Boomer (a rescue Shih-tzu yorkie mix), my sisters dog Lola (a mini schnauzer) and my in-laws’ golden retriever, Remi. As of June, we also have a golden retriever puppy of our own who adores other dogs, so it is important that your dog gets along with other dogs. I look forward to meeting you and your pup! I love hanging out with the doggos and will be flexible with our activities based on their age, activity level and owner preferences. I love exercising and being outdoors so I’m always willing to go for walks or hikes with your dog! Or if they’re older I can stay in and relax with them too 😊 I have a very flexible work schedule and am home a lot so will be able to devote lots of attention to your furry friend. My husband and I live in a home on 5 acres on a quiet rural road in Maine that is perfect for taking dogs for walks or a swim in the pond (if their parents say yes!). Your dog will have plenty of room in the house and on our land to play and go for walks down our quiet road. I also am able to travel to your home to watch your dog too.

About: I have grown up and cared for pets all my life. I have a history of basic training for puppies and older dogs. Administering medication to your baby is no problem, and our house is up for even the most spry puppy. I have a long history of fostering dogs in my home as well and working with rescues to help them find their forever homes. You can rest assured that your fur (or fur-less as the case may be) baby will be treated like one of my own while you are away. My babies take two walks a day (some times more) that your love would also be included on. They are generally home while I work but I work from home a few days a week and I am also able to come home to let them out for potty breaks. All our pets have an endless supply of love and play time with our kiddos every day. I also have a large yard in a country setting away from the hustle and bustle of the day to day, so it can be an opportunity for your baby to relax and enjoy his/her vacation as well. I care for our pets with walks, love, cuddling, feeding on pet specific schedule, and medication administrations as instructed. I also ensure regular vet visits and ample time with me home to love on them and give them the attention they need to feel part of the family. Training is also an important part of pet ownership and I work at giving our pets at least basic training.

About: I’ve grown up with both dogs and cats my whole life and have been pet sitting for family, friends and anyone in need for the last three years! I have experience with both puppies between the ages of six months and two years old and senior dogs up to the age of 13. I am currently working part-time as a nanny most Thursdays through Saturdays, I am typically always available during the beginning of the week and work some half day shifts nannying so my schedule is open to changes. I always ask my clients to provide me with a strict set of rules and requirements, so that both myself, and the client feel comfortable with me being in the space.

About: I love to foster animals of all kinds, as well as take care of my own cats and chickens! I wish I could take on the time commitment for a pup of my own but working long weekends makes it impossible. I have a fenced in back yard, and grew up with large dogs. I love each pet that I get to take care of as my own! I work as a waitress Thursday night through Sunday, leaving me with a lot of week day availability! I take care of my chickens (feed, water, collects eggs) daily and give lots of love to my cats as much as they let me. I have a fenced in back yard and a great quiet neighborhood to walk animals in. My parents have 2 large dogs that I grew up helping take care of. I make sure to give lots of love and attention to all animals, as well as ensuring they’re fed and taken out!

About: I’m attending a Vet Tech program and going on to Veterinary school. I have volunteered at ARLGP for over a year. I’m very passionate about animals health! I also obtained my Fear free training so I can better understand animal behavior and work with them. I own three cats and a dog! Maine coons need to be brushed frequently because of their long hair and cleaning litter boxes, dog walks and more! Animals are apart of a family, they have needs and wants as well.
