Smokey had a little digestive upset the day before I was leaving on my trip, so Scott took care to send me details on his eating & litter box findings so I could stay updated which helped me relax! About: I've taken care of lots of different animals, starting from when I was 13. Ranging from big Mastiff mixes to small Min Pins and from dogs to cats to different small critters. I've raised dogs from puppies and seen dogs into senior years. I'm Full-time pet care taker. Taking care of animals is quite literally my whole life and has been since I was a was a kid. I love all animals and it feels right caring for them. I have three dog-friendly dogs who would be great playmates. I have a fully fenced yard and can crate then if needed. I have sections in my pantry, freezer and fridge for any special food. Or I can do anything in your home that's need ive prepared food and given meds as well as any playtime.
About: I grew up in a big pet loving family. I have taken care of lots of animals that have been my own and other peoples pets. I am comfortable walking dogs of all sizes, giving pets oral and topical medication as well as bathing and cleaning up after them. I currently work full time but am available in the mornings and evenings for dog walking, giving potty breaks and checking in on animals that may need a food refill. About: I've had dogs my entire life, and I've had cats for around 6 years, working with puppies/kittens all the way to seniors. I've always had a passion for working with animals, hoping to foster once I get my own place, so I'm always open to any help I can provide. Currently, I'm doing delivery work and make my own schedule, and I've worked nights in the past, so I am open to work any time of day and with any task you may need! About: I’ve helped raised 10 dogs: 2 samoyds, 2 golden retrievers, 2 labs, a border collie, a Dobermann, a Bernese mountain dog, and a chihuahua. I work from home as an insurance broker. I will shape my schedule around the dogs. I can also work anywhere so it allows me to travel to you as well. I have a fenced back yard with locks on the gate. My office is in the back yard with a big window for me to see them. I am an active dog watcher who goes with the flow of what the owner requests. I do not like leaving them alone ever. If I come to your house I will not have any guests over and I always give active updates.
About: My golden is my boss, and I love it. I have had dogs my whole life and am finally in a position where I can help other people with their pups. Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
